It was a nightmare....do not check in there....even if the hotel is well located the welcoming desk and the quietness of the rooms are bad....very bad. Those people who work there don't like anyone and they are extremely ironic and rude, make the customer fell like a fool.

Vergognoso!!!!! le foto presenti sul sito sono forse di 20 anni fa quando il rapporto qualità prezzo poteva risultare adeguato.Oggi è una struttura cadente e sporca. Camere puzzolenti di fumo ! Tende lavate 10 anni fa ! Moquette sporca, con segni di bruciature ! Impianti di sicurezza antincendio invisibili ! Incomprensibile come gli organi di controllo igienicosanitari non provvedano alla chiusura d'ufficio. In tutte le città europee dove mi sono recato con lo stesso prezzo ho trovato alberghi di qualità assolutamente superiore. Mi vergono di essere italiano di fronte a questi spettacoli.

hotel stated as 4 stars and in reality does not deserve more than one. rooms old and dirty. entrance all broken and claimed as beeing close to the center and it is far from it. 3 days stay reduced to 2 and for me it was not satisfactory at all. i do not receomment this hotel to anyone.

In my opinion, this is not a four stars hotel. It could pass as a hostal. There were no international channels on tv, the wardrobe was rickety, the carpet was old and with spots, the breakfast was simple. It was ok for 65€/night and everything very clean, but not for a 4 stars rated hotel. I would return to this hotel in case I would have to return to Fieramilano (because it's easy reachable from there) and paying only 65€ (or less), but never 150€/night.

It's a very nice hotel, located near to the Red Metro line - easy reach to many destinations. Modest breakfast, but very tasty. Extremely agreeable staff. :)

Some rooms below street level, if you're claustrophobic go somewhere else. Very friendly staff speak French and English. Very decent breakfast. Short walk to some nice shops and to Metro station.

I don't know where to start when writing a review for this hotel. Before I say anything, please know that this is NOT A FOUR-STAR HOTEL!! At first it seemed great. We stayed for 9 nights. The rooms were inexpensive rooms: no frills, but generally okay. Breakfast was decent but again, nothing spectacular. Very simple - "fresh" fruit was indeed not, but lots of bread items, cheese, yogurt, excellent coffee. Our main beef with this hotel was an incident that happened about 4 nights into our stay. I noticed a disturbing noise from our bathroom and went to check on this. Keep in mind that we noticed our shower was not draining very quickly during a shower. When I entered the bathroom I discovered that sewage was backing up into our shower, coming up out of the drain and filling the bottom. When I say sewage, I mean SEWAGE. Since neither one of us had used the facilities (after being out most of day) we assumed that this waste (feces and urine) was coming from another room. THE SMELL WAS HORRIFIC!! I quickly went to the front desk where the clerk came up and inspected. He then moved very quickly into finding us another room. This was the only redeeming action by the hotel. The only room they had available was a smaller room with a smaller bed, but we took it because we had no choice. We were told we'd have to stay there for a few nights since it was a weekend and no cleanup staff available. At that point, it made sense to stay in the room since it was almost the end of our stay. I approached the night clerk on the evening before we left (we were checking out at 5am) and asked if anything was done to our bill to compensate us for our inconvenience not to mention a smaller room. He very rudely told me "no, nothing I can do" and shrugged me off. When I explained to him what happened, he told me, "you're not paying anything significant for these rooms anyway, I mean, you get what you pay for." I walked off in a huff. We staied in a triple room. The carpet in the room was really durty. The bathroom was acceptable but very old. We got wet in the rain and they refuse to dispense extra towels. Thes best is the loction. Good restaurants and comercial zones near by.

The hotel is in a good area of town. It has access to the cable car 2 blocks away for one euro. It takes you to the Duomo in 5 or 10 minutes. You could walk but it is a little far. Plenty of restaurants in the hotel area. Breakfast was average as well as the room. Generally clean. Interiors need a facelift. Good deal for the price.

What really left me quite "amused" was the incredibly poor "welcoming" of both older and youger (it depends on time working turns) man that stay in receptions. I read it before in venere.com, and i smiled when it happened!. I'm sure that if a stranger would try it, the feeling would be terrible! It seams that they are upset and no will at all to receive you at the door. Like a "what f..k are you doing here at this time that i was resting" mood! :)) It is really a pity, because the hotel is ok, rooms are not bad, breakfast is good, location ok and prices.. really low.

