The charge for internet service is 6 euros for 4 hrs. But, the hrs. must be continuous. For example, if you go on line at 5 pm, then again at 6 pm then again at 7 pm then again at 8 pm, etc you will pay 6 euros or approx $8.50 each time. The 'internet' room is so tiny that you can't turn around in it. Furthermore, the desk staff seems to be computer illiterate as they kept giving me passwords that did not work or were illegible on the piece of paper handed to me and after repeated attempts to seek help from the desk, they had to call 'a technician' who didn't know how to access the "@" (at) key. I ended up not getting on line to contact family and after complaining, had all the internet charges dropped from my bill.

We were there only one night as we were heading home the next day. Our room was a short walk to the train station which was why we chose it and it was also close enough to the Metro to get around town, even for our brief time in Milan. The room was spacious and we were happy to see it came with a safe. It also had a very strong shower - part of why we chose this hotel.

The Hotel is perfect! Big and so so cleaned... it's an international one! Great location also...just 200mts of two tube lines and one stop from the train station :) The only thing that was not clear when I booked my room, is that I understood that the credit card was only for security and then I found that the debit was done on it...but I think that it is not related with the hotel, just with the confirmation received from the web page...I recommend this hotel 100%!!!!

I was looking for a comfortable, quiet, safe hotel near the train station. This is it! It's a ten or fifteen-minute walk, or less if you go to the Caizzo metro stop. We got a very reasonable rate in August; otherwise, I would have given this an average (for Milan) price/quality rating.

Good hotel in quiet & good location in relation to Central railway station & connecting airport buses. Close to shopping area (in particular Outlets for clothing). Very good Metro communications. Hotel overall very good given the price. Room was normal size with well functioning A/C and good bed. Bathroom fine. Breakfast buffet also quite good. Recommended!

Wonderful hotel experience - more than what my husband and I expected. Sometimes pictures on the internet are not necessarily what you'll see when you get there, but this time, we were pleasantly shocked at how much better the room was than what was on the internet. Also, the hotel was about 2 1/2 blocks from the shopping area which was very handy indeed. Also, the staff was very accommodating. On the last day, they allowed us to use the internet with no charge to print our boarding passes. I thought that was pretty classy.

One bad thing: Our phone didn't work and they kept telling us it must be the other end - 6 different numbers.... But those things happen. Other than that it was a fine hotel, squeaky clean, nice rooms, nice service, would greatly recommend it. Restaurant is very good but not great. It is convenient to the metro and three blocks to the train station. It's a long walk to the Duomo and city center but the metro is easy and it's a short trip from the hotel on that. All in all a very nice hotel in Milano...

My boyfriend and I started our week trip in Milan and only for 1 night. It was in a great location. VERY close to the main train station and in a safe area. The employees were especially welcoming and nice. The only thing I thought was even remotely negative, was that the rooms were alittle dated and small. But it didn't really matter because we only slept there. If you are looking for a clean, convenient, and not costly room - this is the place to stay!!!

We stayed as a group of 12 people to have fun in Milan for the weekend- the hotel was very good- close walking distance to the center, and approx. 10 min walk from the airport bus stop (Bergamo airport). Very good quality for the price- rooms are just fine for the hotel's **** rating, if maybe a little old-fashined. Everything was very clean, and a very satisfying breakfast is included in the price.

Th hotel is in a good location close to the main shopping street and train station. Easy location for taxi's and anyone picking you up. Staff was great, very helpful. Upon entering our room, noticed that the A/C was not working. Electrician was summoned immediately, but couldn't get it going. We were quickly sent to a second room, but it had obviously been a room for smokers. The third room was perfect! Again, the staff was very accommodating and efficient. Hotel was very convenient to the subway. This was one of the nicest rooms we stayed in during our trip to Italy, and yet was the cheapest.

Easy to reach from the railway stations (metro station Caiazzo), but when walking to the hotel don't follow the big hotel sign on a house roof since it leads you to the wrong street; excellent breakfast buffet, but be prepared to wait a couple of minutes for a free table during 'rush hours' in the breakfast room; tram line 1 brings you directly to La Scala, the Vittorio Emmanuele Gallery and the Quadrilatero Shopping Area. As parking can be difficult to find and quite expensive you might consider leaving your car in Monza: Autosilo Corso Milano, right next to the train station

ADI Doria is a fine **** hotel . We only stayed 3 nights , but that was enough . We are not to fond of big cities . We were very happy with the room we stayed in . The hotel was full when we arrived so they upgraded us to a suite . for the same price we were quoted for a double . The straff was very friendly and helpfull. The included breakfast was more than expected. We stayed in many other hotels that charged 17 euro for much less . Hotel was near the metro , so getting around was easy . The hotel restaurant was closed the night we wanted to eat there so they recomended the Medeteranian Resuarant near by . It was great . We were only in Milan to see the Cathedral and make a side trip to lake Como ,so can't comment on much about Milan accept , don't eat or drink any where near the Cathedral. We were charged 17.5 euro [$27.65]for Two bottles of Becks beer. Overall a nice stay

I have never met such a sullen, unhelpful and unfriendly group of hotel staff- they behaved as if they thought the customers were a damn nuisance, and treated all guests with frank disdain. Many of the other guests were from overseas eg Japan, Saudi Arabia etc, and I hope they were not left with a poor general impression of European manners. Having just stayed in a lovely hotel in Switzerland, the contrast was astonishing. The rooms were quite nice, though bathrooms could have done with a bit of mildew control. Had the staff all been replaced with less misanthropic individuals, it might have been quite a good hotel.

Beautiful room, great breakfast and excellent price. However as hotel clerk was checking us into our requested king size bedroom which he said was available, the manager intervened quickly and said no such rooms were available and he would accomodate us with twin beds that slide into one. He made mention that we did not book directly thru hotel, therefore no guarantee the request could be fulfilled. It was quite obvious he was not happy we were paying such a great price for a good hotel.

This was my first trip to Milan and I selected the ADI Doria Grand Hotel based on the information from Trip Advisor. The feed back from previous visitors of Trip Advisor was absolutely correct. The hotel was very clean and the welcome friendly. The breakfast was first rate with a good selection. The room was nice but the decorations were a dark colour making it a little gloomy. The hotel was close to the train station with a Metro station about 200M away which was very convenient. The hotel location was a little far away from the attractions but this did not matter because of the metro link.Overall I was satisfied.
