Hotel Bristol - Milan

Nice hotel to stay for a short visit to Milan, close to the railway station and metro. The water system and use of toilets in neighbouring rooms is rather noisy.

The staff at the hotel have no idea of service or courtesy. Staff at breakfast are the worst that I have ever encountered in all my vast travels. Staff need to be taught common courtesy, service, and not overcharge for 2 extra bags of tea bags, or an extra cup of coffee, in simple words, don't rip off innocent tourists..

Hotel Bristol is across the road from the Milano Central Station. A 10 minute walk to one of the shopping streets, and a 15 to 20 minute walk from the Duomo and main shopping area. Hotel Bristol was clean and my room was spacious and comfortable. Free wifi throughout the hotel, either a computer in the reception or if you have your own laptop they will give you logon details to access from your own room or in the reception. Close to restaurants and supermarkets in the surrounding area. Staff were exceptional and very friendly. Was very grateful, when my train to Paris was canceled, I was able to get my room back during a busy period so I was able to re-organise my travel plans. Visit the beautiful parks scattered in the suburbs, some only 10 minute walk from the hotel. Book tickets to Davinci's Last Supper well ahead of time, you can do this on-line either as a tour or on your own, is definitely worth seeing.

An excellent location close to the trains and metro. Breakfast a little bit hit and miss but adequate for a continental buffet

Generally speaking a nice and pleasant stay. Helpful and nice staff. Perfect location just 1-2 minutes walk from Milan Central Train Station. Also a nearby metro available. The only thing bothered me is: they mentioned "air-condition" on the webpage, and they did have the air-condition control panel in the room, but not working. The staff said because it's getting cold so they truned it off from central control system. It's sill comfortable if I opened the window, but kind of noisy because you would hear the noise from the street. With 85 Euro/night, I will definitely come back for my next trip to MIlan.

This hotel is in a convenient location very close to the Central railway station as well as the shuttle buses to the airports.

Nice hotel with good staff but some slightly noisy at it is near the station

The employees were unhelpful. The front desk person and the helper barely attempted to make us feel welcome. The breakfast was excellent. The waiter at the breakfast table was the only person seem to enjoy non-italian speaking guests.

Closed to underground station, easy to find... good hotel and room, good place for the transportation, such as airport.....

We found this hotel perfect for our needs. We were only in Milan for a short period and the location directly opposite the train station was ideal both for arrival, and depature with bus connections direct to the airport. Easy access to central Milan via subway. Rooms were clean and tidy, smallism in size but inline with other European hotels. Staff helpful, breakfast adequate.

Nice hotel in a very good location for travelling around Milan. the staff on the reception are very friendly.

Very conveniently located near train station, and a 20 to 30 minute walk to the city center. Hotel was clean and nice. Good neighborhood with a selection of restaurants nearby. Excellent breakfast buffet.

The hotel is literally outside of the central station, which was perfect for us. The room was alot nicer than what I saw in the pictures, and the bathroom was huge. Free wireless was another plus.

Sono rimasta soddisfatta dell'hotel e del servizio. Ve lo consiglio. Le camere sono pulite. E' facile muoversi per lavicinanza alla stazione centrale.

Hotel location is good, just next to train station. Jacuzzi inside hotel room is excellent, but I found spots on the bathtub. The worst thing is I booked a double room, but they gave me a twin room.
