The service was certainly 4 star however our room shower wasn't working properly, the bed was hard as nails so not a great sleep. Felt that the price did not reflect the location or quality of stay. the hotel was cleana and the staff were very efficient which made up for it.

I like the Lounge and the Bar . Another striking thing was there were a lot of international tourists at the hotel so interaction for a non-italian speaking person was easier .The rooms were nice and comfortable too .

It was close to everything. Not within walking distance but the metro was nearby and lots of restaurants and stores close by as well.

As stated by others, the rooms are small but OK.If on business there really is no desk to work on, prepare to improvise. I appreciate being able to check in very early. As non-resident, it would have been helpful to have Tram maps and directions for use and access to various points. For Milan, probably a less expensive room however it still is a little expensive considering other hotels. The neighborhood felt comfortable, and I would use the Vittoria again.

Rooms are really small, I knew that in advance so no complaint but I think that if you go there with the intention of relaxing you should look for a different accomodation, because space is so limited that it is almost claustrophobic. In my case I just needed a cheap-good location-nice place and this hotel served for the purpose.

I did stay in a single room. Very comfortable, very nice decoration. Breakfast was good and enought. Only one thing as a single traveller which wasn´t so nice was that i wasn´t allowed to take any guests to my room more than 5 minutes.

I staryed in a single room, it was the smallest room I ever had but at least it had a quite big bed. It was 20 minutes walk to Doumo so we had all our meals there.

A nice hotel close to the center. The rooms are quite small but tidy and ok for a short stay. Staff are friendly and welcoming and helpful.

Suite Catastrophically small number, it is impossible to place an open suitcase. Strange actions of the personnel on blocking of money on a credit card before arrival to hotel. Not 10 but 15-20 minutes on foot to the historical centre

I stayed for just two nights but I had everything I needed, it was a very relaxed atmosphere and a very nice hotel. I was very lucky because I only booked it the night before. It is also in good walking distance from the main old part of Milan and was reachable by tram and bus. The map just wasn't very clear from the website and it took us a little while to find it. A good stay though.

Small rooms but cozy, even if I don't like the Victorian Style. Just small flaws here and there but not that bad. The price is just a little to high but alligned with the others in Milan.

Lovely little hotel very well situated near city center and Duomo but (and it is a big but...) the rooms are incredibly small for the price (we paid 80 € per night without breakfast): you can barely move around the bed and there is no place to put your suitcase . We had 2 double rooms with our grown-up children and both were the tiniest we experienced during our whole stay in Italy . Definitely not for the claustrophobic... Beside that, the staff was very friendly, especially the owners, and the breakfast was quite good (fresh orange juice and home-made croissants and bread) but (also a big but) you have to arrive early because quantities are severely limited : if you arrive 15 minutes before closing time, you may not find any more croissants, as the owners, who make the cooking, deliver them piece by piece and they disappear quite quickly ...

This hotel was so quaint and the staff so nice. We had a wonderful stay. The location was a few blocks from Gallaria, but other places close. Supermarket next door (fun!) Rooms a bit small, big decorated nice and very clean. We would stay here again!

This hotel was nicer than the website describes. Very spacious rooms for a European hotel. Breakfast was similiar to what you would find elsewhere maybe even a little better. Location is fine for a one or two night stay. Close to the bus line and an excellent rstauarant accross the street with reasonable prices. Would stay there again.

We spent 3 nights in Hotel Vittoria. It was wonderful there, as the rooms look like in a fairy tale, so comfortable and lovely. I guess you won't like the hotel if you need whole lot's of space... The bathroom was very clean and nice, too. Service is excellent, everyone is very friendly and you always feel welcome. It lies in a very quiet street, next to a bigger one, so that it's quiet and central at one time. By taking Tram No.12 you are nearby the Dome in 10 Minutes, but walking is ok as well, as you will pass many shops and sights.
