LHP Hotel Napoleon - Milan

Walking distance from train station Milano Centrale (15 min). Room for 4 people is good size, actually 2 suites. Breakfast is good (bread, cheese, ham, juice, yougurt, fruits), but staff take a long to complete the buffet again when things are over. There's a lift. Staff did not leave soap in the bathroom - we only got it after asking for it in the reception. Near Corso Buenos Aires - shopping area. Near metro station Lima.

Not bad hotel, but realy need to find more space for breakfest.

All employees were very unfriendly, both at the reception and at breakfast, and the manager. Moreover, there was supposed to be free wifi but the internet router was not working during my entire stay. When I arrived, they told me it just fell and should be back in an hour. They told me the next day someone was coming to fix it. The next day I told them it still wasnt working (and no one had come to fix it) and they accused me it was my configuration and told me it was working normally and that no other guests complained. This was a complete lie (I work in telecommunications and informatics - it was not my configuration). I told them to ask other guests and that they would see. They refused so I asked other guests in the hall myself and of course it wasnt working for anyone. Then, after that the receptionist simpy said that that is an extra service and if it doesnt work its not their problem. This is completely unacceptable. I was travelling for work and absolutely needed internet connection - even if I had to pay for it. I never would have booked the hotel if I knew the internet wasnt working. They kept saying that "it was just working an hour ago or 5 min ago" but I consulted with other guests and it was never working. After 3 days, I was reading in the lobby when a new group checked in. The guests asked about the internet and I heard the receptionist tell them , yes we have internet but at this moment the router seems to have fallen, it should be back in an hour! This behavior is really unacceptable. If they have a problem with the router its not their fault and I can understand that, but then they should make a big effort to call someone from the telecom and be honest to the guests because I would have gone somewhere else. Also, the door of the shower was broken and the drain in the shower was clogged. I told them this at the reception. When I came back from the meeting, I saw that they didnt fix either, they just changed the shower head.

Located 50 meters from c.so Buenos Aires, the property does not suffer much from street noise, and still enjoys the convenience of a large street with vibrant life. The staff is OK, polite and moderate. The breakfast was good, everything was fresh and tasty, but capuccino could have been better.

Very good in general for my purposes. The instruction to get to the hotel in the booking sheet are scarce and in some way misleading for those arriving from south or east

Great situation, quiet pleasant and yet central to the shopping and the subways. The staff were very helpful and attentive. Free wifi and a comfortable lounge area. Business, singles, family all could stay here comfortably. The restaurants were great and local nearby as it is a residential area and very reasonable.

OK, nothing special. Having read previous comments, thought it would be better than it was. Man on front desk on arrival, although efficient, he was hardly welcoming. Shower over bath, but no curtain so had to sit in bath to shower! Also tap dripped scolding hot water so if you sat too close to it you burnt your foot! But, good location for both central train station and metro - easy to get around sightseeing from here.

L'Hotel mostra la sua scarsa adeguatezza ai tempi. Siamo nel 2009 un hotel 3 stelle dovrebbe rispondere a determinati parametri oltre al fatto che si paga quasi 100 euro!

Tiny tiny room, less than 1 meter around the bed +very small breakfast room, happened to be saturated and were once asked to wait that a table be freed +no fresh goods at breakfast : no fruits, no fresh juice, no warm solid food (eggs, salsages...) neither cold fresh ones (no ham, no salami no vegetables...) ... Nice people but poor structure for not so low pricing; ...very well located yet!!

It was the first time, as well as discribed. We´ll like to come back.

Of all of my various hotels, I found this hotel to be the least friendly. Staff were polite but cool. Not the usual Italian warmth that I have experienced in other hotels.

Nice, decent hotel in a good location after you get away from the train station, but not near downtown. Room a little small but clean with hot water, standard euro breakfast. Recommended.

I enjoyed my stay at Hotel Napoleon. The rooms are comfortable and clean. The hotel is conveniently located close to the metro station, buses and trams. It is also close to the shops and restaurants along Via Buenos Aires.

Nlce small Hotel. Rooms excessively small. Excessive use of odor diffusers. TV in guest rooms only CNN and Italian spoken.

Siempre suele ser un problema encontrar hoteles que ofrezcan habitaciones cuádruples. La del hotel Napoleon era muy espaciosa y cómoda. El hotel está situado a unos 60 m. de la boca de metro Lima y a la misma distancia de una de las avenidas mas comerciales de Milán. Lo que lo convierte en céntrico y tranquilo al mismo tiempo. El servicio es discreto y eficaz. Una buena elección para familias con niños.

This was a great hotel. The staff couldn't have been more helpful with parking ideas, help with baggage etc. They even had a computer (no charge) for hotel guests, a big plus with two 15 year olds in our family. The area was very safe, but undergoing some renovation/reconstruction so the street and sidewalk are pretty messy. The hotel is very close to a major street with great shopping and restaurants. Highly recommend.

I thought the room looked even nicer than the photographs shown on the website (4 persons suit)

This Hotel is well situated at two metro station from the duomo and so the center, and just in a street perpendicular of the Buenos Aires street. The personnel is very polite. The room are spaced and very cleaned. In conclusion it was a very very good stay and for a very reasonnable price.

Hotel bien situé très proche du centre et du métro. Excellente chambre pour 4 qui est une suite de 2 pièces avec 2 sanitaires, calme, vue sur cour. Internet gratuit. Excellent rapport qualité/prix.

American family: self, wife, 2 college-aged girls....needed quad with private bath....location was safe, accommodations were very clean, staff at the desk very helpful. Breakfast was bountiful. Reservations through venere were confirmed 3 months prior to our arrival. With no further contact, the Hotel was expecting us as scheduled. I love that efficiency.

Highly recommended. Concierge in the morning during my stay gives very good service.
