Excellent for cleanliness that for me is the most important thing. Room was very little and maybe not right for a three star hotel. Not all the staff has been so kind.Very near to metro stop, very convenient.

Rooms are clean, modern and well provisioned but a bit on the small side.Fine for a short stay of 2 night -like ours.We would want more space for a longer stay.Although shown in the Central Station area it is not walking distance. It is,however, very convenient transport wise with the Metro Station virtually just outside the door giving quick, easy and cheap access to the city centre and Central Station.

Our main problem was that the hotel weren't located as indicated on venere.com's map. The adress was correct, but as we had never been in Milan before, we didn't know the area enough to be warned. It was suppoosed to be close to the central station. IT WAS NOT!!!

This is a very nice, small hotel, close to the down-town area (8 minutes by the metro). The price/quality was very good. There is also a good trattoria just outside the hotel! This hotel is definitely to recommend.

Members of staff were disgustingly rude and arrogant they made the stay particularly uncomfortable. Especially the manager of the place. I was horrified that we were paying him money to stay there he really was a horrible man.Shame because the rooms were good.

Don't book this hotel if you plan to carry an heavy weight. The entrance is on the street level, but the reception and rooms are located on the 1st floor, that can be reached only climbing a narrow stair (no elevator). I have got a single room, and it was so small that was looking more like a corridor. The bathroom is unbelievable: I travelled in Japan dozens of time but even there I have never found such a small bathroom. I could not wash my face or my teeth or shave unless I keep both the bathroom door and the sliding shower panel open! And to wash my face I was forced to stand a little far from the tap because space was not enough to let me bend on the basin, so lot of water drop on the floor. At least the place is not noisy at night in spite of fact that the venue is a big street. The positive is that the subway station is 15 meters far from the hotel entrance, and the espresso coffee is excellent. Oh, breakfast selection is poor and the cereal are available but you do not find a cup and the milk anywhere.

There is no parking garage directly at the hotel as indicated on the web pages. Much traffic on the road in front of the hotel (all night). The metro is below the building and causing a little earth quake every time it passes by. Rooms are small, but have been recently renovated and make a good impression. The hotel staff is friendly and helpful.

Hotel is located at the exit of the Turro station (Metro red). I can find it soon! Bad point: Hotel staff can't speak English, and there's a little rumbling noise of underground metro. Good point: room is so clean, shower has a hot water, tv is clear, and breakfast is good. It's on a residential street and I found the supermarket near the hotel.

An excellent price, but rather out of the way (though the map makes it look like it's very close to the train station, it's a bit of a hike). Family-owned hotel, and a fair bit of children activity in the lobby. Excellent, clean, new looking room. Decent-to-good value for money, though the service is nothing to write home about.
