We reserved for two nights in this hotel. Our room is small to us because we are in 3 to share the room. I reserved a triple room but there wasnt enough space. When we arrived we found a little bit dusty and inside the drawers we found ripped papers on it. Inside the bathroom we didnt have a hair dyer but good thing when we went to asked they gave as one. We didnt have enough toilet papers also or maybe they just didnt remembered to leave us an extra because when we arrived it has already way half of it. On the website it says free internet but it isnt. There was one receptionist at night that when we arrived late and while we were asking for somethings he put in his mouth a sigarette ready to smoke it. And we understand that there was the world cup but he wasnt really paying attention to us. And when we asked for a wifi connection he just showed us the price list and he continue to watch again. We were so tired to complain but anyhow he didnt gave us also a reciept for it. Well, although we encountered this type of problem the stay was good, the room was silent, very near to the shopping centre and we didnt find hard to locate it. A little advise: more food for breakfast and the backyard of the hotel is beautiful its not well used. I think it would be great to eat breakfast in such a garden like that.

According to our needs, we are satisfied by the location of the hotel (near the central station and the metro-stops).It is not placed on a main street, but that's why it is a quiet place. The only recommendation: please, do the best,to offer a free internet access for the accomodation price.

Easy walk from train station-- would stay there again - walked to Duomo through huge park - - very comfortable area - manager recommended a fabulous restaurant - Duo Duo - on Tavido I think...very hip Asian food that had fab prices - and plenty of locals taking advantage of Great food! Would have stayed longer if I could - very nice back courtyard - warm and sunny with beautiful trees.

The hotel's location is convinenet - close to the main railway station and a couple of metro and tramway stations. The staff is very friendly, heplful and offer a rather broad range of additional "consierge services" such as football tickets, bus tickets etc. The room we stayed in was ok (not more) - unfortunately not too clean - for the price but the bathroom was not. It was tiny! And I have never before experienced such bad/old plumbing and so thin walls in a hotel. If it hadn't been for the friendly, competent staff, the ok-rating given would have been a big fat negative one. We stayed only for one night... so it was bearable.

This hotel was horrible! We found the room with the door and window opened when we arrived. Most of the old forniture were already dirty. The "bathroom" was small, noisy and dirty, and it is just a box in the room. For the same price or cheaper price it is possible to find something better.

Excellent location close to Corso Buenos Aires. Small rooms, but clean, staff great. Breakfast was OK, nothing special but fresh coffee (espresso, capuccino etc.), fresh bread and yoghurt, children had hot chocolate. Garden is nice, if you like to stay in hotel. Location close to Metro station makes the whole Milano easily reachable.

It was really quite 'economic', for specific reasons: 1) It's actually not that close to the central station, taking nearly 10 minutes walk; 2) The so-called 'Twin Room'... they put a narrow tiny BUNK bed in it...!! 3) The room has no air condition at all; 4) It was quite smelly when 1st time go into the room 5) The bathroom is actually not a small one, but I don't understand why they still planned the shower space as only around 1 sqm, you must hit the glass door when you turn around or put on your shower gel.... Having said that seems they have a very nice courtyard, and there is a weekend market on the street beside the hotel... but suggest you guys seriously think about whether you want to save some euros by accepting the above conditions.

Lidia, Lidia & Ricardo were wonderful. Otherwise I have never met a ruder staff or a group of people who made me feel less welcomed than at this hotel. The day people were rude, non-caring and unattentive. Night shift was better. They nickeled & dimed us to death on the internet & if you like packaged croissants, then this is the place for you. I was very disappointed w/the location, it was close but not too close to the train station and not in a good neighborhood. Thank you Lidias for making me feel special. The rest of the staff, except Ricardo who was only there for a few hours were awful.

Stayed in a quad room (2 x double beds) Lovely hotel, which was only a 5 minute walk from the Central Train Station. The hotel itself, was lovely. My only gripe would be, that the shower ran hot & cold when your under it & the Breakfast is very basic. Only toast (in a packet) a bread roll, jams & a croissant. Could do with a boiled egg, ham, cheese & maybe some yoghurt. The coffee was great. All in all, very good value for money!

