Enterprise Hotel - Milan

Excellent!

This is a nice hotel in a good location close to the expositions area. We got there in the afternoon and the two ladies at the reception desk were most kind and helpful. The young man that seems to be the manager is not so kind and even sort of rude like if he was always in a rush, but the other ladies are warm enough to erase that feeling. The hotel is just in front of a tram stop that took us downtown without using our car. We were advised not to go downtown by car during peak hours because parkings are expensive. Milan is a beautiful city and I recommend to use the public transportation service since it is very easy to get lost. If using a car, a GPS is highly recommendable. Back to the hotel Enterprise, I definitely recommend it to anyone, is a good value for the rate. When we are back in Milan, we will surely book ourselves there again.

Good - best breakfast we had in italy ! free wifi in room, rooms are nicely decorated, can catch a tram outside the property direct to Milan centre poor - the bar area wasn't very inviting

Great hotel and had wonderful breakfast!!! Best breakfast I ever had in any hotel the Buffett spread is outstanding!! Bit far from city centre but not that bad.

Not very central but good price performance and a pleasure to stay (our 3rd time)

Hotel was better than expected, great value, very nice ambience, helpful staff, we were pleasantly surprised and would stay again.

The room we had was a very clean ,spacious junior suite in a courtyard at the back of the hotel, which was fine for a short stay. Bit isolated area, and not much going on at night, but as we were only there for the footie, can't really complain. Could have done with better directions as tourist information for Milan is hard to come by. Price bit high but good breakfast included

Only in Milan one night with my Son,on his 15th birthday to see A.C.Milan play Manchester United in the Champions League.Bad match from our perspective as Manu.were well beaten.But we still enjoyed every minute of our visit.From what we saw Milan is a lovely city and I want to return again possibly with my wife who,I am sure will enjoy the shops,so football will definately be out.

Angenehmes Hotel, jedoch etwas entlegen. Wir waren 4 Nächte im Hotel Enterprise. Entgegen den Angaben auf der HP des Hotels steht kein bewachter Parkplatz kostenlos zur Verfügung. Die Garage im Haus kostet 18€/Tag. Reichhaltiges Top-Frühstück! Trittschall vom Gang und Musik vom Hof (Hotelbar) aus tlw. hörbar bis 2 Uhr nachts.

The breakfast was excellent,delicious and offered a great variety. we were were happy to stay in this hotel and recommend it to everybody

The Stuff was VERY FRIENDLY & helpful but unfortunatly the Standart Rooms are awefully small (they only have space for the bed!) and the Hotel is located far away from the City Centre (it takes a 20 Euro Taxi ride to get downtown!)

We will definitely stay at Hotel Enterprise again if we return to Milan. The staff was very helpful, professional, friendly and competent, the rooms tasteful and clean. The breaksfast, which was included in the price, was great! Overall, well worth the price.

I had to pay more than it was indicated on the booking. The reception was attended by only one employe, really kind indeed, but not enough to support all of the check in - check out in a reasonable time. Finally they had serious problems to the process control software, so the badge to access the room did not work properly.

Excellent breakfast. Tramway going downtown just infront the hotel.

Very good Hotel! Would reccommend to others. O Improvement might be (carpets) in bedrooms.

No parking uotside the hotel, not even space to stop for a minute to load the car.

I have spent over 30 nights in the past year at the Enterprise and it is generally an excellent property. Its design, facilities and amenities are of the highest-quality. However, it has a few areas in which I think they can improve: 1) Smoking in the reception area: As a welcoming area for the hotel, it was often oppressively smoke-filled. This should be a smoke-free area, as fresh as the other spaces in the hotel. As a guest, I shouldn't have to smell of smoke before I get to my room. 2) The hotel should offer the services it promises on its website: specifically, its fitness center which 1.5 years later is still not open... and also turndown service which is inexistent. 3) Its restaurant Sophia's has the oddest food selections that I have seen in Milan...it would be better to include some refined Italian cuisine that isn't so esoteric! 4) The reception staff could be a bit more organized and friendly...at times they give the impression of being 'interrupted'. In large part this is probably due to management which is understaffing the reception desk area. They also do not recognize returning guests in any way. It seems that the management is very heavy-handed and this creates a slighly stuffy environment... Otherwise it's a great hotel...