The hotel is located ca. 500, not 50 metres from the metro station - anyway, you can reach the city centre via metro in a few minutes. The hotel is clean, quiet, breakfast is okay, the staff are very nice and helpful. The hotel needs a renovation, though, the interior looks like it is from the 70s. But the quality/price relation is very good. There is a nice local market near by (fresh food of all kinds).

Continental breakfast with juice and yogurt is quite OK. Restaurants in the neighborhood close to Wagner Metro station. Just a five minutes walk. Recommendable for that price. The man at desk was very help full and gave good advices for tourists.

I purchased this VENERE proposal because of the shuttle for the FIERA MILANO area. Unfortunately the shuttle did not exist at all and i think that VENERE must explain why and eventualy refund the whole amount of money. I believe that VENERE sould control the kind of services included in their proposals.

Me and my wife arrived from Norway on a Sunday afternoon. Or reservation was OK and check-in took 1 minute. Passports was returned to us the same evening. The hotel is small but has a good to very good standard. The room we had was good with good bathroom (tiles, bidet and shower), TV and normal double bed. The brekfast is continental/basic but warm croissants and french bread was being refilled as the guests arrived. The coffe was excellent. Cheese and different jams available as spread, no meat. Yogurt/cereals/fresh juice/tea available. We loved the quiet and safe area. Short distance to good shops/metro(Line 1(red) stops Wagner & DeAngeli) /resturants; Ristorante Cimarosa via(street) cimarosa 13 and a few restaurants in the street via Marghera (3 minutes); Berimbau(Brasil), RistoranteMarghera37.com etc. We strolled along Corso Vercelli/Magenta to the famous (da Vinci) church Santa Maria delle Grazie (25 minutes) and further 25 minutes to the big Duomo in the center. Met Ronaldinho (cool) in the restaurant Pichanas (pichanas.com) close to the San Sero stadium line 1 stop Lotto just 30 minute walk from hotel. We paid 69euro/night, other similar(or worse) hotels asked for 100-150 euro. Price considering we were really positively surprised of the good standard and location. Highly recommeded if you do not need a hotel with lots of additional services. You could get a drink in the basic bar next to the receiption.

It was not directly in the center wich was nice because it's a noisy city. The hotel was good to reach by metro and easy to travel from there to other parts of the city. Breakfast was simpel but very nice and the staff was very friendly and spoke english.

L' hotel è ben posizionato al centro della città, le camere abbastanza pulite, ma si sente tutto attraverso i muri e la porta. Delusione totale sul comportamento del personale, e io non sono uno che vuole per forza vedere il sorriso sulla faccia di chi lavora, ma ho visto molta incompetenza e superficilità. Spesso sono a Milano e spesso per lavoro oltre che per diletto, e dove dire che il servizio trovato in questo stabile è nettamente sotto la media.

Dramatic the room was old very old and dirty bathroom is without cold water. there is'nt any corrispondence from photo and room. The hall was poor, the entrance is dirty, all the plants are full of smog.

My remarks on the promise: "All rooms are equipped with air conditioning with remote control, telephone, colour TV, private bathroom with hairdryer, mini safe, mini bar and Internet access." There was a small box on the wall used for control of the air conditioning - not a portable remote controller (hopefully there was one for the TV). However the AC couldn't be switched on cooling, so when I wanted to keep the room cold I had to open the window which led to noise entering the room from the heavily trafficked via G.W. But what I consider really bad was that there was no useful internet connection. The staff had told me that there is usually ONE cable access point AT THE RECEPTION, but it didn't work all the 5 days of my stay. They offered me possibility of using a modem telephone line (for local call fee of course), but they couldn't provide me with an access provider phone number/login/password all the two days I had the will to keep them asking (even though I do not consider a telephone connection an "Internet access"). For a person which needs Internet as much as I do it is a very unpleasant surprise and has much changed my opinion of this hotel to the worse. Other promises were kept satisfactorily.

Hotel piuttosto deludente per essere un 4 stelle. Il prezzo non e' altissimo ma la stanza era veramente mediocre, il ventilatore del riscaldamento rumoroso e il bagno minuscolo. Alle 10 il tavolo colazione era gia' quasi vuoto. Ha parzialmente salvato la situazione la pulizia, accettabile.

La collazione dovrebbe essere gia dale 6.00 mattina. Il personale aveva problemi per chiamare un taxi, e per questo potevo perdere il treno. Piu gentilezza da parte del reception sarebbe ben vista.
