Great triple rooms. A bit outside the center of Milan, but exceedingly easy to get on the metro to arrive downtown in 10 minutes. Surrounding area at first appears sketchy, but we never had a single concern staying there. Nice breakfast, great cappuccino. Definitely an excellent value for staying in Milan.

A good value, one of the best prices we had in 4 weeks of travelling Italy in July 2011. The area around the hotel is pretty rough, high density of run-down appartments all around. Easy and fast Metro to central Milan, but I wouldn't want to be around the Metro station after dark, a pretty scarey area.

The staff was really nice and helped us to arrange an early dinner. Also all the questions we had, were answered! The location is perfect, a little bit out of the centre of Milan, but by metro it is easy to get around. And we were so lucky, we booked a quadruple, and we ended in 2 rooms for 2 persons next to eachother. Amazing! Thanks for the nice stay!

Stayed there Tuesday, Sept 21 2010. 3 people, married couple & traveling companion. 3 beds. 109 Euros (about $146).Great bathroom & linens. Nice reception lobby.Clerk at desk was not particularly friendly--don't they call this a hospitality industry?--but she answered our questions in English quite well.Convenient to Metro (when leaving, take the exit to the right, otherwise you end up in a parking lot across a busy street). When you surface, walk a few yards to the cross street, & turn right (twice). Free TV but no English channels. Breakfast starts at 7 a.m. so if you have to leave to catch a plane much before this, it won't work. The breakfast lady was there by 6:30 and by 6:45 she allowed us "in" to grab some juice, coffee, fruit and yogurt. I would definitely return.Elevator. AC. Convenient Metro line to Caldona station to pick up the Malpensa Express train to the airport. We were looking for a nice place to lay our heads (and visit Milan 1 last time before flying home.)

Very close to subway station. Very nice breakfast. Comfortable small hotel. Free wifi. Nice rooms. Bathrooms a little tight but as expected for Italy. Overall I would stay here again. We needed a four person room for two adults and two kids and this worked out perfectly.

It is just a place to sleep. The location is okay. Althought it is away from the center city, it is close to the subway...So it is easy to access to other places. Basically the room is simple..the breakfast is simple, not many choices.. I only stayed there for 1 night, no surprise..neither good nor bad..

We arrived at 10 a.m. and we were very happy they checked us in immediately, which was sooner than noted in the hotel policies. The hotel, room, and even bathroom were very clean. There was enough space for two adults in the room. Breakfast was sufficient and very good - there were many different possibilities what to eat. The barman was very kind and friendly - he even prepared us breakfast one evening prior our departure (we took it in our room) as we were leaving at 5 a.m. Reception clerks weren´t so communicative nevertheless they helped us equally. Taxi should be called last-minute because you pay the trip from the time of the call!!! It was ensured by the reception. We paid overall 16,90 EUR to the Central Station (10,40 EUR was the part of the trip before we got in the car!). The only "problem" was noise from the street. There is a bus route below the windows and they were unfortunately riding there quite often during the night. Moreover, there were air-planes landing quite low. However, it´s possible to swith on air-conditioning and close the windows - then nothing can be heard from outside. The total impression was very good. I´d return there in future.

Quite simply put the best price/quality ratio i've seen for a long time. we ordered a family room, which was actually two joining double rooms and this was excellent. the hotel is right next to a metro station and less than 20 minutes to duomo. great hotel, good breakfast, great stay.

Stayed here for 3 nights, art city purpose. Although the hotel is not located in the center, has very good access with direct line of underground only withing 20-25 minutes from town center. The hotel is clean. The rooms furnishings were a bit of updating, there is a minibar in the room, tv 37 cm with italian chanels + 1 german + eurosport in english. Everything was clean, but no changig sheets, but towels were changed daily, the quality of the toiletries was high. The quality of the towels were a bit tired but clean. The reception staff were good, they spoke good English. Breakfast staff were OK, but these seemed preoccupied. The breakfasts were OK. All in all, a decent 3* hotel, but relationship between price/quality was not very good.

Best ever!! very very nice hotel, lovely staff and vey clean rooms. However, I rather disappointed with the hotel surrounding, there's nothing much to see and it's quite out of the center of the city, though really near to the subway. But overall, I prefer to come back again.

The hotel is very close to the metro station : 20 mn to go to downtown (Duomo plaza). The breakfast is very nice, and included in the price room. Quadruple room possible. Very easy to park the car in the street of the hotel.

