Good enough hotel for the good price. Could wish more quiet at night.( at least it was not noisy every night) But then remember- we were in Italy..Staff was very helpful, despite little english they spoke, very welcoming atmosphere. And very good capuccino. Would recommend to anyone, staying in Milano for one night or few..

This hotel is more likely to be considered as two - star - hotel rather than three-star.

Of the four three-star hotels that we stayed at while in Itaaly, this was the poorest. The lobby clerk spoke little English, the carpet was ragged and the breakfast sub-standard. We would not return.

Alltogether we had a very nice stay and we would like to stay at this hotel once again, mostly bacause of the excellent location and a good price. One very big objection was the condition of het interior of the bathroom. The shower certains were simply filthy en the rooms must be cleaned beter. We hope this wil change when we come next year. By the way, there was no internet in the room, as it was described in the internet site.

The staff were very friendly and made us feel very welcome. The room I was in was facing the road which meant it was quite noisy early in the morning.

Extremely friendly people - room smelt musty so needed to keep air conditioning on all the time.

Breakfast was somehow frugal - it might be useful to know that beforehand.

Of all of the hotels that we stayed in Italy, Adler was, by far, the worst. In fact, instead of staying both days as originally planned, we only stayed one. The rooms were horrible. They did not smell "fresh" and the bathroom, aside from smelling awful, gave the impression that it had not been properly cleaned in a while. The neighborhood, although not seemingly dangerous, was made to look even worse by the man who checked us in when he told us to "take everything out of your car" and to "watch out" when you walk. I would not reccomend this hotel to ANYONE...even if its a decent price, its not worth it, at all.

The staff was extremely friendly and amenable with a general knowlege of things to do in Milan. A very useful hotel for a brief stop off near the centre of Milan. Directions from your map was unclear and misleading - especially with the one-way systems around Via Ricordi.

we had a wonderfull five days in milan, the hotel was a little dated and in need of modernisation but the service provided by the staff was excellent.

We stayed just a night. The room is really small. But cleanliness of the place is recomendable. One huge plus point in Adler hotel is the back garden. We had breakfast there and absolutely love the ambience. The beautiful garden and serenity of it all warmed our hearts.

Whilst our double room was a little small, the triple room shared by our 3 children was a good size with a decent balcony overlooking the street below. The noise levels at night were high but then that shouldn't really be attributed to the hotel as AC Milan had just won the European Champions League and their fans had every right to celebrate in their own city. Tired as we were, I think it was the heat that kept us from sleeping rather than the car horns blaring from midnight until 3a.m. The garden where we had breakfast was very sweet and an unexpected delight, and I think more could be made of this feature in photos on the hotel's website.

The staff themselves are very nice; however, the room was not so great, especially the bathrooms. Being with a family of four, having a bathroom in which the doors did not shut and having a small shower, which even the smallest person could not move in, was disappointing. Overall, it was okay, but not for the price.

Our stay at Hotel Adler was pleasant enough, once we found it! The map provided on the website was very misleading and when we phoned the hotel to try and get further directions the person muttered something in Italian and hung up on us. I wouldn't use Venere again and wouldn't stay at Hotel Adler again.

All was generally good at hotel, although room smelt of cigarettes, which we dont like, and carpet needs renewing, but although basic, was generally good value for money. The photograph of room was not really representative! The Breakfast was good especially the coffee

We found the Hotel easily and the staff were friendly and helpful. The Hotel was good value and was well located for us to access both the City Centre and it's sights as well as getting to the San Siro. The Restaurant next door was convienient and the food is to be recommended.

The hotel was functional for our demands - we didn't plan to spend much time indoors during our stay. There was confusion when payment was due. Although we had been quoted for bed & breakfast, we were told we would have to pay separately for breakfast if we were to pay by credit card. Breakfast was included for cash payment. We were only informed of this when returning to the hotel at 0015 on the morning we were due to leave at 0800!

Location is convenient to most of the toursist attractions in Milan. The Metro is in walking distance and the train station is not far as well. Overall a great stay and the staff was excellent in recommending great places to shop, nightlife, etc.

We had a quadruple room located in the groundfloor which was spacious but the bathroom with shower was very old, very small below a stairway and the carpet was not clean. Overall the price quality ratio is low compared to other 3 stars hotels.

The room was very, very, very small and terrible dark. Absolutly horror!!! We asked to change the room but only after one night we could change into a better room. This room had a higher price but we havn't to pay it. But what would happened when the hotel has been full?

The room was dark and dirty, the bathroom was tiny. The furnishings were sparse and mismatched.

I do not think this place deserves a star, let alone three stars they are claiming. The noise itself will drive you up the wall. The rooms have everything they are claiming, but the state of it is apalling.
