Location is pretty good. It is more of a 3* than a 4*, breakfast was decent but not superior (not 4*). At the rate I got, the overall experience was defintely good enough and overall a very good value for money deal.

We are from Switzerland and we travelled throught Italy for 4 days. We were really surprised about the hotel. We had a great stay there and when we stay again in Milano, we will stay again in your hotel! It was great and the price was excellent! We liked also the closeness to the city and mainstation. Breakfast was wonderful and we have nothing bad to say about this hotel. Maybe it would be good if you have some foreign TV stations. Because there were just italian stations and we liked to listen music on MTV or watch a movie before going to bed. But thats all. This hotel is absolutely to share with other people!

Good: The room was clean and quiet. The hotel is located right near a Metro station, and it's very easy to find when arriving directly from the central train station. The breakfast was included, and provided a nice array of options...granted the coffee machine confused the hell out of me since in the US Latte doesn't mean "hot milk" :). The staff were friendly, however didn't seem to grasp my horrid Italian/English as well as in other locations. The price for the stay was fair at 130 euro for two weeknights. Bad: The internet was not included. I had to pay 4 euros for 1 hour since they "ran out" of the 10 euro for 12 hour tickets. The elevator to the rooms was very tiny. I couldn't imagine a large family trying to pack themselves and bags inside of it. We were on the first floor, so it wasn't a problem...but it's something that family's/large groups should be aware of.

We stayed (mother and two daughters) just one night on our way to Rome. We arrived quite late at night which did not cause any problems. The room was a triple room (double with extra single bed inserted) and was a little tight for space. The bathroom was clean although (strangely) it contained a disused 'burnt out wall light. The staff were mostly bi-lingual and helpful at all times. Breakfast was satisfactory but not exceptional.

Thank you very much. I had a good stay and trip in general. I would like to thank in particular Claudiu and Michaela who were both very helpful with directions and getting around in general as well as being superb ambassadors for the hotel. Valuable members of staff! Regards, Owen

We found the instructions given for getting from the railway station very poor and we had to ask other people for help. The young lady on the desk from 7 am spoke very good English and went out of her way to help us. We have found in general that there is a lack of information in hotel rooms. We have found it difficult to find a grocery shop for example, or some information about local restaurants and public transport instead of having to ask for it.Internet access in our room would have been appreciated and we would have been happy to pay for it. We have found the mini bars totally inadequate as they don't offer the basic things necessasry to make a cup of tea or coffee. In New Zealand hotels provide tea and coffeee making facilities such as an electric jug, mugs and sachets of tea, coffee and sugar. When you arrive you are offered a small carton of milk. This is so very welcoming after many hours of travel.

The hotel is great. Very close to a metro station which is important, as historic centre and lively (restaurant/club) areas are not walking distance. The only thing to say about location is that it is close to a major avenue, hence can be noisy. Staff are very friendly and helpful. Rooms are clean and relatively spacious. Negative points would be hard pillow (well, some people may like it), poor choice of products in mini-bar and a tiny TV. Breakfast is good (but don't come too late, as I did), but it is such a shame that the breakfast staff have to order coffee from the bar upstairs, so you may need to wait 10 minutes before the coffee arrives (not a problem unless you like your coffee with your pastry). Anyways, I would recommend this hotel and will come back.

The hotel is a 4 stars but it seems a 3. Maybe it has some services that allows it to add a star. Regarding the surroundings, it's quite easy to park the car and - above all - in few minutes you're in Corso Buenos Aires, that has every kind of shop. The metro station is also really close (less than 5 minutes).

I travelled with two of my friends and we took a triple room. There was plenty of room for us all and all our shopping! Excellent location for getting to all the main areas and attractions, not too far from the station. Only downside, was the breakfast was very limited, could have done with a little more variety, but what was on offer was good quality. Would definitely stay there again and would recommend the hotel and restuarant across the road.

Posto molto carino e centrale.

Visiting Milan again I would definitely come back to this friendly, very clean & welcoming hotel. Only 10-15 minute walk from Stazione Centrale, or a very quick metro ride to Loreto, which is 30 seconds from hotel (though does not at all affect hotel noise wise). Good area, decent bars, not far from restaurants, very good shopping area along Corso Buenos Aires, only 5 minutes on metro to the Duomo & very centre. Highly recommended!

Quiet and very clean in a central position. Too much heating in the bathroom. Poor breakfast. Wide and nice rooms. Is it a 3 or 4 stars? Not clear. It seems rather a good 3*** superior.

I found the place quite in line with the presentation on the site. Room not very spacious but tidy and well equipped. Unfortunately I asked for one bed (being a couple) with my reservation and found two beds instead. The morning after we went to have breakfast at 9.45 and no one was attending the breakfast room (time limit was at 10), but a call was enough to have the food trays refilled (not a big buffet though). Finding parking places nearby can become quite difficult at certain times. Personnel was very kind and a lot of different services and shops are available at walking distance. Very good quality/price ratio for Milano, I suggest it for business travelers who move alone and with public transportation.

I would recommend this hotel to everybody going to Milan. The price/quality relationship is excellent. The hotel has just been renovated, rooms are spacious (the double rooms), bathrooms almost luxurious, Marco at the reception was most helpful in finding a restaurant... The only little drawbacks are a sparse breakfast (but who cares on a hot summer day in Milan) and that the rooms to the street are a bit noisy, which however was no real problem when windows were closed. Highly recommendable place!!!!

The hotel was nice and clean per se, but the attitude of the tattooed receptionist left a bitter aftertaste. He seemed to feel insulted when we had the nerve to ask the price of a beer in the minibar when checking out. (5€!!). He ignored us totally after that and began to toss room keys behind his counter. There was also another, younger male receptionist who was very helpful and warm - he recommended us restaurants and offered to make bookings and also opened a wine bottle for us and gave glasses to our room.
