room very noisy and very tiny without view because of stupid uncredible stores embed into the doubble glazing. Old destroyed furnitures : compensed by low price and very interesting position close to the Porta Venezia ? Improvement to be done concerning design and quietness in this hotel.

The Eurohotel is a pleasant place to stay, the area is well served by transport links and is an easy walk to many of the sights in the centre of Milan. However, the best aspect of the Eurohotel was the quality, attentiveness and helpful nature of the staff - every single request was handled professionally and courteously.

Our first night, we got a very noisy room on first stage, on the street side. Traffic noise and shutting people, it was terrible. We could not sleep at all. Next morning we kindly asked for an other room and the men in reception understood directly our claim and we got the most silent room for the rest of our vacation. Breakfast was very good. The location, near the metrostation gives possiility to reach nearly everywhere in milan. It irs also on a short distance from the main center of Milan, about 20 min to walk. Eurohotel is a nice small hotel, may be we will stay there next time we go to Milan. Ciao JK

I spent six nights at the Eurohotel at the beginning of May and it was a positive experience. My room was in the rear and very quiet. I didn't hear any street noise. The staff was polite and helpful. My last day I left very early (before 7AM, when breakfast starts) and they made me a cup of coffee. Nice! Breakfast was early (important for me) and varied. There are a few restaurants within walking distance, one is right next door and it's pretty good.

The front desk staff were exceptionally helpful and friendly. The breakfast was amazing... best breakfast in Italy by far, for a hotel of this level. Everything was very clean. Rooms are small, but this is typical of any big city in Europe. If you're a fan of the "rain shower" style shower head, you'll love it... we don't really like that type of shower head, but there is a small hand-held shower head to use as well, so we got by okay. The location is fantastic... Metro right around the corner, or you can walk to the shopping areas within a reasonable amount of time. Great restaurants nearby. When returning to Milan in future, we'll definitely stay here again. Great value.

A hotel with rooms renovated in a modern style, it seemed that the design was more importatant then the function, especially the bathroom. Very good location close to tram and metro, competent and helpful staff. The breakfast was OK, but could be a bit more developed.

The overall impression of the hotel itself is very good - clean and nice. Breakfast with a wide range of products. However, we have the impression of being cheated i.e. we got a single room with a narrow bed instead of a booked double. Having asked for an explanation we were assured this was a double room under a special offer (what a special offer? no idea, regular price-tiny room!). They claimed there was no possibilty to change the room. If you stay at this hotel beware of special offers!!!

The hotel was in a more pleasant area than we expected with some pretty Art Nouveau buildings nearby. The room was a bit boring and bathroom tiny and they tried to persude us to upgrade to a better room which made me worry the cheaper rooms were being neglected. Efficient in most ways. Breakfast arrived in bits and peices so we didn't benefit from the full choice

Please be extra vigilant in public areas as one of our fellow travellers in our group had her handbag stolen almost right under her eyes at breakfast! This soured an otherwise reasonable stay. Pros: the deluxe rooms are by far worth the additional expense as they are roomy, relatively new and clean; location is reasonably close to transport links and central enough. Cons: The thieves and the older room which are significantly inferior (one of them smelt like cigarette smoke too).
