My BA flight was cancelled, I then rebooked on a another BA flight the same day but a lot later, that flight too was then cancelled that day. When I called the hotel from London to cancel my booking they said that they could not cancel it as it was booked through Venere. When I called Venere to cancel, they said they could not cancel the booking it was up to the hotel. The hotel refused to cancel the booking, and my credit card was billed. I will NEVER stay at that hotel, or recommend you chance it booking with them. I have taken a walk past the hotel, and it looks terrible from the outside. Would seem that I dodged a bullet. I booked myself into the Starhotels Ritz in Milan. You can rest assured that I will make it my mission to warn people not to stay there. The whole experience also made me reconsider using this web service in the future.

Very good hotel, excellent for the price paid, although perhaps closer to a 3 stars than a 4 stars. Room was a double of reasonable size, with comfortable beds and a good and modern bathroom. Near the central station, this is not a very appealing part of Milan, but very convenient for travellers and with several restaurants open until late.

I did like all in the room, but i'd like to include on the cleaning kit a better shampoo and some hidratant cream. I stayed 8 days.

Very competent and kindly staff Easy to reach both from the railways stations (by walk or underground trains)and airports (by coach) No waste of time when it comes to get out in the city. Can be trusted, if not yet known.

We chose this hotel because of its proximity to the railway station. The room was very comfortable and pleasant to return to after a day out in the city which is easily reached by metro. The breakfast was good. Hotel ambience a little impersonal. The staff are efficient.

I had two major problems with this hotel - location and a noisy room. The location was not surprised as it's in the terminal station area. The first room we got was in the front so it was very noisy. also, the bath wasn't very convinient, and the breakfast wasn't what you would expect from a 4 star hotel. But comparing to other options in Milan, and the price, this was an OK option. If the price will be OK, I'll return to this hotel (and ask for a back room)

This hotel was perfect for a short stay in Paris. It is a few steps from the Metro station and just a 5 minute ride into the city centre. The staff spoke fluent English and were extremely helpful with directions etc. I would reccomend this hotel for those on a budget!

Good location as near the railway station. Did ask if possible to book a taxi to collect us at the airport but was advised this was not possible resulting in us getting ripped off by taxi. Overall excellent stay as we went for the football and won 2-0!

Only had 2 nights in Milan on our to Paris from Rome, but Terminal Hotel was good value, pleasant people and comfortable rooms. Located very handy to train station and although a bit of a way from the down town Milan, we enjoyed the walk. First time in Milan and would go back again to the Terminal.

Habitación y baños amplios y limpios. Buen buffet desayuno.

The hotel is in an Excellent location, in regards to be so close to the Train station. The staff were excellent! I arrived late, due to my flight being delayed and the staff had everything waiting and ready for me, including train times for the next days journey to Venice. A little noisey in the morning, due to tram tracks on the street, but apart from that, the bed was comfortable! And I enjoyed my stay, thank you very much! I would stay there again!!!

This hotel is very easy to find as long as you have a map on hand. It's literally 5 minutes from the train station but because the street names change every few blocks make sure you have a printed map with you. We got a little lost and were told several times that areas just two or three blocks from the hotel (and the train station) were very unsafe areas. The hotel itself seemed fine, but another reason to bring a map, you don't want to stumble into one of these bad neighborhoods.

The service is standard for the price. The hotel location is much farther than what is described in the map. Service quality is just OK. We tried to ask for bus services and the information is not quite informative. Things are in plain vanilla....

Not far away from Central Station and easy to locate and walk with lugguages, takes only 10 minutes. Room is newly furnished and is clean and spacious, in fact the most clean and spacious one amongst my 10 days in Italy. Breakfast is good although choices are limited. Value for money choice.

We were very pleased with the accomodations and with the gracious help of the staff. We definitely got our euros worth! The rooms were very clean and probably the best for the price we've had in Europe. It was well located for our needs. All of our needs were dealt with immediately and competantly. We would definately stay here again, for comfort help and convenience.

We stayed at the hotel twice over a two week period. Both rooms were excellent, as was the breakfast. The hotel is on a main street about 4 blocks from the main railroad terminal, and there is some street noise, but nothing that kept us up. Our first staff person was extremely helful and gracious. Our second was a bit brusque, but efficient.

Good points: breakfast, proximity to Central Station, metro, buses and trams. Bad points: small rooms, dark surroundings, dirty bath tube, lack of the facilities and amenities that one could expect from a 4-star hotel.

The area around the main train station is very convenient and safe if not the most elegant. There is a terrific bakery about 1/2 way between the hotel and the train station on the same side of the street. By all means, stop and enjoy. The staff spoke excellent English (and several other languages) which made my English-only husband feel quite welcome. The staff offered a nice map of the area and quick guidance on using the local transportation. Best recommendation from the hotel staff: Take the bus from the train station to the Milan airport. Although the price may change, in Oct 2005, it only cost us 5 euro per person which was a steal! Very comfortable ride. (Note: Speaking Italian here will help you feel more comfortable as the drivers are hired for their ability to drive and not their ability to speak foreign languages.) Did get some cigarette smoke in the room and thought maybe is was wafting up from the outside area below. Once the smoker stopped the air cleared. This was our last (1/2 day stop in Milan) before heading back to the US after 2 weeks in Italy. So, I cannot speak to any of the business needs. The public computer with internet connection in the lobby was down until tomorrow due to a botched upgrade. So, we called to verify flights rather than checking on-line. Not an issue for us. Would stay here again.

The rooms of this new hotel are beautiful, although you’d never know it from the outside. A 5 minute walk from the central train station and along a row of a few other hotels, the old building that houses this hotel looks nondescript. Inside, the rooms are very modern and larger than average and the bathrooms are sparkling with new marble. The breakfast was very tasty and provided more options than a typical European hotel. The staff was very professional and amazingly friendly. I wouldn’t consider staying anywhere else in Milan.
