The hotel was dire. It was like a boarding house of some sort. I was uncomfortable going to the public areas. The photograph of the hotel was deceptive and the entrace was on the first floor with no elevator and a lot of steps. I stayed in a single room that was dirty and like a cupboard. i was bitten by mosquitos and had to pay 10 euros extra for the airconditioner to be turned on. The dinning room was tiny and the only public area. it had mismatched chairs and was dirty. The waitress serveed me coffee in between running after her dog and did not wash her hands. I will not recommend this hotel to anyone. Breakfast was croissants in packets and a few other unedible items. This is the worst hotel I have ever stayed in. There was a lot of activity throughout the night and i found it difficult to sleep on the smallest bed ever. I was glad to check out and left for the airport earrly as I was so uncomfortable in the hotel. One positive thing is that the 2 receptionists were friendly and helpful to an extent but were unable to provide any sort of map for me when I asked.

Location is a huge plus, only few steps away from Central Railway station but the area is quiet and secured. Hotel seems to be a bit overpriced but in the end of the day Milan is not a cheap city so I consider this place a good one.

We stayed here for one night before continuing our journey. It was excellent value and had easy access to Milano Centrale station. We would certainly stay here again for the same purpose.

we were fairly happy with the hotel, though we thought the room was just adequate for the price, but the bathroom was a little disappointing: there was no ventilation and the fan for this was falling off the wall, the bedroom window looked out over a depressing courtyard. We found far better accommodation for better money elsewhere in italy. Would avoid in future.

The room was very small and noisy, both during the day and the night. The common spaces were dark and old-fashioned. I really do not suggest to stay in this hotel if you plan to rest or travelling for job.

This hotel is very over priced, it was charging more than a 3 star hotel, it was taking advantage of a trade fair when very little rooms are available. The hotel has no lift and my room was on the top floor. I will not be staying here again and will let other travllers know.

An excellent hotel, don't be put off by rather grim location in a back street, as inside is all you could expect of a reasonably priced city centre hotel. Staff were extremely helpful, even providing a late breakfast for us on the first morning when we had made the embarrassing mistake of not putting our alarm an hour forward. Overall, this hotel is highly recommended.

1) From web pages, it stated that air conditioning is included. But they tell us air conditioning is not working and even you can see there is power supply but just they won't give you the remote control and you have nothing can do. 2)Breakfast is included and written in my confirmation sheet but they told us ours is discounted room so no breakfast provided. 3)The owner is too rude and i'm not sure if he is really cant speak good english or just pretend, the worst is he wont look at you when talking with you. 4) Location is not good, you can see black people standing around, no restaurants but only 1 bar beside, its noisy at night 5) I won't suggest this hotel to anybody unless all hotel is full, for better location, i suggest you to stay another side where you can find tram around~

Trascorso solamente una notte di passaggio per impegni al mattino dopo. Per questo scopo è perfetto. Non ho usufruito della colazione a buffet per mancanza di tempo ma sembrava buona. Gentili i gestori.

Excellent location - walking distance from the railway station and to the city centre. Also very close to a metro stop. We found the staff very helpful and friendly. The room was old and the bathroom was very small and windowless, but the hotel clean and we felt it was good value for money.

I travelled with my wife and my 25 year old son. The staff were friendly, quick and helpful. But the guest were a bit noisy at the mid of the night, or in the early morning. Guests have to bring their own hair drier and water glass if they need one.

Everything was excellent but next time we will ask for a room on the back side because of the bar just below where people made very much noise until late and did not allow us to sleep. Also, the breakfast could provide more diversified products (eg : eggs, bacon, etc.) But we will certainly stay again in this hotel.

Sehr nah am Bahnhof (5 Min. zu Fuß). Freundliches Personal. Sauberes Zimmer, kleines Bad in altem italienischem Stil d.h. mit Duschkopf mitten im Raum ohne Vorhang. Wir hatten sogar eine Klima-anlage. Frühstück nur süß (Croissants, Zwieback, Marmelade). Das Hotel ist generell empfehlenswert. English: near railway station. small room, small bathroom but everything was clean. Breakfast only sweet. I would recommend this hotel for budget travellers in Milano.

Room was clean. Staff was friendly. We stayed Saturday night and Sunday night. Our room faced the street. Saturday night we could not get to sleep because of all the talking coming from the street. There is a cafe located right outside of the hotel which is where the noise could have been coming from. It was always closed in the daytime, but might have opened at night. The noise finally ended at around 3 am. Sunday night there was no excessive talking heard. Both nights though, you could hear the cars in the streets quite frequently. Noise from within the hotel could be easily heard as well, however, the noise died down by midnight. The location is indicated in the map, however, it would be good if there were actual street names listed in the map. The website says breakfast is included, however, when we went there was a sign saying breakfast was 5 euro. This might have been for outsiders though. Shampoo is not included, however, there is soap. Bathroom was a little small, but the rooms were spacious enough.
