Hotel Real Fini Baia del Re - San Donnino, Modena

This what I would call a North American hotel in Italy. It look like any of te best hotels in Canada. It's a spa like facility, however we didn't have time to take advantage of the facilities and services provided. Easy yo get to from the Autostrada and close to Modena. Good choice in you are in that area. A little more expensive than some, but not compared to what you would pay for this hotel in Canada

Some of spa features (turkish bath, rainforest shower) stopped working before end of their working hours. Though the staff informed me that all is working well even if I could not use them.

The Hotel is brand new. Large, extremely clean and comfortable rooms for a very good price.

We had a great stay in this Hotel. Room was very big and comfortable: very nice furnitures, parquet floors and a nice lighting (we particularly liked lights below the furnitures, that gave an intimate feel of comfort to the room). I'd like to mention the very big, extremely comfortable shower box, and the huge bed. We didn't like the all-in-one TV/DVD/Computer appliance. Once switched on, it's a bit noisy, and if you choose to watch terrestrial TV (the only feature you don't have to pay to use), you can see it through a sort of not-in-sync, low quality streaming-based program. We didn't have the time to enjoy the gym and the whirlpool bathtub, so we can't express a comment on them. If I have the chance to return back in Modena, I'll surely choose to stay again in this Hotel

A new and very good hotel with excellent rooms each with a small garden or terrace. Amazingly good value for money.

A great 3 night stay. Excellent location after a long motorway drive but quite a way out of Modena centre for site seeing. Adjoining restaurant was very good as was the hotel buffet breakfast. Very good value.

Very close to Autostrada and easy to get to the city centre. Ideal for breaking the journey in August when a good deal can be obtained

The front desk personnel were very accommodating and helpful to travelers. They were knowledgeable of the local area and made excellent recommendations for both dining locations and area attractions. Angelo and Roberto also offered practical suggestions and assisted in making arrangements. Their recommendation for "Tino's" restaurant was excellent and they arranged a personal tour of a local balsamic vinegar producer adjacent to the hotel property. This is an excellent hotel for travellers sightseeing throughout northern Italy. In addition to being very clean and having modern rooms, it is centrally located to visit Parma, Modena (15 minutes from Centro) and Bologna. And while immediately next to the entrance of the autostrada, the traffic is not noticeable.

I choose Real Fini Baia del Re because I want to be near modena. In fact the hotel is in the exit of the motorway, a few kilometers from the city. It´s a business hotel I think, but I don´t look for a romantic place. It´s so new, very comfortable with spaciousness rooms and quiet. The restaurant´s hotel was closed for holidays but they recommended me another who was close. The hotel´s have a wellness center and the services are included in the price but I don´t have time to enjoy it. The breakfast was generous and the parking facilities perfect.

Second time we stay i nthis hotel. I strongly recommend it.

Located just outside of Modena but close enough. Great value with free acces to a nice fitness center, free parking and cheap wifi. Friendly staff.

The restaurant was closed. We had to go to the town after an all-day trip.

Trotz der direkten Lage an der Autobahnausfahrt Modena Süd absolut ruhiges Zimmer. Sehr zu empfehlen.

Excellent Hotel, you need a car.

Hotel Eccellente. Comodo per chi deve muoversi in auto, è esattamente sul casello modena sud: stanze molto spaziose, nuovissimo, etc.

Modern and stylish rooms, which i liked. Very nice welcoming, service perfect. Room a bit dusty, overall i can recommend it. Very nice, perfect for business and leasure.

Very nice hotel perfect for an overnight stay

We got a apartment room instead of a standard one,the only disadvantage is that that's not in the main building but separated, at 50 m, so in the morning you have to walk outside to go to breakfast hall.The rest was very good,with something that makes your stay even perfect:the minibar and the wellness center are included.

Beautifully presented rooms, very spacious and a bargain. the room was fully air conditioned which was greatly appreciated after a very long, hot drive.

Having eventually found the hotel, we loved it! Only stayed one night but the rooms were clean and spacious. Both children and adults spent hours in the wellbeing suite, making full use of the turkish bath and jacuzzi. The best treat was the provision of gluten free food for breakfast, the only hotel we stayed in during 2 weeks to do so. Modena seemed to be lacking in restaurants, we only found one in the pedestrian centre.
