The rooms, the concierge, the business centre and the bar area were all wonderful and so were the staff working those areas. The one issue was check out - there were 2 staff allocated to checkout and there were at least 15 - 20 guests waiting at one time to check out. The problem is that there were other staff standing around and other counters that could be used to check out but only 2 staff actively doing so. I waited 45mins to check out AND a further 20 mins to get some money changed - not good enough for a 5 star hotel in my mind. Especially when you are paying for a 5 star service and there are certainly no other benefits included...

The hotel is quite nice in the location, facilities, decoration & service but the floor carpet required to be changed as it looks old & ugly; the wooden decoratin required to renovated in rooms, reception, elevator, lobby wall panels & the sofas in the room required to be changed in the suites not in the rooms.
