Hotel d'Aosta has a great location, just a few footsteps from the station, from which you can go to many touristic places as well as some suburbian areas in Milan. The hotel offers clean and spacious rooms and a quite-adequate open-buffet breakfast on the roof.Hotel staff are quite helpful, although a few of them seem to not care much about the customers' needs and behave in a less descent way. The hotel surrounding is nothing different from what you expect from a hotel situated just next to a main station, you can see groups of homeless people and some kind of drug user-types but I have not experienced any disturbing event through my stay. I offer ths hotel to people who search for a budget hotel, which is clean and which provide good transportation possibilities in Milan city center.

We really enjoyed our stay at this hotel in Milan. It was exceptionally convenient, just across the plaza from the central train station and subway connections. It was also within walking distance to a number of major sites, such as the Duomo and La Scala. The desk staff was very helpful in recommending a good, reasonably priced cafe for early evening dinner (restuarants didn't open until 7:30 pm). The breakfast buffet had a good variety, and was located on the upper terrace. One can see the Alps on a morning from here. Although located near the station, it was very quiet at night. We would most certainly stay here again when in Milan.

This is a wonderful hotel when you have taken the train because it is directly across the street from the train station (Milan Central Station). Leave the train station heading to where the buses are; look up to the right. The name of the hotel is at the top of the hotel. Great location, when you are very tired from a long flight and just want to get your bearings on the new time etc.

A perfect hotel for a business stay, very nicely located near Centrale railway station. I had proof of the security in the hotel since in the morning I mistakenly left my luggage in the wrong room, as the cleaners were there and the door was open. I came back at midnight and I received my suitcase back in a matter of a minute. Very efficient and kind. They have a wonderful breakfast room on the roof overviewing the station's square. Breakfast is good for Italian standards but poor for continental standards (no ham, eggs, etc, only croissants and bread/marmellade/butter). The price I paid for the room was very affordable for the quality, so I think I will be back. But beware: rooms are small and I would not suggest this hotel for a touristic stay.

We wanted a hotel for 1 night close to Milan terminal station and Aosta was perfect for that purpose. It was very clean and the room was quite spacious for the standard in Milan. We suffered a bit from lack of service as we couldn't get help to get rid of some bad smell in the bathroom. Only 1 person was on call in the reception. But then, the price was right for that level of service :). I would recommend for 1 or 2 days but not more than that.

Upon first inspection, this looks like the 3-star it claims to be. However, the bathroom floor had not been cleaned after the last guest, the bathroom smelled of sewage, a light wasn't working and when I initially checked in, I was given the key to an occupied room. Nice non-expensive hotel for short stay in Milan, if you're travelling by train. Very good location, easy to find. Pleasant staff at the reception, trying to help you with your matters. Rooms are not bad, having almost everything you're expecting from them - clean beds, shower, air-conditioner, phone, TV and fridge. THERE WAS one bad thing - NO SAFE in the room, but I didn't need it at all. Breakfast included in this price was rather simple, no any hot dishes, but enough for those who don't eat too much in the morning :) Public place is small, just small hall, small bar and room for the luggage. Good hotel for those, who spend more time in the city than in hotel.

I stayed in this hotel for one night. It is directly across from the train station and the airport shuttle bus stop-- VERY convenient, especially when traveling with a lot of luggage. Yes, the rooms are small and the area is rather seedy, but I had no trouble with this hotel. For what I paid it was exactly what I expected. I found the staff to be quite friendly (although it may have helped that I speak Italian), and it was easy enough to find my way around. Great location. Convenient to railway station and bus service to Malpensa. Would not accommodate giving us early breakfast before 7AM. 6:45AM was too early. Could improve in this area to provide small breakfast since my flight was early. Otherwise, room was comfortable.

My husband and I were incredibly disappointed with our stay. The rooms were clean and the proximity to Milan was great however the service and manner of the staff at the front counter was disgusting, especially the gentleman with glasses. His manner was terrible and he shouldn't be working with people. He definately is not a people person!!!

Hotel was in a convenient location -near the train station and 100 metres from ryanair shuttlebus. The tourist office in the train station across the street gave helpful advice enthusiastically. Staff at hotel were professional, friendly, polite, spoke english. Hotel was crispy clean, aircon excellent, little breakfast restaurant with a beautiful view high in the building. Duomo, castle etc four stops away by metro. Excellent value.

First of all I´m very sorry for our late feedback. Hotel is reasonable solution to stay couple of nights in Milan. It´s located well and we were lucky to get a special price. I´m sure I´ll use services of Venere in the future too.

Convenient location next to train station; but very few restaurants open during our stay. Had problem with the plumbing that front desk was not concerned about--told us to wait until morning! Homeless drunk men hanging out in front of hotel. Room was pleasant and breakfast was excellent.

Very close from the Station and the buses to the airports. Metro station on the same side. Despite its name, it is a big modern hotel, the best unexpensive one I used in Milan. So I will return. 2 self service restaurants in the vicinity. Very convenient. Plain continental breakfast, but great view on the Art Deco, "babylonian"-style station ////// Très proche de la gare et des bus pour les aéroports.

The position of the hotel couldn't be closer to the central station of Milan, and the breakfast room has a wonderful view on the main square in front of the station. Reccomended

No global boa relação qualidade-preço.

The front staff was helpful for information. The price was quite high even if Fiera period..but still acceptable. The only thing that we're disapointed was the breakfast service. When we went to breakfast room just before 10o'clock the lady staff refused to serve us Cappucino and start cleaning up meal. I never had this kind of bad feeling in 3 star hotel.