There was three of us in a room so it was a bit squashy when you include the luggage we had. However the rooms were clean and tidy. The location is a bit out of town but walking distance to the metro which is very convinent and value for money. make sure you purchase a day or two day metro ticket. A laundromat is down the main street and also some excellent restaurants. The hotel stated that is provides primi piatti but it does not. It also provides breakfast room service but only after 7am which was not helpful to us. Otherwise a good hotel and would be happy to stay there again.

Our stay here was good but my ratings are lower because of one receptionist who seemed to have no knowlege of customer service. He was on the verge of rude and misdirected us (not informing colleagues of an early check out or reserving a taxi) so that we arrived late to the airport. The rest of the staff were excellent as was the hotel.

Hotel Agape was a very pleasant surprise. It was everything the pictures showed and more. The breakfast was a large offering of a variety of foods, with a server making us cappucino, hot cocoa and more at our request. It is right near the Metro, which is very convenient, but it is located in a residential area. Most restaurants were closed due to day of the week, or holiday vacations. We made due and rode the Metro to the Loreto stop for dinner, or ate before returning. I would highly recommend Hotel Agape, it was the best deal we found on our week long trip to Italy.

We were in a triple room and it was simply great. The location was not the best but metro helped us to get averywhere anytime without any problems. Staff was nice and even we checek-in very lately in the evening they were prepared and nice. Breakfast was rich and tasty. The one thing not so excellent was the lift which we heard from our room any time it mooved. Anyway, I recomment this hotel to everyone, it is for sure more than 3*.

Nice hotel, rooms were as expected, basic but clean. Staff were appallingly rude!!! unhelpful and made you feel unwelcome. This was the only bad from the whole trip and the hotel did its job in terms of somewhere to sleep! Hotel is 15 mins taxi journey to the centre of milan. It costs about 15 euros. Hotel is in rough area with very little around and it is hard to find a place that serves food.

We are well traveled. Took the train/subway, short block away. Great breakfast. Beautiful private bathroom. But arriving after 9p.m., looking for food, was a challenge. Told to go right from the hotel and around the block was long way to pizza. Had we gone left and through the park, voila--pizza! We would go back to the Agape.

The hotel was very nice ... we stayed there for 2 nights in March. It was clean but VERY small but it was enough for these 2 nights. The bathroom was big and we got new towels every day, ney bath cream,... We didn´t got every information we needed from the reception but they were friendly. It was great to get there by metro. Just 5 Stations from Central Station and just 2 Minutes to walk. All in all nice city Hotel. Price and quality relationship very okay.

Really recommendable. For some reason our room was extremely hot, even though aircondition was running all the time. Also there was alot of noise from when people leave their rooms for breakfast. It takes roughly 20-25 minutes to make it with Metro to Milano city center and there is easy access to the freeway from the hotel in case you arrive in car. None of the above would refrain me from staying here again...

Generally, Hotel Agape is a good choice for leisure traveler. a little far away from downtown area, but very close to the subway station, so it's still convenient for sightseeing and shopping. Good staffs, always helpful when you need them. will come back again if we can get the same price in the future. :-)

I loved this hotel,it seems more a 4 than a 3 stars. Rooms are really big and elegant, bathrooms are very nice. The building hotel is is, in very nice and modern. I slept so well and my room was so quiet! The area is very quiet and it seems easy to park (and to arrive, is close to Tangenziale est), and though it's not close to the center, it's on the metro (Crescenzago stop 1 min. by foot) so it's easy to arrive to Milan center in 1o minutes. The staff is friendly and helpful even though not all of them seem extremely professional, but at least they are kind. I'm satisfied and for sure I'll go back again.

This hotel is awesome! Great breakfast, free internet in the lounge. Feels like a 4 star. We were very happy while our stay here. Hotel is very well maintained, not too big nor small, cozy lounge/breakfast area, has an updated look and cordinated throughout. Room had bathtub, extra amentities (compare to other 3 star hotels), even had a little balcony space. When u get out of the metro u see the sign for the hotel, and it is literally just around the corner.

A friendly and comfortable hotel only a few metro stops north east of the central train station. Good breakfast, and free internet facilities, though the computer was away being fixed during our stay. Just try to avoid the rooms beside the staircase, as it's a bit noisy.
