Hotel Flora - Milan

I liked the hotel over-all and would recommend it to others.

Very close to Milano Centrale and just around the corner from an entrance to the Centrale metro stop. The room was very small, but comfortable. It was quiet. Price/quality normally better, but it was Fashion Week in Milan and prices for all palces go up significantly.

We stayed in Milan for one night as a stop over on out way to Lake Como and this hotel was just what we needed. The facilities and location were exactly as described on Venere and the hotel website. Very easy location to find and close enough to the city's sights to enjoy an afternoon touring around Milan. The staff at the hotel were very friendly and the breakfast was more than sufficient. We were very happy with the room, it was well secured, well sound-proofed, and the bathroom facilities were clean and modern enough for the price. Our only negative comment is that the room smelled terribly of cigarette smoke, even though we though we had a non-smoking room.

Great value, quiet room, really good breakfast. 5 mins walk from station. I usually take the on-off bus, but Milan was the only one I was dissappointed in...seemed to be very dis-jointed, and the 2 routes did not seem to connect

Good Hotel to spend the night while on transit. Station and bus service for airport is nearby.

Perfect location, only 5 minutes walking to the bus to the airport. Kind staff, rich breakfast, clean and spacy room. Definitely will choose it again.

Had three nights at the hotel as a single (geriatric!) traveller. It's an excellent hotel, conveniently situated within a few yards of the Central Station and several reasonably priced eateries - but unaffected by the less appealing aspects of the Station at night. Reception staff very friendly and helpful, with good English; other staff also pleasant and welcoming. Accommodation tasteful and maintained to a good standard; my room was on the rear and very quiet. Breakfast entirely satisfactory and served with a laugh and joke. I'll try and find something critical to say (it's difficult): the room wasn't huge (but was quite adequate) and the pillows were a bit firmer than I prefer. But overall the praise which this hotel mainly receives from reviewers is fully deserved - it's convenient, comfortable, friendly and excellent value for money on the deal I got. Should certainly stay there again if and when I can return to Milan.

Very close to the central station of Milan. I stayed double room which was not so large but enough in comparison with other hotels around there. Breakfast was simple but enough. A person who needs many choice and volume would not be satisfied with it. The staff were so kind and freindly. Only one regret was that construction of the building next to this hotel from so early morning interfered with our sleep. Cost performance of this hotel was great.

I used a single room, for 1 night, It is very clsoe to central station.

I found Flora close to perfect. Breakfast great, room great,etc. Something to improve is the bed. Its to small, Had to sleep with good balance not to fall.

This was exactly what I expected and required, and I enjoyed my stay, sorry not to return for a last night before my return home. Room was tiny, but perfectly adequate and most comfortable; quite stylishly decorated. Staff were most welcoming,very obliging about my leaving luggage there for several hours, and helpful with map and directions, etc. Breakfast was complete, my best in Italy. Hotel in easy walking distance of station.

Position near Milano centrale perfect to us as we went by train. The staff was most kind and professional.

Comfortable, quiet hotel very near Milano Centrale. Easy access to Metro for going to the Duomo/Galleria area. Pleasant, helpful staff.

The hotel itself was very comfortable and roomy. Our room was adequate. The location of the hotel was a little seedy but close to the station and transport.

Okay hotel.

The quality of the hotel was very good, as reported in the webpage. Bathroom was clean and very spatious. Location was convenient to public transportation (subway entrance and Milan Centrale station were just a few steps from the hotel!) and full of restaurants around. The lady in the breakfast room was very nice on one side, but terribly loquacious on the other (and I could not stand her talking in early morning!!). However I would reccomend this hotel to everyone.

Good hotel near the station. Normal room without noises. A problem: to have natural water for drink, haven't a big bottle, but only small very small just a glass. But good room and cleanliness.

The location was excellent. Spacious room and generally clean. The breakfast croissant was freshly baked n yummy. An elderly gentlemen at the front desk provided good service and we r generally happy n satisfied.

Nice hotel, welcoming staff. Its very easy to find on the map, because its exactly 1 min on foot from the Central station. I had a flight to Linate airport then took a bus to Central station and the day after I had a flight from Malpensa airport so it was really comfortable and appropriate hotel for me. The only thing I did not like is that the rooms without balcony so in case you smoke - you have to go outside. My room was clean and quiet and I slept well. When I am back to Milano/ of will travel via Milano I would stay in this hotel

Good location. Near metro stn. surrounding shopping areas. Room are good and well kept. Breakfast on average. I'm happy to stay at Flore Hotel.

The hotel is very well located(5 min from the main train station), very clean and the staff are very helpful. I would go back to this hotel.

Really nice, clean hotel with very friendly and helpful reception staff. Single room good size for city centre hotel and very clean. Only downside was a very limited breakfast where the fruit juice was not on the buffet but had to be requested. Only small container of cornflakes available as cereal. Great location near train station and good restaurants just opposite. Good value for money.

Ho soggiornato in una camera singola. Direi che il rapporto qualità/prezzo ci sta tutto (in senso positivo). Camera pulita e accogliente, bagno pulito e con tutti i servizi necessari. Magari si può fare qualcosina di più con la colazione, ma per il resto posso consigliarlo vivamente.

Mine was a very brief stay but the hotel was comfortable, the staff friendly and helpful, and the location very convenient for the station. My only minor criticism was the quality of the breakfast. The hotel was very good value for money. I would recommend it.
