Hotel Crivi's - Milan

For getting the comissions for the hotel instead of calling taxi as it was requested the consierge called car service. The result was we were waiting for the car 30 mins instead of 3 mins as usually and had to run in the airport for not loosing the flight. The cos was not 85 euros as fixed tariff for Malpensa but 95 euros. Al posto di chiamare il taxi per quadagnare 10 euro l'albergo cerca di chiamare il car service che costa di piu e abbiamo dovuto ad aspettare mezzora. State attenti, questa gente per fare il suo piccolo business non trattano bene gli ospiti!

My sister and I stayed here for 1 night. There was no problem getting a room with twin beds. It was clean and quiet, though not roomy (I don't think any in Italy are). The staff was friendly and helpful. It was reasonably close to the Metro station and tram stops, and a nice (not scary) walk from the Duomo area. Pretty much everything I had hoped for, and at a reasonable rate.

It was really plesant stay (6 nights) I believe it is the best option for this price

It is an excellent hotel, an easy walk to the center, safe neighbourhood, friendly and helpful staff. very clean room and bathroom .good but not lavish breakfast. two english newspapers. as a woman business traveller i found it perfect, it is equally convenient for tourists. very good value for money

Room 315: it is not a 4 stars hotel!

Nice hotel. Clean, full service, good continental breakfast, close to subway. Competent, helpful staff. Good price considering the cost of other similar hotels in Milano. Easy access to the autostrada.

Great place to stay

Crivi's is in a good location, with easy access to the metro or a twenty minute walk to the center of the city. The staff is very helpful, and this is definitely a high quality hotel at a good price.

Nice stay. In some aspects, the rooms appear a little old (furniture, "normal" keys instead of electronic badges for ex.) Anyway the rooms are clean and employees competent.

This Hotel was a find. A 4 Star Hotel for a 3 Star price. Location was an easy 2 subway stops from the Duomo and the main shopping area. The staff was multilingual, courteous and very helpful. The room was beautiful and the breakfast was exceptional. Easy access to the train sation and a short 15 euro taxi ride to Linate Airport.
