It was quiet a shock as they charged us 58 euros for the garage! Milano is too expensive. 2 coffees, 1 oj (not freshly squeezed) 20 euros!

Hotel is quite dingy, needs renovation, it is definetely not a 5*de luxe! Apart from the location, which is great, the rooms and breakfast can be rated as 3* at the most! Very disappoited, value for money is really poor! Stayed there 2 years ago and it is a lot worse then before.

I, as a spanish, am used to visiting very good hotels in Spain. In my opinio, this hotel has the price of a five stars one, but not the cathegory nor services: the room needs a renovation, the bed was very uncomfortable and there were a lot of little details (bulbs that do not work, and so on ) that make this hotel loosing its five starts category.

Extremely expensive hotel even considering the excellent location. 58 EURO to park a car for a night is crazy. The next covered parking was 28 EUR for the all day. The room was small. The restaurant is nice.

The room is so poor, very old and broken furnuture, the bathroom is not nicely equiped, and the great diadvantage is that safty box in the room is broken down. Also the limited working houre of the room service is no convenient. I asked for breakfast at 6 am as I had to catch my early flight but I was told that it would be ready at 7 am not befor so I left without having my breakfast.

This was our last night in Italy and it was wonderful. The room we got was big and the bathroom was wonderful. And while I got out shopping in Rinoscenti (next door) my husband was happy to try the Bang and Olofsen TV. The breakfast was very good and the staff was friendly and helpful. Excellent stay

Scarso rapporto qualita' prezzo. Sinceramente non vedo come si possa definire quell'albergo come il massimo a disposizione..., ho visto di meglio.

Excellent View overlooking catherdal and square, however considering this was rated as a 5 star luxury hotel(and we had booked the Presidential Suite) the lack of first class facilities in the building was disappointing. There was also no traditional complimentary present in the room(such as bowl of fruit) which is of no particular value but always a nice welcome. One can only assume that the 5 star rating is due to location, which again was excellent.

the room that i stayed had a movie theme and it was really cool. nice staff. gave me a discount coupon for the restaurant and a free drink at the bar. everything was fine except for the airconditioning in the room. it was working, but the room was too hot & humid. i asked them to put me in another room because i couldn't sleep, but it was still too hot. the hotel staff said that it would come back on in a couple of days, but didn't. my stay would have been great if i didn't have this airconditioning problem. i feel like i should get a refund. if you plan to stay at this hotel, please make sure the airconditioners are woking properly.

We were on our honeymoon and having left a 4* suite in Venice we were expecting something special from our 5*L. The room was average, the air conditioning and bathroom fan didn't work, the price didn't include breakfast and for what we actually received the room was very overpriced. We did however find Milan on the whole overpriced so it may be the norm.

The rooms booked were executive rooms, and yet there does not seem to be any different level of room available. The decor is very old, the facilities are poor, and the cost of the overall stay was around 13.000 euros, not the 10.000 quoted, when all we had extra was breakfast on a few days, and about 30 beers. The location was good for Piazza Duomo, but the hotel was not what I would call 5 stars.
