The hotel is easily accessed by public transport either from the Milano Centrale or the historical center, is in nice neighborhood. The building and the rooms are ok in size. The problem is the cleanliness of the room and bathroom, there were hairs in the floor and a piece of nail and lot's of dust in the table next to the bed. These things are not expectable in a hotel where you pay 65€/night.

Stayed in September 2008. Good transportation by nearby tram stop. Breakfast with small choice, medium. Very clean. Quiet in residential neighbourhood. Staff welcoming. Likeable small, no fancy hotel. Would stay again for price, transportation easiness, hospitality.

This is a terrific choice for a small, modest hotel near the heart of Milan. Nothing fancy, but the price is great, and the staff were helpful and friendly (including one with solid English speaking ability).

Owners were helpful and accomodating. This is a small, family-run hotel with clean and basic rooms. The area around the hotel is residential, but convenient to Linate airport. The breakfast was unappealing: tasteless, mass-produced baked goods, etc. On checkout we were charged 10 Euros more than the price as booked with Venere.

The room is too cramped. A little space can help. The price can be lower for the room. The surroundings are quite and rooms are maintained tidy. The big disadvantage is the owners can not speak English, though they are very hospitable. It would be difficult to get full guidance though they would provide the map. Otherwise the hotel has convenient public transport to reach Dumo.

Breakfast was poor, with only two tables in a cramped space and a limited selection of food - croissants from a packet and no ordinary unsweetened bread, no eggs, and no offer to refill our coffee cups. On one day, the young man passed a croissant to me with his fingers, which suggested a lack of adequate training. Our room was fine and the bathroom small but adequate. Although the hotel is not on a main road, we were awakened several times at night by noise from the street - loud conversations from people outside the hotel at 3.30am and later and traffic noise. We would not stay here again.

Sauberes Hotel, in zimelich ruhiger Seitenstrasse. Sehr gute Strassenbahnverbindung mit wenigen Stationen in die Innenstadt. Kaffee und Croissants zum Frühstück hervorragend.

It was very close to a concert venue, it had a very reasonable price, it was in a quiet road. The public space is small ma the owner are nice and the breakfast was fresh and abundant.

bit far out from the centre, but then thats why we have taxis don't we. Nice cheery staff who serve very nice coffee. Its like a proper wee family concern, comfortable if a little "cozy".

Très bon accueil. Chambre joliment décorée et spacieuse. Hôtel situé à 15-20 min du centre ville à pied. Aucune mauvaise surprise. Je recommande cet hôtel.

This hotel was exactly as promised on venere and in photos. The room was very clean and very nicely decorated. The staff was excellent. They were extremely helpful, and personable.

The hotel is "easily reachable" from the train station if you get metro or bus, but you need another map to know how to reach the hotel. In relation to the Duomo: even by bus you could not reach it in 5 minutes... Although the staff does not speak english, they are very sympathetic and helpful. My bedroom has until balcony and it was like the photo of the site: clean, clear and well decorated. The breakfast is very good (with many options) but the place is really the kitchen (but it is ok!).
