We were four customers arriving in two cars with 6 big pieces of luggage. The guy in the front desk just told us that we could not park in front of the hotel... This was our welcome and no more help...I contracted via venere two double rooms and was registered two single rooms. Extra prices for extra beds... I hired a van to drive us to the airpor at 4:30am and it didn´t show up...Finally we arranged a cable car at that time of the morning 30 euros off the price I´d hired the van... Thanks to to simpathetic front desk guy of the night! The good grades of this comment goes for him! The rooms smelled cigarretes and aircon didn´t work well. Typical big city downtown hotel: high prices for low services offered.

Great location but a tiny room, although this was to be expected for a single room at a very reasonable rate in the center of Milano.

Not pleased with lack of a decent bathroom and shower. Inadequate, unclean and odd smell in bathroom coming from drains. Room was way too small - just not appropriate for the charge and rating of this hotel. Staff lacked any enthusiasm and eagerness to assist.

Walking distance to the center, Il Duomo, La Scala etc The hotel is overrated, the quality of the rooms corresponds a three star hotel, not four.

Arrived and one of our party realized her wallet had been stolen. The hotel had blocked ATT access numbers and it took a half hour to get the manager to unblock so that we could call the US to stop credit cards, etc. He didn't seem to see any urgency in it at all. The rest of the staff was outstanding.

It is supposed to be a **** hotel, but rooms are rather ***. And rooms are not soundproof : doors closing, taps flowing, pipes noises. It is a pity because the staff is very friendly and professionnal and it is very well located in the center of the city.

Ideally placed for Il Duomo and Cenacolo vinciano and the shops! Fantastic welcome at midnight from the reception/porter who pointed us in the direction of a restaurant that would be open at that late hour. Clean and relaxing room that was quite quiet. Crap shower though.

Most of the staff were extremely nice and accomodating. There was one individual that was very unpleasant and rude, which negatively impacted our impression of the hotel.

This hotel was very comfortable and well-appointed. All the facilities were good, staff very helpful and the location was close to the centre of Milan. I would not hesitate to recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the Opera or other places in Central Milan.

The Regina was a plesant hotel, clean and the staff were very helpful. They only grummble i have is that it is very overpriced and should be considered as a 3 star and definitely not a 4 Star. The single rooms are very small and for over 150 Euros I am certain that there are hotels of better value.

The Hotel Regina was a very nice hotel. Our room was very large and beautifully decorated. The hotel was in walking distance of the duomo and many other interesting places in Milano. The only drawback was finding the hotel. The web site should give more specific instructions from the autostrada, as Milano is such a large city and the map from the hotel was only a small area of the city. Other than that, we would stay at this hotel again. This was our last stop on a two week trip to Italy which we booked entirely through venere.com. I cannot express how happy I was with this website. All of the hotels and bed and breakfast's we stayed at were exactly as the website explained. All of the establishments charged us exactly what was listed on the sight, and many were much nicer than we expected. Thanks venere.com for the good work. I will definetly use this sight again

I was surprised of the quietness of the room so close to the centre! And it was a great pleasure, that the price as shown on the site, correspondet to the effective pament; not more and not less! When ever I come back to milan I will join your place! Thank's!

We were delighted with the hotel. Everything was exactly as the information on internet. The employees were very nice and the personnel in the breakfast room, always smiling. The food was fresh and very good and had a nice variety. The location is very central and distance walking from most of the principal attractions.

Charming hotel in a good location at the right price. Only inconvenience was persistent gutter smell that somehow seeped into the first floor rooms - hope that this can be fixed.

Quite a distance from underground stations. Duomo stop probably the closest, although Sant Abroglia an alternative. Maps given on hotel web page would indicate it is close to the duomo and centre of town but it is about 1/2 mile. Strongly recommend requesting a room that does NOT overlook the front, as this is a busy main road (at all times of day and night). We had a room at the rear which was really quiet. Breakfast okay but nothing special.

There is always something I'll never understand about hotels. They constantly try to give you the worst possible room available. On this occasion it was a single use double, which was small for London standards, not to mention Italian. In the morning, there was no one to serve breakfast. Just ok, overall, but too pricey for what it is. I would not call it a 4 star. Location is fantastic, though.

The hotel was perfectly adequate. We made little use of the public areas, and few demands on the staff, so are not able to judge those features. However, we had no complaints. The staff were helpful, courteous and efficient.
