Hotel Iride - Milan

Iride is a two star rated hotel, then you cannot expect luxury, design or majestic breakfast but, for its relationship quality/price, it's among the best you can have for 60 euros in this area of Milan. Very close to the underground (2-3 minutes walking) and some minutes away from the main attractions.

Considering it's a 2 star hotel, it was quite a pleasant stay. Also, the owner is very welcoming.

In this hotel there isn't a lift, the hall is small,in the breakfast room there are only 3 small table. The room was very clear.The staff is good.The hotel is near the train station and the underground.

Very small room for 3 people. Bathroom is specially a problem. Staff are friendly though. Location and connection to metro is not bad.

The telephone cannot be used in the room so I have to go to the reception desk to received the call or to dial out. No internet service. It is better to provide a computer with internet service for the customers. It is near the metro and the price is reasonable.

Good Economy It has been very hard to find a comfortable economy hotel in Milan, so I am very satisfied with Hotel Iride. For 50 Euros or so, I am very happy with a clean room, a reasonable location, and quiet at night-time. This hotel offers all three. The rooms are recently remodeled and kept very clean. The location is close to the Politecnico, and easily accessible by metro, and I was very comfortable here. The desk is open all night for late arrival, though it takes some ringing to get someone to open the door at night.

Piccolo hotel a gestione familiare, buona l'accoglienza e l'assistenza durante il soggiorno. Ben servito dai mezzi di trasporto, vicino a stazione metro. Buono il rapporto qualità/prezzo.

Small hotel, rooms are clean and with new furniture. Good service and not expensive (especially if you book directly). The shower is small.