I was our first time in Milan and we enjoyed it a lot. We liked our stay in the hotel, except a problem that occurred in our room. The staff in the hotel speaks fluently english and is very kind and helpful. The rooms in themselves are ok but their problem is the bathroom. Firstly, it is not a separated room, there is just a thin plastic wall that makes the separation. Better be an intimate of your roomate because there is no privacy at all. Secondly, it seems that the air evacuation is common the different bathrooms of the hotel. Unfortunately, our neighbour was a smoker, and it has been as if he/she was smoking in our room (no smoke but an intense fragance). That has been extremely unpleasant. Coming back to the public areas of the hotel, their breakfast is very poor and all-industrial. I'd say 8/10 for the location (10min walking to the central station), 8/10 for the kindness of the staff, 4/10 for the room.

When I arrived, I was informed that they had no room for me, due to some sort of damage to a number of their rooms (possibly water damage). Immediately the clerk had a new room for me in a neighboring hotel, transferring me from a two star to a three star, essentially, and keeping the price the same, all the while apologizing for the problem. It was well-handled and I was impressed with how quickly the problem was solved.

The hotel was a bit farther away from the train station than was anticipated. The hotel accomodated a family of four in a tight room that slept five. The room was on the ground-floor and was around the corner from the front desk. It was too noisy and made sleep difficlut. Late guests, faxes and the shuffling of the desk clerk were all easly heard from our room. This hotel would work for those on a tight budget - but don't take a room on the first floor if loud noise makes resting difficult.

I thought this hotel definitely could have used improvement. The bedroom was seperated from the bathroom by a very thin wall (you could easily have pushed it down). Also, when I arrived, the room smelled like cigarette smoke even though it was a non-smoking room. It did have a balcony, which was an added bonus... and the room itself was fairly spacious, but I would probably not return to this hotel again.

Excellent value for money in central Milan. We paid just EUR58 for midweek in November. Really friendly staff with an excellent sense of humour - all spoke excellent english. The room was pretty small, and the bed only a double while the bathroom was basically a closet. To be fair the hotel is undergoing renovation so it may well be that they are upgrading some of the rooms. We can't rate breakfast as we had to leave at 6 am to get to the airport and breakfast is served from 7am. Location is 5 mins walk from the station -easily walkable with backpacks for the Malpensa Express bus, and 2 minutes from the Lima Metro station on Line 1 and also the Corso Buenos Aires shopping street. TIP- Buy a EUR3 all day Metro pass and go anywhere easily in Milan! The Station area is not the greatest of areas(like any city) but we felt safe enough. Overall, it was excellent value for money, and exceeded expectations.

Hotel was easily found, reasonably short walk from central railway and airport-link bus. Getting about the city was easy once we knew where to buy the tickets. Tour bus operators seem to purchase most tickets to Last Supper, so either book months in advance or use tour bus. Good food and drink locally but some of the restaurants start to get full about 9pm. ( - no adaptors for Italian plug sockets) Will certainly visit Milan again.

The room we stayed in was EXTREMELY small, but it was very clean and comfortable. There was construction going on in the hallways and stairwells while we were there, so the place was a little torn up. There was no working early in the morning or after late afternoon, so it was no inconvenience. The hotel was located close to the metro, so getting to the sights was easy. Staff were VERY friendly and helpful.

Room was so small you could hardly walk around the bed. When it was light outside it was dark inside. When it was dark outside it was light inside. You knew when your neighbor was showering. Some of the staff was indifferent. Skip the breakfast. At least the sheets were clean. Close to public transportation.

The hotel was a big let down. I gave the wrong expiry date for my credit card deposit and it caused confusion as my deposit was unable to be deducted, but I received no notification whatsoever of this until fronting up to reception where I was made to feel like crap for such a small problem that could have been fixed with a quick email. We should have left then. The room was well below expectations, especially considering the price we paid and there were renovations going on so the hotel was a mess. Might be good when the renovations are finished, but steer clear in the mean time. Particularly unhappy with the hotel overall. ps the travel directions given were grossly inadequate.

This is located conveniently to the train station and is typical of Milan, you don't get much for your hotel dollar. The service was nice and it was clean and quiet enough. OK for a single traveller - probably not for romantic weekend away.

