The hotel is very poor in services and cleaness and the staff is really not competent. We arrived in the night and we found to be in the middle of nowhere. Price of the room was out of the market and I wouldn't suggest anybody to book in this cheap place.

Very good hotel, good location with a direction tramline to the city centre, very nice staff, too bad the restaurant was closed and that the wifi wasn't working.

Outside of center, about 1/2 hour by tram, very small walls so you can hear your neighbours and the traffic. the rest of the hotel was ok. parking place, outdoor areas and breakfast ok. sorry also that there is no hotel bar and no restaurant or bar in the surroundings.

A bit remote from city center, so better have a car to get there, but at least you can park it for free. Surroundings are noisy with train and disco nearby but rooms have enough sound insulation and Air Con so it is no really an issue. Beds are fine, breakfast ok, At 60€ including breakfasts and parking, it's hard to beat.

Excelente accomodations. Very good breakfast. A little out of the way, but about 100 m (300 ft) from the tram that takes you into downtown or connects with metro or bus.

French & Italian young couple for 1 night in november 2009 We liked the area even if it was very "urban", there is a little market near the chanel (like a little "marché aux puces"). We liked the breakfast, they were nice. Easy to reach by car, large and free parking, no problem to reach the center with the beautiful old tram. The things that we liked less was the bed, the outside view and having no "good windows" that makes enter the light in the room on the ground floor.. It was a magical moment for us to meet there

This a strange venue..it is a hotel that at one time may have been4 star..now it is definately no more than 2 star...on saturday nights it has a disco which attracts loads of kids who may/may not stay over...which means that you cannot park and it is very noisy...it is by car at least 35 minutes from the centre...by tram about 25 mins...however there are good restaurants nearby and the area around interesting...take your choice........

I definetely recommended this hotel. You can reach the city centre quickly by tram and metro. Really good price, considering the 4-star rating of the hotel.

Web had a great stay at Hotel Corte del Naviglio. The building is lovely, the rooms are very large, very clean, lunch was included and it was quite ok, we were really impressed with the garden and the fountain with gigantic fish (not joking). It is indeed quite far from center, but it's a great place to stay in milan! Loved it!

This hotel is NOT central. When we complained that the website said you should be able to walk from the metro station, the lady said: "Yeah, well if you wanted to walk 2 km, you could". Hmmmm... a little misleading, don't you think? The room was decent and the price is good... otherwise, spend an extra few Euros and stay in town. Interestingly, either Venere.com or this hotel let my credit card number out of their control because I had 5 fraudulent charges immediately after my stay. I had to cancel my credit card. Not very fun. Beware of using this site...

It's a very pleasant place to stay with an exellent relationship quality/price expecially for milan. it's a really different place for a city, with a nice garden and the courtyard...it seems to be at your villa at the sea!

Nearly unheated breakfast room, not very convenient in november... breakfast quality definitely below 4-star-level, overall impression of the hotel 3 stars AT MOST. bizarre location, misleading photographs, the hotel is surrounden by streets and construction sites.

Staff as reception not very pleasant. This Hotel is over priced. Rated 4 stars while I would say it is a 3 Stars. Close to Public tansit and easy to go in the city center via tramway and Subway. Niviglio canal is closed with several restaurant and Happy hours bars.

2 days in Milan and the tram #2 was easy to catch and on a direct route to downtown core. Very handy and convenient. This was our first time using venere.com and staying at Hotel Corte del Naviglio and it was a pleasant experience.

The Naviglio area has wonderful restaurants and this hotel is very close to some fine ones! Rooms are quite small and have basic services (12 inch TV screeens, for example)but hotel does have parking and is just steps away from a tram line that takes you straigh to the Duomo in record time at just a few euroes!

Il personale all'accoglienza gentilissimo e disponibilissimo.

The only good thing in this hotel is the garden with beautifull fishes and the personal was helpful. The rooms are auful - they are big but moist, and there is one little window - no light at all in the room. In the bathroom there were few hairs - awufull.

My husband and I were driving through Europe making stops at popular tourist spots along the way. We chose this hotel because of it's parking availability and closeness to autobahn. It took us 2 1/2 hours to find the hotel even after calling the hotel directly for directions (we were told we were entirely in the wrong place when were in fact just 2 blocks away, we were also told we were incompetent). We were finally able to find the hotel after stopping at a Holiday Inn to stay the night and the receptionist there (very friendly) gave us directions. The parking was a mess, cars double and triple parked. The room itself was ok, but not worth the trouble to find it!

Consigliato!!!

Very nice place in particular for congresses due to large and nicely organised common space. For turists - it is close to Navigli bar/restaurants zone, but be avare its a 20-30 min walk or 5 min by tram. At night its difficult to find taxi - walking is probably faster option!
