parking is a mess as clients take two parking places and no staff member ever takes any care. Very good hotel for a one-night stop)over would not say more as we did not stay longer.

Very happy with this Hotel. This is the 2nd time here and standards have remained very high. The area is less than exciting however there is a shopping Mall and cinema on a parallel street behind the Hotel, where you can dine and purchase those essentials, like a bottle of booze for the room! Close to the tram system allowing easy access to the City.

A perfect place to stay! Excellent service and quiet, spacious and clean rooms. The hotel is perfect if you are heading north the next day. Ony 45 minutes drive to Bergamo Airport. The price on the room was very competitive. It's situated about 10 minutes by car north of Stazione Centrale.

Public areas recently renewed, but rooms only partially renewed; phone jack far from table, I had to move the notebook near to the bed. Wireless service available in public areas, provided by Megabeam. Good price/quality ratio for the rooms, high price for the restaurant.

The staff were excellent, very helpful and were always available. The rooms were fine but a little small. The location of the hotel was fine once we had familiarised ourselfs with the public transport system, however more information on this would have been helpful.

By car
From the A1 Milano-Roma highway, the A4 Milano-Venezia highway, the A7 Milano-Genova highway and the A8 Milano-Laghi highway, take the Tangenziale Est to the Milano-Viale Zara exit.

By train
From the Milano Centrale railway station, located around 5 km from the property, take underground line 3 towards Macciachini and get off at the Zara stop, then take tram line 11 to the Bignami stop.

By airplane
From either the Linate Airport, 10 km from the hotel, or the Malpensa airport, take the shuttle to Stazione Centrale, following from there the above mentioned indications.
