Hotel Ca' Grande - Milan

Not bad breakfast. not good bed, bathroom.

The room smells too much to spend more than one day inside it!

I'll never come back to the Ca'Grande!!!

We stayed 2 nights there in a big, big room with own bathroom. But we didn´t stay in the main house. On the other side of the road were some new appartments from his partner. There was a parking place and everything was perfect and new. We also had a washing machine (Electrolux) and a kittchen in our room. The breakfast was good and the stuff was perfect friendly. If i go to Milano again i will stay there again. The Hotel has only 1 Star on the paper but it was equal to a 4 Star Hotel in Firenze.

Our room was small and smelled of smoke. Although it was a two person room, it was barely large enough for two. In addition, the price billed was higher than listed. Not centrally located or close to transportation.

Buona soluzione, centrale e ben collegata. Prezzo onesto e personale affabile. Peccato per la mancanza di acqua sufficientemente calda!

The bedroom had a terrible smell (like a place without ventilation). The towels were very small (60x30 cm to dry the body... another smaller to dry the face!) In my bedroom it was possible to hear when someone was using the public bathroom. All the hotel has the same aspect of the bedroom (dark, old and with small pieces of furniture), in other words, it is not so pleasurable.

Costoso albergo a una stella a circa 500 metri da piazzale Loreto. Si trova in una zona particolarmente rumorosa per via del tram che passa costantemente. Le camere sono vecchie, così come le infrastrutture (finestre, persiane, porte), il bagno piccolo e poco agevole (inoltre mancavano gli asciugamani grandi per la doccia!!!), c'erano diversi insetti che giravano liberi sul pavimento, le tende puzzavano di fumo stantio. La colazione, servita in una sala microscopica era tutto sommato accettabile, con una discreta scelta di cibi. Si può trovare di meglio, anche se non è sempre facile trovare posto a Milano.

A lot of traffic noise!!! I required to change a room, but they don't accept!!

The Ca'Grande provided inexpensive, but perfectly adequate accomodations. I would stay there again.

I have no complains about the accommodation. The staff were able to communicate in English and were very helpful in providing information on travel and sight seeing. The breakfast was excellent.I would definitely recommend this hotel to my friends.

The only criticism we have is that we expected to be in a double room but we actually had a twin.

The hotel is only a one* hotel, so for this it was o.k. The rooms were clean, but at night it was noisy. In my opinion, the hotel is a little bit expensive, but this is Mailand. We stay for one night and it was o.k.

The staff were very friendly and spoke good English (they even gave us a map and told how to get to all the main tourist attractions). The room was quite basic but had a nice shower. The hotel is close to shops & restaurants.

Very well located, breakfast good, staff very pleasant, good English language. Rooms very large, beds very clean and comfortable. I think the hotel has huge, huge potential, all rooms have original fittings, but in desperate need of a paint job. Overall would recommend to friends, and would probably stay there again if ever in Milan.

Staff was friendly and helpful

It was a good hotel. The only thing is that it should be more clear what the distance is from the Hotel to the center of the city.
