If there is a -0 rate, this is enough for this hotel, not clean, very noisy, people working there need training on how to run a hotel, we got a room next to the reception and breakfast area and at 7:00 AM the lady in charge of the kitchen was making noise with the cups and dumping the used coffee, no respect for the people sleeping there. The only help was a map, they do not give you any hints about the city or transportation, I will never tell any person to stay there.

This little hotel is well located, it is cheap, simple and clean, but very good value for money. We would recommend it any time.
