Very friendly and helpful staff. Nice breakfast buffet. Rooms are small, which is very normal in Milan, but pleasant and clean. Parking might be a significant additional cost. Definitely recommend it.

Good overnight stay in Milan. Location is close to main railway station, is off the main road so a little isolated for walking at night. Overall we were really happy with our stay.

Excellent price/benefit ratio. Clean rooms, polite staff, good location close to metro. One negative point is the Internet pricing. Almost 10 Euro / hour is not acceptable.

The website stated there was a lift, our room had no lift, the website also stated there was a washer and dryer, we had no washer and dryer. It also said it had air conditioning, we had no air conditioning. These were the primary reasons we chose to stay with you. Your staff was good at what they do.

A very nice hotel near by the metro "Repubblica". The surrounding is not optimal due to the fact that it´s near by the central station, but it´s 5 minutes walk to the nice park "Giardini Pubblici" and it´s near by Milan central. The staff is very nice and the hotel rooms are as well.

Every thing was very good. Very nice people, very competence. Breakfast is super. Internet near reception about 5 E per 30 min, in the room wifi about 10E per hour (not really remember, but about it). Rooms clean, wide and commfortble. Location is so so... about 20 min fast walk from the center. In the evening little bit scary, but ok. About 20 min to p. Venezia, about 5 min to Ave Buenos Aeres. 20 min to Central Station.

This hotel is quiet and well airconditioned. The garden is smaller than expected. Breakfast is served only in the basement. The hotel is about 200 meters from the Metro. B&B for 2 people is good value at 99 Euro.

Charming hotel in a great location within walking distance of many sights and shops. Small bathrooms are a bit of a challenge in a family room but the lovely courtyard where it is possible to take breakfast in the sun more than makes up for it.

A very tastefully designed hotel, the staff were welcoming, accomodating and spoke English. I was surprised at how small the rooms was and breakfast was pathetic considering the price of a room. On the plus side the area was filled with many good restaurants and the slightly rough edge to the neighbourhood wasn't a problem. Overall enjoyed the stay and the hotel, but if went again would try to find somewhere a little more convenient.

We thought that the hotel was within walking distance from the train station but it's a short cab ride away. The neighborhood was a bit rough but we felt safe. We were there on a Sunday and a holiday so we really didn't get the feel for the area. The room was small but functional. We later found out that all hotel rooms in Italy were on the small side. Breakfast, like all breakfasts in Italian hotels, sucked. If we go to Milan again we will shop for another hotel in an attempt to improve our stay. The staff was helpful in making restuarant reservations at a very nice restuarant and spoke english.
