This hotel was all we needed for a quick stop in Milan. The location at central station is perfect for commuting around. I could even walk to many of my destinations. The rooms size was perfectly adequate for us. The breakfast good with a fantastic bonus view. Highly recommended

Several times for short stays. Ask to be put on a nonsmoker floor. This was not done and it was diffficult to ignore the odour of cigarettes seeping into the room. Buy a day ticket on the tram and take in the surrounding areas without having to use a map.

Upon first inspection, this looks like the 3-star it claims to be. However, the bathroom floor had not been cleaned after the last guest, the bathroom smelled of sewage, a light wasn't working and when I initially checked in, I was given the key to an occupied room. When I requested a fork, I was told there were none for use on the premises...I found one on my own, by the way. I wouldn't stay here again

The room was comfortable and quiet even though we had a window facing the central train station. Excellent location for transit by train or metro. Internet computer available in the lobby, small mini bar, and breakfast on the 8th floor with view of Piazza Duca d'Aosta.

The employees had been very competent and friendly. The hotel is nearby the central station, and the price was very low for the central position. It is very comfortable, easy to arrive to the sights of Milano by train, underground or tram. The best you can do is, to bye a day-ticket for 6€ per person (for train, unterground etc.).

Location is quite good for traveling by rail. We received our room key instantly upon arrival to the hotel, but had to wait for 15 minutes to complete registration.

Chose this hotel as it was right next to the station; was pleasantly surprised by its quality. The breakfast room has a wonderful view overlooking the station plaza.

Super convenient location. Close to railroad station, metro station and bus station to airports. The complimentary breakfast is good. The lobby looks fancy but in contrast the room is very outdated. The hallway looks unfinished at all. The front desk hosts were so cold and reluctant to answer my questions that I couldn't help wondering if all Milanese never smile to tourists.

Located by the Milano Centrale Station, a fine hotel for a short one night stay, considering the rate 48€ offered for my single room. Clean room and nice reception area (again for the price). Breakfast plein but good enough and on the 8th floor breakfast room with a nice view of the Station and its front square.

The room was a bit basic, the double bed was two beds pushed together with rather a large gap. The bathroom was a bit basic too. The breakfast really made up for it though, the view from the breakfast room is breathtaking and the breakfast itself was very nice too. The surroundings of the hotel are great too, lots of nice restaurants and shops.

located few steps away from central realway station (50 m.) and just off most important attractions in Milan, this 3 stars Hotel is well run by efficient, friendly and helpful stuff! My room was not very spacious, but very clean and quiet; delicious continental breakfast served on top floor having a great wiew over Milan. I recommend it to all people coming to Milan both for shopping and business.

As this was only an overnight stay en route to Bellagio, I can only say that this hotel was ideal for our stay re position opposite Milan Centrale Stazione. Breakfast was excellent, room had great view over the marvellous station, bathroom great with good shower pressure, beds very comfortable. Staff helpful and luggage store room very handy. In all a very comfortable hotel

Really reasonably priced and comfortable hotel, considering the proximity to the centre of Milan (only 4 Metro stops to Duomo, 5 mins). Only 5 mins walk from the Malpensa airport shuttle bus pick up/drop off, and overlooking the spectacular Stazione Centrale. Good choice of items for breakfast, great coffee and excellent views of the Stazione. Rooms (double)aren't massive and no tea/coffee making facilities but plenty of space for a stay of a few nights. Would definitely stay here again

Room was not exactly brand new but clean and big enough, breakfast was basic but plenty of it and coffee was good. Hotel's location is brilliant for access to railway and buses to airport, and pretty good for city sites. There are restaurants around though not very many on doorstep. A good choice if booking last minute, but prices seem high if booked far in advance, maybe because it's popular. I paid 150euros but could have got for 90 if booked a couple of days before travel.

Nice non-expensive hotel for short stay in Milan, if you're travelling by train. Very good location, easy to find. Pleasant staff at the reception, trying to help you with your matters. Rooms are not bad, having almost everything you're expecting from them - clean beds, shower, air-conditioner, phone, TV and fridge. THERE WAS one bad thing - NO SAFE in the room, but I didn't need it at all. Breakfast included in this price was rather simple, no any hot dishes, but enough for those who don't eat too much in the morning :) Public place is small, just small hall, small bar and room for the luggage. Good hotel for those, who spend more time in the city than in hotel.

I stayed in this hotel for one night. It is directly across from the train station and the airport shuttle bus stop-- VERY convenient, especially when traveling with a lot of luggage. Yes, the rooms are small and the area is rather seedy, but I had no trouble with this hotel. For what I paid it was exactly what I expected. I found the staff to be quite friendly (although it may have helped that I speak Italian), and it was easy enough to find my way around. Very convenient for traveling to/from Milan, but for a longer stay you may want to look elsewhere.

This hotel is located next to the train station which is what we wanted as we were staying only one night in Milan. The hotel was clean, the staff polite and competent. Very convenient location with railway station, subway, and airport bus stop all close by. A popular hotel with overworked reception staff. Room was a little shabby, but odor-free and everything worked. No room safe, but I was able to use a lock-box in reception area for no charge. Stupendous view from the 8th floor breakfast room. Breakfast was good, and included in the room price.

My husband and I were incredibly disappointed with our stay. The rooms were clean and the proximity to Milan was great however the service and manner of the staff at the front counter was disgusting, especially the gentleman with glasses. His manner was terrible and he shouldn't be working with people. He definately is not a people person!!!

Very close from the Station and the buses to the airports. Metro station on the same side. Despite its name, it is a big modern hotel, the best unexpensive one I used in Milan. So I will return. 2 self service restaurants in the vicinity. Very convenient. Plain continental breakfast, but great view on the Art Deco, "babylonian"-style station ////// Très proche de la gare et des bus pour les aéroports.

No global boa relação qualidade-preço.

We have stayed here twice for only one night each time. It is very convenient to the central train station(just across the street) and the buses to the sirport. It cannot be faulted for convenience but the streets around have little attraction and at night do not feel all that safe. Fine as a transfer location for a night and we would use it again for that. Stayed at the hotel in Jun for 1 nite. Location is very convenient, being situated less than 5 min walk from the railway station and metro station (just across the road). I had earlier read from guidebooks that the area near the railway station is dodgy but I didn't feel that when I was there.(I didn't stay out late at nite though) There was also an internet cafe just next to the hotel. The hotel is a basic 3* hotel, so the reception area is small but 2 elevators service the rooms. Our airconditioned double room was very small but it was clean. Basically, there's just enough space to put the bed, TV, wardrobe, a table and for you to lay out 1-2 suitcases. The bathroom is very small too but clean. I didn't have high expectations of the hotel before I came, so was not disappointed. The hotel adequately serves my needs as I was just looking for a convenient place for an overnight stay.

We stayed at 4 different hotels in Italy during our trip (all for same price) and this is the worst, unfortunately. I don't mind a "no-frills" hotel but the 70s decor could use some refurbishing. The bad experience mainly steams from the poor service at the reception. It feels like the reception is not there to assist the guests in any way. At times they were outright rude. I do not recommend staying at this hotel.

I arrived in Milan by train late at night, travelling with my 12-year-old daughter. I didn't want to walk far from the station at that hour, and this hotel was only a few yards from the station--but it was spotless and efficient, not at all the usual "train station" lodging. I was also impressed that they had read my request online, when I asked (in English, not Italian) for a room with twin, rather than double, beds. They complied, and in general took care of us well. We left too early the next day to really check out their other facilities, but I'd certainly stay there again. Highly recommended.
