I have stayed in the hotel couple of nights. It is good location, only 30-40 min away by walk to the shopping streets and city center, as well not far from the central station. The hotel looks nice inside, but the room looked very funny, with the pinky wall. The colour a bit annoyed. The walls in there were so thin, as I could hear EVERYTHING what other people could do in them rooms. As b&b for price a bit expensive, as a breakfast was very poor. Next time I will take only room, without breakfast.

A hotel at a reasonable price, since hotels in Milan can be quite expensive. However, it does not offer much but the basics and some rooms are really small. Furthermore, it is located in a rather not classy neighbourhood. The staff was helpful and friendly. If you are on a tight budget, it is recommended. If you are travelling with your family though, perhaps you would like to check the spaciousness of the rooms.

The rooms are manageable for the budget traveler and not far from the central station, but the staff is USELESS.....Yes USELESS....very rude, especially the guy with the Tattoos...internet only after 12 pm and no safe storage space for luggage if one wants to check out and leave baggage with the hotel. I was asked to leave my luggage in the common area. I do not speak Italian and the stud behind the counter with tattoos was especially rude and his replacement for the night was not helpful....rather was clueless.. Overall I do not recommend Paradiso if you expect an element of basic service or a smiling face in a new country...DID NOT FEEL WELCOME....

Very quiet room and good breakfast (if you want, you can have breakfast in the garden). At walk distance from railway station in a nice and quiet avenue. Excellent relationship between price and quality.

This hotel is great. Central station and Corso Buenos Aires are within a very short walking distance. The rooms are clean and the view outside the windows is amazing. All in all a great hotel.

The hotel is in easy walking distance of the train station. The neighborhood didn't seem great but again too convenient to pass up. The rooms were in need of paint and a new bedspreads but the public areas are more up to date and clean. Nice patio, but the attack cat made eating out there a little complicated. Street market across the street on Tuesdays. Wifi for 2 Euros an hour, easy to log in on your iPhone.

A nice hotel which is good value for money. It was clean and quiet, although the doors let some noice in from the stairs. As on many places in Italy the staff only know the most basic English.

We were in Milan for one night just to be close to Malpensa, as our plane left early in the morning. One of the receptionists we encountered was totally incompetent and rude, it was obvious he didn't care. The room was small but clean, however, I could hear my neighbors brushing their teeth at 11:30 at night! Not to mention the toilet flushings...not a very restful night.

Hotel, room and breakfast were ok. Main plus was the cheap price. You have to pay for the Internet connection.

Clean little hotel at a reasonable price-quality -relation. However, breakfast was poor, very simple, very average coffee. Welcoming was very "cool". Nice surprise: the market on the piazza direct in front of the hotel.

Hotel Paradiso is close to the central station. It's easy to find. It's about 25-30 minutes walk to the Duomo. The room was clean but quite small. The strict hotel policy requires you to pay in advance. Breakfast was ok. The elevator looked scary, we didn't dare to use it though our room was on the 3rd floor :-)

Very good stay. Very good quality versus price thanks to location but noisy street, despite the modern windows. On the web page, it is not written in clear caracters thar we have to pay cash. So you have to be foreseen before your arrival.

I wasn't allowed to stroke the cat!!!! It would be good if late night tea and coffee were available. Wonderful street market outside on Saturdays and Wednesday. The hotel is within convenient walking distance of Central Station and public transport is readily available. The hotel leaves a good impression. Wonderful quaint lift.

The room was okay, but it was located right next to the elevator and we could hear the elevator all night long. The worst part of staying in this hotel however was dealing with the staff. These people were the rudest and most unfriendly hotel staff I have ever seen. It was very surprising how unpleasant and unhelpful they were. Would not go back there again.

The hotel has good location, very near to a metro station, it is clean and new. The stuff was helpful, allthough not sincerely friendly to me, maybe because I insisted to speak with them in italian ( mine is not good at all)instead in english , which would save us time and misunderstandings. Anyway I recomend the hotel and would go there again if I must stay in Milano.

Paradiso was an excellent hotel to stay in. There was no map or directions provided to get there, but it is quite close to the station. The rooms were excellent, newly renovated, they have a lovely patio area for breakfast, the whole place is immaculately clean I would definitely recommend for anyone to stay at the Paradiso.

We entered the room and found long hair on the floor everywhere....but, what shocked us most....where the bath and shampoo examples that are given to you in the hotel still sticking in the edges of the shower box! So it was obvious that it had NOT been cleaned. The guy at the desk was friendly in telling us we could control another and then change the room, but very unprofessional toward his employees in telling us that he knew the problem (so why don't you control?!), "it's always the same lady that doesn't clean well". So we changed room. The new room was cleanlier, but ice cold. And extremely loud. It was certainly not the broken elevator, perhaps the neighbour's flush...it was very loud. Poor breakfast, but we where happy there was some fruit (oranges) and yogurt (and not only croissants). Hotel is very close to the central station of Milan and also to the metro station (Lima) connecting to the major attractions. But next time we surely try another one.....

The room and hotel was very clean and spacious - the standard you hardly see even in much more expensive hotels. Next time I'm in Milan on a personal trip, I'm staying in Paradiso.

In general, Hotel Paradiso offers great value for money! Only 5 minutes walk from the underground to all major places in Milan and about 10 minutes from the central station. It is situated in a quiet neighbourhood, but OK. The 24h-reception desk is useful when you want to discover the nightlife of Milan. Note that the public transport stops its service at midnight! We had a nice weekend, also thanks to Paradiso!

When I asked the reception if they had a nice quiet room, he says 'no'. I thought he was joking, but no! There was no AC and since it was hot the noise from the street was terrible. This place sucked.
