Hotel Edy - Milan

Positive: quiet zone and close to metro stations Negative: staff only speaks Italian, wireless not working, heating not working from 11p.m. to 7a.m.

Location is good, near to subway station.

It was good place to stay, the staff was nice and speaking english, maybe it could be more clean place but correlation between price and quality was quite good

Its italie so you must be ok with this..

The hotel was mostly fine, the main problem was that I needed to run the water for a long time before it got hot. There was not a lot of space in the room, just sufficient to walk between the end of the bed and the wardrobe. The space either side of the bed was OK. The hotel is convenient for the transport and there are restaurants and shops close by. Out of the four people who worked in reception three spoke at least reasonable English, the other one and I managed to get along. This is far better than being Italian and going to an English hotel of the same standard.

No air conditioning. Door to shower doesn't work. Not comfortable bed. Noises from reception. Nice personal.

Well treated, but the hotel is not so good.

Pretty cheap and good enough for this price. Sink and shower in the room, toilet down the hall. Location is good for San Siro stadium, kind of between San Siro and city centre. Close to Metro station. Had to sleep with window open. A little bit noisy for the tram in the street. Come on, this is in the city not quiet countryside, but when you are tired, it doesn't matter.

El hombre de la recepcion fue super amable con nostros. Las habitaciones no estan mal pero tampoco es un hotel de 5 estrellas... En cuanto a la posición del hotel creo que está bien. Es barato y en tan solo 10 paradas de matro (unos 20 minutos) estas en la plaza del Duomo.

Excellent for the price and a lot cleaner than other one-star places. Free WiFi for two hours was very generous compared with most other places. Being one-star, you can't expect much, so this was good value for money.

This was our first visit to the hotel EDY. The general opinion about it is very good. The information given in the web page was proper. The relationship between price/quality was good.

No single rooms.. good quality for price.. neat comfortable rooms...

We went to Italy for our honeymoon and despite the cleaniness and cheapiness of the place we found the hotel and bedroom mundane. The toilets were in the corridor and worse of whole the shower doors weren't effective. I had to ask my husband to close them for me because they were too heavy. It's OK if there is really nothing else available and if the client is not too demanding.

It was my first time at Edy and I learned that a bathroom in the room in Italy does not mean your private toilette in the room. It took me some minutes to get along with that, but the location of the hotel, so near to the city of Milan, the people at the reception and their friendliness and the nice bar opposite of the hotel did compensate it really. I would stay at the Edy again, but would go for my private bath. It general it was a nice stay.

1 star classification is perfecty suited for this hotel.Raccomanded for 1/2 days trip!

Recomiendo este Hotel, la relacion calidad precio es buena. El servicio adecuado y limpio. Y sobre todo agradecer al chico de recepcion que nos ayudo y nos atendio de una forma explendida.

Not a bad hotel after all, quality is related to rate. Don't expect too much of it but it's located close to metro and staff are friendly. It can be a bit too noisy because doors and walls are wafer-thin.

It was very cold in the room without any opportunity for additional heating. Nobody from personal spoke niether english nor german!

A good compromise between proximity from downtown (by the tube) and parking facilities in suburds. Particularly clean and quite quiet; good beds but problems with hot water.

The property was well located but provided bare services. For the price quoted it was definitely not good value. However, the room was clean and felt secure. I travelled with my son and if my wife was with us she definitely would not have spent the second night at the premises.

No Bed & Breakfast, as promised, because they offered no breakfast. Also didn't take credit cards, due to a broken machine, they said.
