One of the most beautiful hotels in Montecatini, completely in art Deco style. A few years ago, the breakfast was rather poor. now the quality is increased very much. Parking is difficult in the city centre. There are a few exclusive parking places. The hotel is situated in the middle of the busy centre of Montecatini

VERY GOOD HOTEL. ROOMS ARE NOT ON THE FACE OF THE HOTEL, BUT ON THE REAR OR ON THE SIDE. THE STRUCTURE IS OLD BUT CLEAN AND NICE. WONDERFUL BREAKFAST AND VERY KIND STAFF.

On arrival we were put into a very small room at the back of the hotel. For an extra fee we were moved to a large room at the front of the hotel the following day. Both rooms were beautifully decorated. The weekend lady receptionist was very friendly and helpful but the gentleman on duty on Monday was rude and abrupt. Parking was provided which is a big plus.

La camera assegnata era bella, ma per due persone. Il 3. e 4. letto preparati per i ragazzi non erano degni di questo nome nè della classe dell'hotel. L'area wellness è modesta e mal impostata: c'è la sauna, ma non si può fare la doccia perché non c'è!

A delightful base to return to each evening. Car parking is a bit awkward but the hotel is as individual as you could ask of an Italian hotel. We enjoyed our stay.

Hotel d'étape agréable avec un bon rapport qualité prix. Deux "bé mols" : une réceptionniste pas très "pro" et un petit déjeuner moyen et très désorganisé au niveau du personnel.

Perhaps it's because we had a big dog (nice, clean and calm, but big), or because currently french people are not realy popular, but the welcomming was a bit cold, as if we were disturbing the desk. For exemple, at breakfast, we where told roughly to stand up and not use the table we had choosen, without any explanation. In the hall there are a lot of comfortable armchairs and setees, but again we were told not to use them when we tried, by a rude woman. Anyway, this is a lovely place, with an excellent location in the center of the city. Rooms are clean, fresh, quiet, comfortable and well furnished. Breakfast is medium (not a lot of choice), but served in a room at the top of building, with a panoramic view on the city and surroundings. Except for te not-so-warm welcome, we had a pleasant stay.
