Hotel Fenice - Milan

___ We really had a good time in Milano, in the hotel (room, bathroom, diningroom)and too, in the surroundings that you recommended.

Very expensive parking especially for weekends who ends at 7 o'clock in the Saturday afternoon and it is free on Sunday.Better park out of a garage.Very expensive internet (3 euros for an hour?)

Friendly staff and nice hotel

Hotel was a dump, employees pretended not to speak English when they wanted. Air conditioning did not work, we got a tiny, dirty, dumpster view room, even though we booked 6 months in advance. Hotel in crummy neighborhood.

Buona posizione, a metà strada fra la stazione ed il centro. Ottima disponibilità da parte del personale. Rapporto qualità prezzo inferiore alle aspettative, la camera molto meno spaziosa rispetto a ciò che era riportato sul sito.

Excellent position of hotel.Center of city.Optional connection by car,metro,tram and bus are in front of hotel.Clean and spacious rooms.Solid breakfast.Acceptable prices.

It was the first time in which I stayed at Fenice Hotel. I had a triple room.

It's perfect for a short holiday, people! Very good area, real cleanliness and good staff.

Good location, good quality rooms however staff quite rude.

Nice hotel, good location, within walking distance of city center. The Corso in front of the hotel is very busy and noisy, even at night, but we got used to sleeping with ear-plugs. Clean, adequatly spaced rooms, friendly staff.

The room itself was too tiny, but clean. Staff was very welcoming and helpful. I would not recommend this hotel for long stay, but for 1 night it was OK

The place of the hotel was explained a bit confusing way on the web pages. But the overall location of the hotel is good. It is close to the centre and has a friendly staff and clean rooms. If you arrive in Milan by train to station Milano Centrale, take the tram nr. 9, or take 1 stop with metro yellow line in direction to San Donato and change to blue line in direction to Porta Vittoria and go 1 stop. The hotel can be found in front of the metro station.

A great location. The rooms were spacious, clean with all the comforts of a top class hotel. I would definitely stay there again!

I spent 5 months traveling through Italy staying at hotels and B&B's. This hotels staff was BY FAR the most cold and unhelpful... I was shocked to find that when I left and came back to the hotel the staff would most of the time not look at me or look up to get my key. I would never come back to this hotel.

Very good located hotel, metrostation directly in front of the building. Room clean and quiet. It is not possible to reach the Hotel directly because the street(adress!) is closed (only a problem when you arrive with the own car), short parking is not so easy.

Excellent spot for getting around. Brilliant restaurants in the nearby streets. Breakfast good, maid service excellent.

Great hotel for sightseeing Milano, few steps from the metro, nice atmosphere in the hotel and very friendly staff, only the cleaning took a long time and we had a messy room when we came back for a break (around 13h)

Travelling alone. Hotel would be suitable for anyone.Good location, near Metro and tram line.

Very hard to have the right information about parking Impossible to pay with my credit card when I left because there was a problem with the machine. We stayed in a room for 3 adults . We enjoyed our stay in Milan and we will certainly go back Staff for the breakfast was very nice and polite

I got up during the night, and when I turned on the light a great big bug went running out from under my bed. Needless to say I slept with the lights on (didn't actually sleep much)after that. Also the parking garage is 4 blocks away!

Ideal location, clean and spacious rooms, friendly and competent staff. I would strongly recommend it and I would definetely stay in it again.

The hotel is perfectly situated, nearby streetcar and metro stations, it is on one of the most popular shopping streets, but nevertheless quiet. It is also near the central station and not far away from many good restaurants.
