a very nice hotel in Milan

Service at the hotel was a disaster.Extremely slow and the hotel stuff was very rude without any respect nor manners towards their customers.Quite far from the city(20 euro to piazza duomo with a taxi). NO Metro Station near! NO FREE wifi! The entire hotel has access to only one router (you have to pay 7 euro per day for one device!) Even the cleaning ladies were shouting and were offensive for no important reason.

I'm not sure if it's a four stars hotel. I needed to pay for tv 15 euros, internet 7 euros, parking 10 euros. hotel to bus station 10mn, and after bus to subway 10mn

is ok

The only negative comment goes for breakfast. Although there was a variety of food, there was only one staff to cater for all the guests.

Good: Parking spaces on the street outside available. To be improved: Room seemed to be a smoker's room, I would have preferred to have the choice at booking to book a non-smokers room.

This hotel needs some renovation, the moquette was horrible, very dirty. I got a super price, but next time I will pay more for a better staying. If it is a **** stars I cannot imagine a *.

Bidet missing!

The air conditioning resonated through the handbasin and made the room noisy at night, disturbing sleep. The bed was very comfortable and large. Location in a residential area but a shuttle took people to the metro station. Good breakfast. Would stay again if they sort the noisy aircon.

It's a good option to stay in Milan. Unfortunately, it's quite far away from the city center. However it's easy to reach by public transport (bus)

Young staffs in the front desk were not polite & terrible but ones in restaurant were polite and also shuttle driver was very kind and I thank you sincerly very much to him. Many smokers in entrance were very very terrible and very dirty. China restaurant nearby Hotel was very very terrible and rip off.

This hotel is excellent, the staff are very accommodating and the breakfast is excellent. We did however find access to the hotel shuttle to the rapid transit stop to be restricted. We expect the driver is paid for a predetermined amount of shuttle trips per day as he was not willing to make any additional trips. We recommend the hotel explore other options relative to their current shuttle plan (i.e continuous round trips every twenty minutes throughout the day).

The price inclusive breakfast is very good. The shuttle from hotel to Metro is convenient. Only the water pressure of the shower was too small. It was choked by chalk. Also after the shower head has been exchanged the water pressure was not enough.

The hotel was rather nice, however the welcoming and the staff competence in the reception( specially one of the gentlemen- the young, balding one)was extremely poor- they did not even tried to be polite and helpful.That was very disappointing!Moreover, the surrounding does not encourage to stay there and the hotel is very far from the centre, indeed!

Excellent hotel! I definitely recommend it! Located in a nice and quiet area, it is not far from the Milano Central, 20 min walk. If you have luggage and need bus, the station of 81 bus that goes to Milano Central is 2 min away. The rooms and the hotel are nice and modern. Also, the room was clean and the cleaning service was excellent as well. The personal is friendly and willing to help. The breakfast was very good.

We booked a 3-person room. Overall we were very satisfied: Silent rooms, good breakfast, and the surroundings are very nice. Close enough to walk to the city center, and even the weather was perfect. Excellent value for the price.

Services provided are excellent keeping in view the price. So value for money: Excellent. Howeever do not go for four star rating of the hotel. The toilet does not have an exhaust. Some of the cutlery used is disposal (not a 4 star hotel virtues) and replenishment of warm/hot items of breakfast is not frequent. One has to ask for it; although the staff is very friendly. No fruits offerred at the breakfast. Shuttle driver very firendly and so are staff at the reception.

While the hotel looks nice on the pictures, my experience was just okay. To begin with, unless you are catching a taxi or renting a car, any public transportation options are just plain cumbersome. We caught a shuttle service they offered in the morning we were departing, yet it was expensive and the driver was rude and screaming at the other drivers, all the way to our destination. My kids and I were frightened by his attitude and plain rudeness. The public areas were okay. Breakfast was alright, nothing impressive. Attractive lay out, but not very diverse. The rooms themselves left me wanting. They were clean, and attractive, but my shower head was broken and in order to rinse yourself, you had to hold the wand in one hand. The air conditioning system was not working, in two rooms!!; meaning they probably had no service in the whole hotel...so if you want to sleep comfortable, this is not the hotel for you. At least in May when we went. We tried opening the windows, but they started early construction outside our window, impossible to sleep in. It was stifling hot. When we checked out, they wanted to charge us almost twice what the website had quoted us, and they made a deal to be "loud" about it in front of other customers, no privacy whatsoever. Left me truly wanting. Good price, but we paid for it in other ways. Maybe you will have a better experience. I know we did not. Never we stay in it again.

Very welcoming hotel in the Bicocca area of Milan. Very high relationship between price and quality and very high staff competence. The position is about fifteen minutes walking from the closest subway station but it is possible to take a bus to get there. I am fond of walking so I found it very pleasant.

We had to request a room change, the first one was dirty and lacked of maintenance. The second one was ok. Breakfast is very scarce. Overall good.

It is a bit far from city center. While taking bus 81 from Central train station and directly reach the hotel, it is still OK

a double bedroom, a little hard to find but the breakfast was good.

Good price modern hotel in an expensive city. Definitely attracts the young set. Hotel appeared to struggle with keeping breakfast supplies well stocked. Tried to charge for garage that was not used.

The first room we were given was only partially clean - there was a used bar of soap sitting on the counter and missing towels, fortunately for us the air conditioning was not working either so we were given another room that was much better in quality although the shower chair was pulled partially away from the shower wall and tiles were broken, exposing the wall to the water. Breakfast was good, many choices of good quality but there was a marked difference in the dining room staff toward the crowds of the weekend (very grouchy, unhelpful - dirty silverware, no plates) and the quieter small group of the week day (table settings present, offers to make coffees, etc.) Front desk staff at times were also very short and surly with people when they needed help. Location was great in terms of access to bus and quiet neighborhood - not many restaurants in close proximity though.

When balance the price and quality, the hotel is a good choice for travelers without a big wallet. Though internet is not free, the rate is as cheap as 1eur/hour. Dining room is big but has been used only for breakfast. For lunch or dinner, you must eat out. The staffs were helpful and professional.

We traveled as a marriage. Great trip! Everything was excellent except: - hotel should offers free transfer to central station and return at night and early morning (e.g. every 1 h) - limits as for warm meals and fresh fruits on breakfast - poor night public communication
