always I have reservation problem with this hotel (they offer good price but no room available).Even if I am Marriot Card Member Holder last time I got reservation from your Company only but at more high price and no breakfast included.

We were disappointed since we thought that we would get a matrimonial bed but we got to separate beds even if it was stated in the reservation that we should get the matrimonial bed. We pointed this out for the personell but they coulden't arrange it.

Reasonably priced and well located for both the centre of Milan and the San Siro. Classic, fairly grand, hotel.

We arrived at the hotel after 1pm and yet our room still wasn't ready for occupancy. We were asked to wait a further 40 minutes before being able to check-in. This was after having been travelling since 3.45am that morning. I also found the reception staff to be quite poor. Several times whilst being served by them, they were distracted by other staff or other customers.

This hotel is very nice if you are ok on paying the price. The staff is helpful and many speak English. There is not much in the immediate surrounding area, but shopping and restaurants are only about a 10-minute walk away. We were very happy with the food (quality and price) at the hotel’s restaurant. If you are flying from the Malpensa airport, it is advised to research the best way to get there in advance. It is a long (almost a 1 hour) car trip to the Malpensa airport. The hotel limo to Malpensa cost us 90 Euro. Taxis were reported to cost 70-75 Euro.

By car
From the Tangenziale Est take exit Via Certosa and follow the indications to Fiera. Once in Piazza Giulio Cesare, turn right and reach Piazza Piemonte. From there, take Via Washington, where the hotel is located.

By underground
The nearest underground station is Wagner (red line), around 1 km from the hotel.

By train
The Milano Centrale railway station is approximately 8 km from the hotel.

By airplane
From both Milano Malpensa and Milano Linate you can take a shuttle bus to the railway station.