Milan is just very expensive, so what you get here for one price is far less than what you get in Napoli for that price. The staff was great and accomodating, we requested another room, becuase of the construction work that they were doing, and they immediately tried there best to get us the room we wanted. If it wasn't for the construction work the place would be a lot more quiet. They have a nice garden (unfortunately when we were there filled with work materials). There is an airco, but it's not one of the best, it was still quite warm, and the fact that the rooms are quite small doesn't help. However considering the town, i think it is a good place to stay for that money and i would definetly come there again (when the construction work is done).

i would definitely recommend this hotel to everyone. the staff is really friendly and helpful, speaking perfect english, italian and even french. the rooms are nice even the bathroom. we stayed in a 4-bed room for 90 euros, and it is really worth its price altough the breakfast wasnt too much and too good but, it s close to the station and a market and the subwaystations.

Nice hotel with short distance to railstation (walking distance) and metro. Bars and restaurants near by and on saturday is a big market directly in front of the house. We did like the stay very much. Very nice is the garden you can sit and relax a bit after a long day in Milan.

The hotel is located pretty close to Central Station, a very useful way to take buses from-to Malpensa and Orio al Serio airports. The Lima subway station is also near the hotel, so that, you have Milán in your hand to visit it. The room was neat and suitable for 4 people with bunk beds for the children. A relaxing morning shower in a medium sized bathroom comes before a good enough breakfast, but no juice included in price. At night, the back to the hotel was a little bit lonely. In summary an excellent relationship quality/price.

We stayed for two nights and the personal was really nice. The rooms are OK and the area it is situated in is very centric. Although I did not have a total feeling of security coming back to the hotel walking at nights, it is a very good choice as it is close to the subway and train station and centric. The people are really nice. Very good relation price-quality.

Once we managed to sort out how to turn the map it was quite easy to find the hotel and it was only a five minute walk from the train station. Very handy for us as we were flying back to the UK very early hours of the morning. We couldn't be bothered to get up early enough to have breakfast so can't comment on that but at least it was included in the price which isn't always the case... The staff seemed very friendly and spoke okay English. We would recommend this hotel to other travellers and will definitely be gonig back ourselves later this year.

The hotel was very convenient for me. I just needed a place close to the train station to sleep 1 night. The breakfast is served in a lovely courtyard however the quality of the food was awful. There was a private bathroom in my room which is a luxury considering the standards of 2 star hotels at Italy. The staff was friendly and helpfull, they recommended an Indian restaurant in front of the hotel which is very good and cheap.

Not a bad little place but don't expect a good breakfast, even by italian standards. We were unlucky in that we had one of the smallest rooms in the hotel, but it did have a nice balcony. If you come by car and park out front watch out for the market which is on Saturday. If you leave your car there over Friday night it will be impounded! Location is not bad at all. I would stay again, but not in room 107 (I think it was) - not enough room to swing a cat... Oh there is a great fish restaurant in the parallel street in front of the hotel. It gets packed so book...it really is good.

NOT The Best. The pictures for this hotel are a bit misleading. The facade is quite pretty and some effort has been but into the public areas - reception, garden, breakfast room, which are welcoming - however the bedrooms, where one spends more of one's time, are tiny and very shabby. In particular the beds are were lightweight and unstable affairs, unsuited to a hotel. The laths (strips of wood holding up the matress) in one of the beds in our room were inclined to fall out when the occupant moved. We bore this with some good spirit but gave up on the third night when the matress fell through and we discovered that the laths that had fallen to the floor had simply been removed. A replacement bed was brought in from the bacony, which seemed to be a storehouse for old furniture and other rubbish. This could be a lovely hotel - the staff were pleasant and the building iteslf has character but I really can't recommend it as it stands, and as comparably inexpensive as it is to some Milan hotels I don't think it represents good value.

Goede locatie nabij Centraal Station en metro. Nette kamer met airco. Zeer behulpzame, aardige receptionist(en). Eenvoudig ontbijt.

Price vs Quality is reasonnable . Nice backyard court garden . A bit far from Central train station (15 min.walk). Manager Ricardo is helpful and friendly . An open market in front of hotel is very interesting (only Tuesday & Saturday). Convenient and close to the shopping area Corso Buenos Aires (10 min walk). Recommend !
