I was there for one night. Very small room; breakfast very poor. Excellent staff against the hotel's administration and management.

Very, very good staff! Very close to railway station and buses to airports, therefore noisy. I found just one drawback - the hotel is old. It is noticeably in bathroom and on stairs, but everything is clean and still in good state :) If you would like to stay in Milan between trains or airplanes - it is your choice.

Unfortunately I was only in Milan overnight (about 9 hours) but this hotel was very well placed for an early train. On the 5th (or was it 9th) floor (with private lift) Decent breakfast & free Internet. Would love to come back for a longer stay.

The service was good, the location of the hotel almost perfect for me, the quality of the rooms was not outstanding, but it was OK. The biggest problem of this hotel: it´s quite expensive.

The hotel receptionist was friendly however the lady who served the "so called breakfast" -(breakfast which was included in the price was very poor for a 3 star hotel)was extremely rude and made you feel very unwelcome as if she wanted you to leave the room. This hotel should not be a 3 star hotel as the everything within the room is very old. it needs to be refurbished. There are a lot of stains in the carpet and to be honest the price paid doesn't reflect the quality or service you receive. The only positive thing about this hotel is that it is close to the train station

Good location. But the room was very small and expensive compare to the price. You can found lot of cheaper hotel nearby. Breakfast is very basic. One thing that inconfenient was the hotel located at 9th floor and the door was locked after 8pm, so had to push the bell to let the receptionist to open it.

This is my second stay of this hotel. Here is the number of reasons why I came back to Hotel Duca. Free wifi, nice view at Pirellino and Termini centralle, underpass from metro station, ground floor is cloudy McDonald where I bought a hamburger for 50 cents. Perfect hotel for budget travellers who needs free wifi connection and travel by railway.

The hotel Duca located near by McDonald in front of Milan Central Station was good value for few night staying. There is a subway entrance in front of the hotel, and it secures comfortable commute to all over the city. Free wifi is available, just ask reception about wifi key. My room has spacious bath room, and good view to south of the city.

I had asked and was confirmed a "matrimoniale" (queen bed) but was given two separate single beds. The room seemed dirty, greasy, and the bathroom was almost unacceptable. In the hallway outside my door was a can of Raid. Certainly NOT a hotel I would recommend.

We chose Hotel Duca because of its proximity to the train station. However, we were disappointed with the drabness of the room and also bothered with noise in the alley our room faced. I could not recommend this hotel to my friends.

Hotel on 9th floor of (office)building. Normal Lift not working, you have to use very small and uncomfortable lift at back of building. Place looks shabby. A/C -heating not working. Forget the "Bar". even at "only 80.00 Euro/night" too expensive.

Comfortable without being flash. Service and breakfast quite acceptable. Very convenient to Stazione Centrale and, given it overlooks main square, surprisingly quite. Main lift was broken down when we stayed - the alternative lift was very small.

The hotel is very convenient to the train station, however, the outside noise was bothersome. The reception person was very professional and very nice to show us the rooms for our approval. In fact we had great view from our room. The rooms are clean, well ventilated and roomy. The price quoted to us was expensive and over our budget but I was not dissappointed.

IO AVEVO PRENOTATO PER 2 NOTTI, POI LA MATTINA CHE SONO ARRIVATO HO DOVUTO DISDIRE, PER PROBLEMI FAMILIARI, LA SECONDA NOTTE. MI E' STATA ADDEBITATA LO STESSO PER META'. NON MI SEMBRA SERIO

The shower was not working, I could not close one window and one blind did not move - besides that: location convenient, quite because in a high floor. Venere should definitively NOT include this hotel in its service.
