As usual, as a mother travelling with a child, first I was given the worst room that is possible in a hotel, right at the elevator. Used to this treatment, I did not even enter the room. The second room was tiny and the surprise only came, when my son tried to use the toilet, the bidet was built 10 cm away in front of the toilet seat, no way to get on it! The next room was even smaller. Then I asked for a higher category and there we go, for 30 € more i got a junior suit, which was nice. All together the rooms would need a renovation, old dirty carpets, dusty textil wallpapers... The breakfast was convenient, no eggdishes even on Sunday, so what! In every room I had to ask twice for a second towel for my son. We enjoyed indispite, as i have a great sense of humor. Similar treatment has happened so often to me, that I smile indulgently.

Not so expensive 4 star hotel but the rooms are in big need of a renovating. Some of the room overlook the garden. The public areas in the hotel are very nice. The breakfast buffe is not large but very fresh.

Hotel was very recommendable, clean and quiet room. Breakfast was also good. Metro station is a little bit far from the hotel and the hotel was not so easy to find because the name of the street changed suddenly. Maybe there could be more accurate guidance on the Web for the customers coming by underground to the hotel.

Was the first time at this hotel. I have prenoted very early and the prices were much cheaper than normal. The hotel was very nice. It has also hydromassages equipemnt in the bathroom. The breakfast was very good. A very confortable price/quality rate. I have been for the same money value in much poor hotels in Miland

We did fully enjoy our stay at Hotel Top Hotel Liberty. The only thing was that we wanted some hot oatmeal porridge or scrambled eggs or pancakes. That's it. All the other things were excellent.

Some rooms of the hotel have a big noise problems. These rooms are on "Viale Bligny" and the "traffic noise" is absolutely annoying also during the night. Absolutely necessary to use the internal rooms

Tramways are quite noisy if your room faces the main road. Several nice restaurants around the hotel and 25-30 minutes walk to Duomo.Perfect size breakfast with real orange juice.

Even though the rates were higher in the week because of a big exhibition, they let us extend our stay at the lower rate, they were polite, the breakfast were perfect and the overall feel was first class. This is a great hotel to stay in quite near the university and the Duomo.

We stayed at Hotel Liberty already twice. It is in a nice area, with lots of pubs, restaurants, bars, etc. so it is appealing for young people. The quality/price relationship is very good. Employees are competent, kind and nice. They just made us feel at ease. Rooms are very quiet, clean, spacious and comfortable, with everything you need (even a Jacuzzi). We'll go back to this hotel again.

Although one this hotel's selling points was the art deco furnishings and fittings we found it to be an altogether different style. Each room is individually decorated with beautiful furniture but not strictly art deco. The walls are decorated with ornate fabric rather than wallpaper and all other fabrics were well designed to match. All of the communal areas of the hotel are well appointed and the breakfast area was nice also. Despite trams running past the hotel these could not be heard in the room and as our room was at the rear of the hotel we had access to a shared balcony that looked out onto the hotel's courtyard garden. It is within easy walking distance of two metro stations which are on the line to the Duomo and central station. There are some great restaurants and bars nearby. The neighbourhood felt safe and there were plenty of amenities in the vicinity of the hotel - a variety of shops and a large post office. This is a beautiful, classy hotel and I can't believe the price we paid to stay there - true value for money. I would certainly return to Milan if only to stay in this hotel.

Hotel was nice, clean, and in a great location for us; tram stops right across the street. Service was good (though I wouldn't qualify it as great), in that it was unobstrusive - if you asked for something, you got it; if not, you were left alone - which can be nice on a vacation. Great room and service in Milan for the price.

It was the most unpleasant surprise I've ever had in a hotel (and believe me I've been to a several number until now). Just immagine that while I was trying to park my car nobody bothered to help my young girlfriend with the suitcases and she had to carry both hers and mine all the way to the second floor, even though I had clearly asked to the reception for somebody to do it. Definitely that was not a 4 star hotel service. I wanted to talk to the manager but my girlfriend calmed me down saying to me that we were going to stay for just one night. We were very disappointed with the breakfast as well. Nothing fresh, everything bought from the supermarket. I would recommend this hotel to my best friend only in case I wanted to make a bad joke to him.

Overall a nice place with helpful staff. But, wow, is it loud if you are on the street side. You expect some streetcar noise, but it was so loud it seemed like the windows were open. Also, the water in the showers doesn't get hot.
