la doccia era schiffa e non funzionava bene. Non si puo' pagare con la carta di credito e la colazione era un pezzo di pane. E' una parte calma della citta' e l'internet funziona abbastanza bene. The shower was disgusting and didn't work well. You can't pay with credit card and breakfast was a piece of bread. It's in a calm part of the city and the internet works pretty well

This hotel is very familial and rather cheap. But note that: 1. There is no lift. If you are handicapped or old or with heavy luggage, ask for one of the ground floor rooms. But you will not escape the entrance stairs. 2. The air conditioning is cut off during the day. 3. The breakfast room is very small (5 chairs) 4. You better know some Italian, since it is the only language of most of the staff.

I have rated my overall stay that low because I was there for 6 days -- I had verified before going that there was a bathroom in the room via e-mail. When I arrived they told me that my reservation was actually for a room without bathroom, but they had upgraded me to a double room with bathroom, since I had received so many invitations to the fashion shows, they assumed I was a fairly demanding traveller. The front desk person was great throughout my stay. On my last night when I arrived at the hotel they announced that they had moved my room and that without asking they had packed up my things and moved it to another room without asking. I told them this was absolutely unacceptable for them to touch the things of a paying gguest without asking, and after much lamenting they put me back in my same room for a night. I found this last act absolutely deplorable. There was also lots of noise due to remodelling. No hotel should ever touch and remove the articles of a paying guest without asking, ever!!

Didi not correspond to what was proposed in your website. Very unclean, miserable welcome and facilities. I do not recommend this hotel at all.
