Staff very friendly and helpful. Rooms very clean and service excellent. Located slightly off the beaten track and ask for a room at the back if traffic noise disturbs you. Located very close to the Funiculare up to Montecatini Alto - not to be missed.

We spent 11 marvellous days at the Panoramic,and I really cannot recommend the hotel highly enough. The staff were first class - friendly, welcoming and extremely attentive. When we had a problem with the air conditioning on our first night,we were immediately moved to another (even better!) room. The rooms and facilities of the hotel are first class, and breakfast by the pool was a daily delight. The quality of food and service in the hotel restaurant was also absolutely top-class. We hope to return to Tuscany in the future,and will definitely aim to return to the Panoramic when we do! Thanks to all at the hotel for making our holiday so memorable!

Lovely hotel 10 minutes walk from the centre of town. We had a room at the back which was quiet but a room at the front may have been noisy. The hotel sits on the corner of a traffic light controlled junction. Many cars zoomed by and there were lots of emergency vehicles with horns. A two minute walk up the hill took you to a small residential community with bank, supermarket and restaurant, so no need to walk into town all the time.
