Hotel Susa - Milan

Outstanding facilities & staff. When we arrived early, concierge served us coffee & rolls in the small bar as we waited for our room, then provided maps & detailed info re sights & how to get to Duomo on bus (easy, 10-minute shot). On departure, staff also reserved cab at 7:30 am to take us to train station (9 euros). Complimentary prosecco & snacks in our room; terrific, bountiful breakfast. Highly recommended in expensive Milan.

Perfect hotel to those who does not need big room, but any other convenience. Esthetic and silent room, everything is in order (even the massage shower in the bathroom and the free wifi), very clean, very good bed, very good breakfast, kind and helpful staff, good and fast connection to the center. Good trattoria nad pizzeria 2 minutes from the hotel. It was a perfect stay

A pleasure to stay at this lovely little boutique hotel. V.clean , comfortable and pleasant surroundings. A little far out from city center but not a bad spot to be. Would definitely recommend to all.

Hotel is a bit small, but the facilities and fixtures are all modern and spotless. Staff was extremely helpful to the point of taking me out to the street to point directions. There is a very good restaurant with friendly(though non-English speaking staff) just steps to the left of the hotel. Area is in a pleasant neighborhood park setting, and even though there is substantial traffic, the room windows are double glazed and totally block the noise. If you are planning a trip up to Lake Como, the suburban north line is walking distance at metro stop Dateo. The hotel can give you the schedule. The bus #54 is the best way into the Duomo area. A word of advise, take the bus all the way to the end (Piazza Diaz) which is steps from the Duomo. Otherwise, it's difficult to figure out where to catch the #54 back to the hotel. For a small hotel, the breakfast was excellent including boiled eggs,fresh fruit,made-to-order coffee, ham and cheese along with the usual breakfast items. I enjoyed being out in a residential area away from the tourist flocks. An excellent choice for a few days in Milan.

Unfortunatelly, all hotels are not same as Susa in Milano ... So kind people, no nice place, so good moment there...

Excellent staff, helpful and attentive. Clean rooms with appropriate amenities. Shower faciliaties with strong, hot water was welcomed after a long day. Wide breakfast choices with traditional local flavor. Wonderful coffee.

Hotel has been refurbished and is superb, location slightly out of the way, away from underground etc., but otherwise excellent stay.
