Had to climb 3 storys and then the lights did not work, so down again, and still did not work, so down again... Most annoying not to have lights in the middle of the night.. Will not recommend the hotel or go there again

No one speaks English, only Italian. Room - in poor conditions, plaster peeling off, thin walls - everything can be heard from the neighbour´s room TV - only Italina channels, not good signal Common bathroom (shower + toilets)- terrible, not finished, tiny, not enough room even for one person Breakfast - o.k., but could be better, I didnt like the biscuit instead of normal bread. Price vs Quality - according to the quality it was not worth to pay 75 euro per room without bathroom!!!!! conclusion: I would not recommend this accomodation!

The location of this hotel is fine a two street walk to the metro...but we only stayed one night and could get a shower because it didn't have any hot water...the construction across the way was to loud. Waking up to a day of traveling to paris with no shower and all the noise was no fun! It was a traveler worst nightmare.

We were quoted a price and confirmed through Venere. Then the hotel contacted us and told us that the rate was not possible and charged us a higher rate and placed us in a different room (we requested a single for 75€, they placed us in a double for 90€). After much bargaining, we were charged 85€. The night employee that took care of us did not speak English. We complained that there was no heat in our room (with 0º temperatures outside) and all he did was shake his head. We had an extra heater in the room but the heater would blow the fuse of the room. We had no other option but to be cold the whole time there, as they did not do anything to make us comfortable.

Very convenient to subway. Neighborhood had lots of grafitti, but was still safe. Faded and torn flags hanging outside of hotel made it look a bit shabby. Front desk help was not always friendly. Room and off-suite bath were clean and adequate. Nice breakfast area in lower level with a nice variety of breakfast food.

The nearest underground stations are Loreto (MM1 and MM2 lines) and Piola (MM2 line), located just 5 minutes on foot from the hotel.
The nearest tramway line is n° 33 (connections to the main train station, Milano Centrale).
The trolleybus lines 90, 91 and 93 stop next to the hotel.
