This is our first time in Italy/Milan. We hear that hotel prices in Milan are super expensive so I would rate this one being very reasonable and the location is fantastic. The walk from the Train station was a bit far, but manageable. Yes the room is super small, but hey, if you are budget minded and only need a safe and reputable place to stay, then I would think this is a very good valued hotel.

We're a family with a 7 y.o. kid. Booked tripple room 1,5 month before arriving. When we came, the staff gave us a double room with an additional bed! and the door around a lock was broken! The other room they gave us was a bit bigger... but no heating at all!!!(It is January and +2C outside! & inside too!) The staff said us that we need to contact to a manager of the "hotel" in the morning. So we spent the whole night in the frige! The kid and we were snizing & coughing in the next morning! And were going to change the hotel. But, what a miricale! After some italien famaly chacked out they found us a good room - big and hot! And next two nights were quite comfortable. Nevertheless, the *** is too much for the hotel. No tv (if you ask, they bring some small tv), no minibar, no heating in some rooms, breakfast is very poor. Location is good, but getting out of the door you're always risking to be hitted by some car - it's a road right out the door! It doesn't cost the money!!! Never advise the hotel to anyone!

avoid room 10 at any cost - it's dark, long, and badly designed - though spacious. We had a booking for three and were at first given room 10. Scaffolding was over every window and it's on 1st floor, so noise is great. We were given another room nbr 23, on 3rd floor, spacious and light. Shower could have been a bit bigger. The hotel itself could do with redecoration. location is very central.

Convenient to the Duomo, the Galleria, La Scala, and the castle. The breakfast was included and looked great, but we had to leave early for the airport. I would stay here again even though the rooms were pretty small; the price was a good deal for the location.

The hotel is in a good location to walk to the main sights around Milan. You can walk from the metro station to the hotel quite easily (although make sure you have a map!). The staff were welcoming and check in was quick and easy. The rooms are basic, clean, fairly comfortable and the breakfast is adequate for your needs. Overall, a good choice for those on a budget wishing to explore Milan.

The hotel is in downtown Milan. Outside there is much noise (cars all the night!!) and the windows do not absorb almost anything. The single room is small and old, but all things considered, especially given the location, very convenient if you do not want to sleep a lot ....

It was the second stay in this hotel and I realised that the dirt and the mildew stains in the shower weren't an accident. As I lokk under the bed searching an earring I saw tons of dirt and dust. I would prefer to pay a bit more for cleanness. The position is fantastic.

A mature couple, we stayed in a 2-person room ("matrimonial" in Italy). The room was generally clean, but some surfaces were dusty. The staff were helpful at all times and multilingual. The hotel is situated in the central historic district, 10 min from the Duomo, so it is very convenient for sightseeing and walking, a major factor in our choice. However, there are surprisingly few restaurants or trattoria in the area. We would stay here again.

Great location, near Via Torino, lots of nice stores and supermarkets around. Easy access to public transportation, but not needed since all major atractions are walking distance, like the Duomo and the Sforzesco castle. Doesn't provide free wi-fi access, though, they charge 5 euros for a 24-hour period. Breakfast ok, room ok, though our room was near a service area that got a bit noisy, I guess with the in and out of employees taking out the garbage. Surely recommend, but try to arrive there by day because the tiny crooked streets nearby can be intimidating for the newcomer, but it's not much after you get used to it.

This is a hotel to lay your head. Don't expect any fancy things as the hotel is situated in a very central location in the heart of Milan and charges very low rates. The hotel was clean breakfast was reasonable and air-conditioned worked. Room was small though. Some of the staff were helpful (esp. the young ones) but some of them not so. Overall a good place to stay if you are keen to keep within a low budget and staying in the centre is a must.

Centrally located along a narrow and usually quiet street. There was some construction going on next door during the daytime, but this seems temporary, and my room was very quiet throughout the night. The room was a decent size for a single in Italy, with nice furnishings. Friendliness of the staff depended on who was working the desk at the time--but everyone was nice on the whole, esp. the younger staff.

We stayed in a twin room, it was just as we expected for a centrally located hotel, comfortable with all ammenities we needed including air conditioning, not a lot of extra space which is the norm for anywhere central in Italy. Easy walking distance to Piazza del Duomo. I would definitely stay here again.
