This is a small, budget hotel. It was perfect for me, traveling alone on business, with only a few hours to sleep and a need to be near train station. The staff, which could be part of same family, was very pleasant--but their job is to NOT alienate paying customers. The room was clean and comfortable enough. I was tired and slept well. The price was very reasonable. I am happy I chose this hotel. If I had been traveling with family on holiday, I might not have chosen it however.

For 1 night (some hours ) stay the hotel was OK, it is quite, nice, near milano central station and corso buenosaires, but I dont reccomend to live here more than one day

We had a very comfortable stay. The room was very spacious and beds were comfortable. The common area is small but the staff was really welcoming and helpful. However, the hotel was difficult to find according to the directions. When we did find it, we were very pleased with everything.

I had a very dark room on the ground floor with a shutter which could'nt be raised. And even if it was quiet outside, my room was not as I could hear everything when somebody was talking at the reception. I was waked up during the night by a client talking loudly. On the other hand, the employees were nice.

Oh my God it was a disaster to stay that hotel. Actually it was not a hotel , it was a place partly located in an apartment. We were given a room just behind the receptionist desk and all night we had to hear all sort of noise , phone ringing etc. The place was completely different from the pictures we saw in venere.com. I recommend all folks to stay in a hotel located in surrounding areas of Milano (For instance Bergamo) instead of staying such a shit place.

we weren't able to check in a bit earlier _room wasn't clean yet_ so we had to drop off our bags and come back later. young receptionist not really friendly with the attitude "couldn't care less". short before checking out wanted to check my emails, the computer was switched off, so I turned it on - got reprimended in unfriendly manner, I wasn't allowed to do so.

The minibar empty and with the lock missing gave to the room a heavy touch of poorness. It would be much better if the minibar, not necessary in a 1-star-hotel room, there weren't quite. It was the first time I stayed at this hotel.

One of the staff members was fantastic, Massimo. The other ones were blase. The area is quite dangerous, be carefull. Valley is a great pick. Go for it!

We had stayed at the Valley Hotel on two seperate occasions. For the first visit, the room we recieved was on the bottom floor (which looked like a basement) and the room was extremly cold. The second time the rooms were clean, spacious, warm and very nice. The location was a block away from all the shopping you can handle ( which was great for 2 women . The front desk people were very helpfull and they spoke english very well. I was happy the second time I stayed at the hotel. They only thing I would suggest would be to specify not to stay on the bottom floor. Other than that It was enjoyable. The prices were very decent compared to the other hotels in the area.

At this price in Milan, the hotel was as to be expected. Very close to both metrostations and Milan Central Railwaystation. Also close to a very nice restaurant, much cheaper than in the heart of Milan. The negative aspects of our stay was a mad british guy who sang all through the night, and the hotel has very thin walls. The shower was ok, but the water was very cold, We never had a nice hot shower.

Very nice and clean room but in the basement there is a disco pub so during the night we had some problems to sleep!

Overall we enjoyed our stay at Valley, it was one of the nicer places on our trip. The only thing I wish we would have known about was the dance club that goes on in a bar downstairs from about 10 pm to 1 am. It made for some loud late nights.

We arrived around 11:30 at night and were told that too many reservations had been made and that we would have to go to another hotel. The nightman at Valley drove us there in his hotel, but it was in a completely different location and we had chosen Valley for its location. Have no idea how Valley was because we couldn't stay there...and we definitely didn't appreciate the bad organisation of this hotel...Would not go back.

Thank you! Good service for my short stay. Very simple lodging, but it had everything I needed.

We wanted somewhere cheap, clean and close to the station. We got that plus a 20% discount at a local pizzeria! Who can complain?!

This was a last minute booking for our vacation. We didn't have too many options, otherwise we would not have chosen a hotel that only had 2 reviews. The hotel was clean. However, the room was claustrophobic and hot. Lightbulbs were missing. However, we would not have minded so much but the owner, Umberto, misled us with a dinner recommendation. He told us to go to a specific restaurant where we would get a 50% discount on the tourist menu. He said he had a deal with the owner. We went. The owner acknowledged the deal. We had a great meal. At the end, the owner told us we must have misunderstood. He would not give us the discount. We did not misunderstand. This was a scam between he and Umberto. Although our meal was excellent, the "deal" left a bad taste in our mouths.

A pleasant small hotel which was well organised. Unfortunately my room was next to Reception which made it rather noisy at certain times of the day. Did not affect my enjoyment too much though so overall I was quite satisfied with everything there. Good value for money
