The staff is very nice always ready to help you. Breackfast is good, the room is clean. The air conditioned is extra charded - it is not included in the price.(5 euro/day). It is not luxury, but it's a good value for money.

My room and facilities were comfortable and clean; I enjoyed the breakfast selection. The staff were pleasant and helpful. I wasn't in Milan to stay in the hotel; I was there to see the city - which made this hotel perfect for that role - good value for money. Main station in easy walking distance for excursions. City centre was further away, but Milan has plenty of in-city travel options.

Very good hotel for the price, excellent choice for those travelling on a budget. We were given a triple room, though we had reserved a double. The room and the bathroom are large and clean, the staff is helpful and the breakfust is plentiful quite good for Italian standards: eggs, cereals, yoghurt, sweets, croissants, butter, jam, milk, tea, coffee. Excellent location as well, on a quiet street but two minutes walking to Corso Buenos Aires and, from there, another 30 minutes walking to the Duomo. We felt very good and will definetely return. Grazie per tutto !

For a 2-star hotel this was a real bargain. The towels and bedsheets were changed every day, which wasn't absolutely necessary. The hotel is run by very nice and helpful girls and the dog is lovely. The only problem was the noise from the street since I had the balcony door open because I didn't want air-conditioning. If the door/window is closed, it's quiet. The breakfast was rich by Italian standards. I stayed in a 3-star hotel in Rome last year and the breakfast was very limited. Here you have a choice of cornflakes, some croissant, dry bread, jam, etc. There's a god supermarket nearby where you can get some other things if needed. For me, a perfect place to stay for a few days bearing in mind it's a 2-star hotel.

well situated hotel within walking distance of metro and supermarket. You get what a 2 star hotel status means. Safe place to stay with 2 tram stops to the central railway station. Ideal for a short break.

I stayed at this property for 1 night and paid around 65 euros. For the price paid, I was expecting a very bad room, just like most of other rooms/hotels in Milan. However,I was amazed at how clean and neat the rooms were. The A/C functioned properly and the reception staff was very welcoming. The location was also excellent. This is definitely much better than other hotels where you pay 100-150 euros a night. In Milan, I mean!..

The hotel room was nice and clean. The walls were too thin and you could hear every word from the hall. We were there during the winter and the bathroom was quite cold. The breakfast were quite ok but I can imagine better. All in all the price was very good with quality in this area.

Hotel location is great, nice breakfast & good size rooms. Spoiled only by the noise of the staff & other guests at all hours of the night which meant sleeping was a problem. Close to supermarket & takeaways, as well as Loretto Metro station. Overall good value.

We stayed there just for one night. The hotel's location is very good. We could easily reach the centre of the town by foot and by Metro. As for one night the space of the room was enough for us. However, for longer stay we would like to have bigger room. Breakfast was very simple. So we prefered to drink some coffee and have our breakfast in the cafeteria. The personal was polite.

This was the badest hotel I've ever seen. The room wasn't clean, there was the hair of other people in my bathroom. The floor was full of dust... Breakfast wasn't offered.

The only thing that was not so good, was the noise level in the room. When the breakfast started in the morning (ca 0630), you heard everything said and done very clear in my room.

Good: Sourroundings - close to subway, store, restaurant etc. Clean hotell and rooms Security - noone could come in unless the were living at the hotel Staff was very nice, friendly and helpful. Not so good (bad) Noisiness in te rooms - you could here people talk trough the walls and the traffic was very noisy in the morning The room (at least ours) was VERY small. Only two small coffetable for all the guests to eat breakfast at. THis was not enough!!! No breakfast bread, just very sweet buns. Even though there were some bad things I could come back.

The hotel was quite a walk from anywhere and covered with graffiti, which was quite intimidating. The reception area was small and dark, but the room, although small, was surprisingly charming with its shutters and old stone balcony.

The hotel did not have AC and that was not the major problem. It was on a very noisy street and to get ventilation the windows and doors had be kept open. If you can sleep through big trucks driving by at all hours of the night, this is the hotel for you. Not me. I don't recommend it at all.
