Hotel Reviews Bagliori

We were very pleased with our stay at the Bagliori. From the moment we arrived, we felt welcomed and valued as guests. Our room was very comfortable and a good size. We had a small balcony that overlooks the garden area. This hotel would be fine for couples and singles of all ages. Although we took a cab to the train station, it is within walking distance, as is the Duomo area of Milan. The hotel personnel were fabulous.

The hotel is convenient for the station, but it is a cab ride to the main square. The garden at the front of the hotel is a nice bonus, but the hotel is very small and felt more like we were having breakfast in the owners living room. The staff were not very friendly and the rooms very small but clean. Would not stay at this hotel again. The cathedral in the main square is amazing. Definately take the lift to the roof. Amazing and you must see the last supper, but be prepared to book well in advance. We left it until a few days before, but managed to get on a tour with last minute.com or Viator for £37 each, which gives you a taste of Milan as well as seeing the last supper. Tour lasts 3.5 hours. Worth it just to see the last supper at short notice.

It was a three star hotels, but felt more of non star. I mean this was my first experience staying in an Europe hotel. And by the standard of hotels in Indonesia, it would only get a maximum of one star hotel. Oh I love my country ( where else with 55 euro you can stay in a 5 star hotel?). The staff didn't look professional. The room was ok though, neat and clean. The receptionist (or the owner?) slept in the lobby (or is it a living room?), what was then turned into breakfast room in the morning. More of a guess house than a hotel. But, if you are looking for quiet hotel with perfect room, this hotel is still to be considered.

Nel complesso sono rimasto senz'altro soddisfatto. Principale neo la colazione un po' scarna.

only the price of 10 Euro a day for W-lan is to high. And the shower cabin can be used only by slim and sportive people

This is a very recommendable hotel with good location and splendid service - the breakfast was the best we had when in Italy for 2 weeks and stayed at 4 different hotels. The garden is a very nice bonus, especially in a very hot July.

This hotel is approximately 12 minutes by foot from the Centrale train station. It is about a 25 minute walk to the centre (Piazza Duomo, La Scala etc.) However, you can get a tram from the train station to the centre. The location is quiet. The room was of good size, the batroom the same. The range of TV stations could be improved upon. The breakfast was a little on the samll side.

Excellent price/quality ratio. Very clean, reasonably quiet room with all required facilities (except that the bar fridge did not work). Beautiful little garden for relaxing in. Fantastic location, a few minutes walk from train station and shopping, 20 minutes walk to the center. I would definitely return.

Everything about this hotel was wonderful-the breakfast, the staff, the rooms, and the hotel's setting in general. Although rooms were simple and somewhat small, they were clean and well cared for, and really not lacking in anything. Especially compared to other hotels that cost more in the area, this was a great deal. The staff was extremely accomodating in every way. I would stay here again, and recommend it to anyone visiting Milan.

We needed a place to stay for one night after arriving in Milan by train until flying out of Malpensa the following day. Bagliori was an easy walk from the train station. Hotel staff understood about as much English as we understood Italian but we still managed to communicate. Nice for a one night stay, but wouldn't return for much more than that. Good price for Milan. Found a really nice garden restaurant nearby and had a wonderful dinner on our last night in Italy.

Even though half the lights were not working when I arrived and none were working when I checked out the next morning, the room was quite spacious and very pleasant to stay in - even if I did have to hunt for someone to check me in when I arrived. The room itself was noisy but fortunately quite spacious and comfortable despite the broken light fixtures. Service was excellent - and in English (a big plus). I only wish I had had more time to spend in the lovely garden - also sorry I had to miss the breakfast, which smelled wonderful.
