I did sleep just a night in that hotel and I can say it's ok at 50 €/night. My double room was very clean and the shower good, but the furniture is cheap and spartan. Air conditioning was a little weak, even at maximum settings, but I could sleep without opening the window, also because in the internal courtyard there is a very big and very noisy air conditioning motor which works intermittently. I went to the restaurant Donnarumma nearby and I had an excellent seafood dinner. There is plenty of bars and restaurants in that area anyway.

The bathroom, beds and breakfast were good, much better than what I expected when I saw the hotel for the first time. It is well comunicated with the Duomo square. The staff was very nice but they made an error in my bill of 30 € wich they promised to refund.

We had to change the room because the one that was initially given to us had the fan in the bathroom out of order. The reception did not hesitate to give us a nicer room with all aplliances working properly.

I stayed here with my girlfriend for 4 nights, and we were both satisfied. Friendly, helpful staff, quiet rooms (ours was next to the lift!!!). Comfy bed, though a bit difficult to walk round it. View was not too nice but we did not spend much time at the window anyway... :) Wifi was good and all the other services too. Maybe a bit far from the centre, but the quietness of the area was worth a bit more walking and travelling. Very good price - quality ratio.

Was a nice place, but I was astounded at the price charged for internet. €5 an hour seems like a lot. €8 for 2 hours or €10 for 24 hours is still not very appealing. We ended up at a nearby McDonalds using their internet for free rather than paying. Otherwise the place was pretty decent and had nice staff.

Furniture partially in bad state; small room and small bed. Quiet place, ok for sleeping during the summer time, due to the A/C presence, not exciting look and condition of room.

This was a charming little hotel that served my business stay perfectly adequately, within an easy tram ride to the centre of Milan. The staff were exceptionally charming, helpful and welcoming. good breakfast and very welcomed complimentary drinks and snacks at the bar in the evening. only comment is my single room was small, but for my needs it worked perfectly well!

I picked this hotel from a bunch of various offers and i've been defenetly more than happy for the choice. Good breakfast, very helpfull staff and very clean rooms, even if "milanese" sized. Wi-fi connection, nice garden on the rear. Also notable the location: very silent during the night and strategic as well to reach the center (Duomo cathedral in 15 min by tram) and the "movida" (Navigli area 15min). I'm sure that i'll book here for my next stay. Ciao to everybody.

The hotel was clean and quiet. Breakfast was a little poor and orange jus was sirop mixed with water not fresh or even bottled. Staff was helpfull and kind. Hotel is a little far from the DOM and central station (abts 15-20 min walk) but therefore its quiet. Overall was perfect for sort stays.

We were young couple for 2 days trip in Milan with one night. We checked-in very late in the evening, with no problem (I have checked my reservation one day before arrive by phone and they had my reservation details). I expected for this price less comfort, so it was very good (75euro-1night-Couple). The hotel is only 10-15 minutes from subway station P.TA.Vittoria. I felt safety in this area (nobody was on the street). The room was very clean incl. bathroom, bathroom small (if you are extremly fat, you will have problem with movement in the shower) As I said this hotel was more then I needed. If I will come back to Milan I will take this hotel again, gut service, breakfast, position to subway.

The room was big and clean (except for a bad smell of smoke even if it was a "non smoking" room). The bathroom was clean and big enought to have a decent shower. It is a beautiful hotel (a real 3 star one!) situated in the center of milan and near tramway (even if public transport in Milan is not so efficent!). I recommend this hotel to everybody.

Excellent location - about 15min from catehedral, helpful staff, clean, but small rooms. good choice for such an expensive city. We booked the room two months earlier, but, when we came, staff new nothing about the booking. We are italian speaking and that helped a lot. Otherwise we had no hope for staying there.

We made a reservation with confirmation for a 2-night stay. When we got there, we found out that the hotel overbooked. They, however, already made arrangement for us to stay at, in our opinion, a far superior hotel (Hotel Suza) for one night. The room that was given to us for the 2nd night at Hotel Perugino (Room 16) was acceptable, although it lacked proper cooling system. The advertised AC is essentially a ceiling fan supplemented by a non-cooling central AC. Breakfast was acceptable. Location was acceptable. Closest public transportation TO Milano Centrale is 3 blocks. Andrioli was very helpful. We paid 75 euro per night, breakfast included.

Very friendly and helpfull staff: their service was really 5 star!!! Rooms a bit small and a bit warm but nice; nice little lounge with tv and some books; nice breakfast with fast service and fresh food! we had to stay here because our son had to go to a one day clinic for a dental surgery; very easy to get a cab (through the hotel) and very helpful people !

Good value. As usual city / trafic noise somewhat loud, but that's what you have to expect and accept if travelling to a city and to one in Italy in particular.

The quality of service varies, some staff are friendly and helpful, but some seemed know very little. The room is a bit too small. The district where the hotel is located is quiet, safe, and easy to reach by bus. It would be better if the hotel can provide cold/hot drinking water for the guest.

The worst hotel I ever stayd in my life!. I do not thing that anybody should have paid more than 40 euro!!! The hotel should not have been rated for 3 star hotel and the price of the rooms are outrageous. I slept with my clothes on and I wiped my face with tissues instead of the towel that was provided in the hotel!!

When you book a single room you seally get a single room (i.e. a single bed). The room was tiny, but tidy and the price good. A plus is the good connection to the city centre (bus #84) and the new ferroviario staion near by (Pta. Victoria), which is not yet shown on most maps. Breakfast was ok standard, too (nutella, salami, cereals fresh rolls) The fish restaurant in the neighboring building is quite good for dinner. Oddly the hotel staff had recommended another restaurant down the street, which I did not go to.

Hotel was a good 20 minute walk to centre but along well lit routes. Not much local to hotel so no decent bars.Only noise issue was glass/bottle collection during small hours. Very loud!

Very cheap off-season price of 50 euros per night in July. Staff polite and helpful with good English. Located in a quiet street near to the 'ring-road' handy for driving in and out of Milan. Do watch out for mosquitoes in Milan .. we made the mistake of opening the window at night and suffered as a result.

Mostly when you order a single room, you get a double but not in this hotel. No problem of course but when you enter, you're a bit surprised by a smaller room. All necesarry convenience. I was there on business purpose. Parking Available at extra 15 euro. However, probalby better to book a place ahead as there are only around 8 places. Easy to find in the streets of Milan. Breakfast ok. Good price/quality hotel for overnight stay or short holiday.

A well-run clean place with nice rooms. although slightly out of 'the centre' it still is walkable along a safe route both day and night to the duomo and surrounding areas. the hotels location is very acceptable and safe in comparison to the areas around the station for example. an enjoyable place to stay.

A really nice clean and comfortable hotel. A short tram ride away from the center but easily accesible. More than happy with the quality and price.

Only the broken air conditioning the first two days was not convincing, but overall we were suprised about the good connection to the urban traffic (tram) and the size of the double room. Would recommend this place to people that like a good price/service relation.
