Major construction / painting in front of entrance and outside my window. Hotel was VERY far from centro. Average room. Would not recommend this hotel in Modena.

Adequate for an overnight stay. Our reception was swift but not overly welcoming. The room was clean and quite spacious but the bathroom in urgent need of a revamp. Breakfast again adequate, but the service here very friendly.

A modern tower block hotel located a short taxi or tram ride from the rail station, outside the 'old town' bit of Modena. Check times of last tram from the city centre! Staff friendly and helpful, english spoken. Suitable for business travellers as well as tourists.
