(Gay) single and couples. Staff is friendly, the position is good, very close to a couple of Metro stops, buses and taxi station. Parking on the road and private ones. Not really in the heart of Milano, but a lot of bars, pizzerias, restaurants, bookshops in the surroundings.

The hotel exceeded our expectations. We were a bit worried because of the low price, but we ended up having a very clean and quiet room (108). We were given a double room (2 beds) even if I had booked a room with a queen-sized bed. Very romanic couples should probably make that very clear, as I remember reading abut another traveller who had the same 'problem'. The hotel is easy to reach from the 'tangenziale ovest' and parking is not an issue because there's both a garage next door and blue lines for public parking in front of the hotel where you can pay per hour. Parking in front of the hotel is free between 8 p.m. and 8 a.m. and all day on Sundays and holidays. Walk out of the hotel, turn left and the underground station (Wagner) is just 2 minutes away on foot (literally 2 minutes)! It only takes 10-15 minutes to get to the Duomo. If you like Moroccan food there's a nice and cheap restaurant next door and a wonderful pasticceria for your morning breakfast. I do recommend this place and would definitely go back.

Very disappointing. Most expensive hotel of our stay in Italy and the poorest in terms of customer service and facilities. When we arrived, the room was still unmade from previous guest. This was not rectified until 8:30pm the same evening, meaning that my young children could not go to bed on time. Staff were unapologetic and rude, neither offering an alternative room nor any compensation.

If you understand that this is a 2 star hotel and you only want to spend a few hours sleeping and no other time in your room OK. My single room was too small and depressing, and the bathroom drain smelt bad like old ladies hair perm solution. Nice comfy bed and sheets and pillow good. Breakfast good. But there are no facilities other than breakfast. No iron unless you pre order. No map. No helpful staff other than at breakfast. No extras. It is next to the metro and there are good shops and cafes right there.

Well, the hotel room I occupied was very tinny, especially the bathroom that operates as shower-room at the same time. I am not sure of what type of clientele the hotel caters to but should be those who do not stay long periods. The price was quite reasonable in comparison.

The hotel is very nice and the rooms are spacious enough. The bathroom was completely re-done nicely. But be careful. The price listed here is the internet special, which means it does not include air conditioning, or breakfast. We thought we would try it without a-c and woke up completely covered in mosquito bites. The a-c was 7 euros extra and completely worth it in August.

The hotel room was disgusting. The description of this hotel on www.venere.com does not correspond to what I have seen in reality. ?The services and facilities provided are not own hotel services, you should go outside to use them (with some discount from the hotel). the room is not soundproof. Early in the morning construction workers disturbed a lot (above my room). The windows faced the car centre or something like that. The windows were poor and a lot of mosquitos got in the room. I noticed a fan later in the evening. No city maps. No LCD screen, no hairdryer. But the most disgusting thing I have ever seen in my life in hotels is that I had to take shower in a small room which was a toilet in fact. No space to take shower in a proper way. Such terrible experience. Anyway staff (a kind girl) tried to prettify the conditions.

The staff were very friendly and welcoming as soon as we arrived. The location is FANTASTIC and easy to use as a base in Milan. The rooms are small, but when considering the price is irrelevant. I stayed in Milan for 2/3 days and would definitely recommend this hotel for other travellers.

Es un hotel acogedor, muy tranquilo y está muy bien comunicado con el centro. El personal es muy amable y lo facilita todo. La relación calidad-precio es buena y permite economizar en este aspecto, teniendo en cuenta que Milán es bastante caro.

Good location, quite close to Wagner metro stop & some good restaurants/supermarkets nearby. Our twin room was rather small/cramped but very clean (and probably would have been quiet, had it not been right next to reception). Staff was friendly; not all spoke English, but we could get by on basic Italian + some miming. Breakfast not included and not really worth the €5 (go instead to the corner bar -- or, heck, McCafe at the Duomo), but overall, we thought the hotel was a fantastic deal for the price, especially in Milan.

We stayed in a double room. The room was quite little, had an ensuite, but shower was blocked so the bottom of the shower filled a bit. Location is good, breakfast not included. Be aware that you need to ask for the air con to be turned on, ours leaked all over the floor, so we couldn't leave it going all night. Found it hard to sleep as it was extremely hot!

Great location near Wagner metro stop, a little supermarket, restaurants. Great access via metro to Airport via Malpensa Express via a Metro stop 3 short stops east of Wagner. Great access to the Galeria, Last Supper, historical center, and alla Scala. Clean rooms/bathroom. Friendly staff. Half-way between Fiorella and the Metro stop is a great little pizzeria/restaurant. Great value for the quality, location, and experience. We would definitely return and recommend to others.

Nice and clean, but small room. Close to metro and only af few stops away from the Dome. The local area is also very nice. Difficult to find by car, with the map from the website. Possible to park to houses away from hotel for 20 Euro a day.

It was one of the best solutions for money saving. That's why we stay there. Around the hotel location there dozens of restaurants. Foodshop is also very close to the hotel. The hotel is on the 2nd floor. Our view from the room was into inner yard, so nothing special. The staff speak very poor English. Breakfast was not included but we always bought nice pizza from the pizzeria which is very close to Fiorella. Hotel made a transaction for the 1st night of staying and all the money were disblocked after 30 days. I asked for a fax with a booking confirmation and recieved positive answer from hotel. After 1 week I asked again and the answer was "You don't need this fax for visa" bit I'd better know what I neede. Finally Fiorella stopped to answer on my messages.

Single room small and cramped and short on natural daylight. A/c not working. Sound from neighbouring rooms could be intrusive. Overall however, not too bad for €30 but would not use again

The staff were as helpful as they could be (spoke very little English)I chose this hotel because it was a family hotel and thought I would be able to sit in the bar at night only to find it wasnt really a bar just a room also mossies were rife noise was from the all night garage at the back car alarms and music but in fairness they were very nice people and did try so thanks

Although this was the smallest room that I ever stayed in anywhere, the great staff more than made up for it. They were totally fantastic;it was probably some of the best service that I ever received anywhere! It was like "no" and "can not do it" were not in their vocabulary(even the overnite manager!!!) English and Italian spoken were textbook perfect. Everyone total went above and beyond to make my stay perfect. If I owned this hotel, I'd want everyone on this staff working for me! Well Done-BRAVO A TUTTI!!!!I'd stay here again "in a New York minute"!

The biggest problem was not having a proper shower. The bathroom was very small indeed and there was no curtain or door around the shower so if you used it, it flooded the floor and even the bedroom. Everything else was very good and good value for the price and good position in Milan.
