Una Hotel Tocq - Milan

First time at Una Hotel Tocq Positive elements: very kind staff, happy lunch good and at a reasonable price, public areas with modern design position near the metro station Negative elements: small rooms with a furniture that seems IKEA quality of the rooms not proportionate to the price, price proposed at the desk to a couple saying that the rooms left were the last available about 30% less than the price paid by me, the hotel surroundings are actually choked by huge building works.

We booked a double superior room, but instead they gave us a very nice suite. The hotel is very clean, but very basic in its furniture and design. Great surroundings for dinner and drinks.

I was living in Milano for one year and I wanted to come back with my friends to celebrate a hen party. The location is great, a lot of fun at night, just beside Corso Como, with allt he pubs and discos, but at the same time is really quiete and nice during the day. Not to far from Duomo , you can walk to the center passing by Brera a perfect place to eat something. The hotel is nice, the only thing is that if you dont wake up early enough they might be out of Cornetto al ciocolato... Have fun!

Good value...chic and modern design...good location close to subway

Hôtel propre et excellent rapport qualité prix. Pas trop loin du centre à pieds et très proche du métro ainsi que de la gare centrale.

Maybe one of the best place to shop in Corso Como. Hotel with a nice design.

A wonderful weekend in november: good location in a trendy aerea. very friendly rooms - extraordinary design is well done (bathrooms!). (but after 5 years some details need to be restored soon...) professional, quick and friendly staff. in our case the price was excellent (but the price-range is very wide)

The hotel is nice and the price is very reasonable. However, the hotel messed up the price quote and wanted to charge me 3 times the amount confirmed by Venere. I made the reservation for two friends and was paying for them as well. I told the hotel (who couldnt find out the mistake and insisted I payed their full amount) not to bother my friends and let them leave. This was not communicated to the staff on duty the day of departure which shows very poor organization.

Very helpful staff in cool, clean and modern environment. Will be back!

The quality of the bedroom was not so high as expected. Our room was not very spacious, had marks on the walls and the furniture was very worn. We were told at reception that the hotel was not busy so would have hoped to have been given a better room, having booked so far in advance.

The hotel was great, but why isn´t it possible to offer a good breakfast?

Beautiful modern hotel in a very central location. Service was marginal, when asked for directions to hotel (driving in) no directions were provided. Very hard to find hotel, poor directions. Small rooms, frankly I'd look for another hotel with better service and easier to find.
