This was an inexpensive hotel that we stayed in for one night before traveling to Venice. For the price, the room was clean, the air conditioner worked, the bathroom had hot water and was fine. The room was a little cramped and the third bed was not great (little more than a cot). The area is not very nice. We had to walk from the train station and got lost because the directions are not clear. It was night so it was difficult to see.

We spent 2 days in the hotel. I had a problem with my tooth-ache, so the woman at the reception helped me very much with the dentist. She was very friendly. The breakfast was good and we liked very much the garden where you can have breakfast in summer. Unfortunately, it was noisy in the room at night (the hotel is situated on a big street with a lot of transport)

very convenient location,250 meter from train stattion and 100 meter from metro. There is a elevator that is good for big lugguge carrier. The breafast should be improved,i.e. no yogurt and the bread is not in good quality.

Recomendo. Recepção atenciosa, quartos limpos e espaçosos.Café da manhã excelente e ótima localização.

The furniture was old, the look of the room was rather poor, breakfast was a disappointment, but the staff was friendly and welcoming, the hotel is close to the train station, but the neighborhood is not really a nice one.

Receptionists were nice, location is walking distance to central station, but this hotel is situated on a very busy and noisy street and every room has unbearable noise from cars and tramway. I do not recommend it if you , like me, need a quiet room to rest during day and night.

The hotel located in front of the busy road. My room smelled like cigarette smoke. The shower didn't wrok well. The staffs spoke English well.

Rooms are spotless. It's a old hotel in an unattractive area, but perfect if you need late night/early morning access to buses or trains. Very comfortable stay. Bathrooms are immaculate.

This was our second time to Milan, but this time was only for a night. We stayed in this hotel because it was close to the train stop. If we had stayed longer, we would have stayed elsewhere.

Tere and me spend two nights in the hotel. Good relationship quality/price. Very well located, you can walk to the center (12-20 minutes) and you ara close to the Milan central station. Good for a week end in Milano

One of the most disappointing hotels I have ever visited. The curtains where grey with dirt, the sheets where torn and so were the towels, really old and overused. The walls need painting and we even had the pleasure to share our room with a nice spider who dwelled behind the table. However, the attendants were nice, although the morning shift made us check out before time, because we had been told that we had to check out at 12 and on our departure day they rushed us saying it was at 11.30... That was not very polite, because we were almost done and we were out by 11.50, but I guess it's their job to control that nobody stays a single minute more.

The location of the hotel is very good if you visit Milano for a short term. It's 150 m from the next subway station (3 stops to the Duomo). A short walk from the main train station (FS). The daytime staff was very nice and helpful. Although the relationship price/quality of rooms is not very good. Rooms were clean but it was very noisy from neighbour rooms and outside.

In my opinion the best point in this hotel were the employees. They were very nice and helpful. About my room, it was supposed to be the quieter, but the neighbourd in the room next to mine had the T.V. too loud and I could not sleep. The room was quite clean (acceptable), but the bath was very old and the padded door in the shower was broken, s when I had a shower the bathroom flooded. I think the relationship between quality and price was not correct.

We stayed one night after flying in from the US. The staff was very welcoming and friendly (especially the young woman at the desk). The hotel was very close to the train station and easy to find. It was also close to the Duomo and nice shopping areas. The room was clean, quiet and so was the bathroom. The hotel also served a small breakfast which was an added treat. If you are expecting the Ritz Carlton, you will be disappointed but for a budget traveler looking for a clean, quiet room in a good location, this is it! I'd stay there again if I was in Milan.

This was a convenient location to the train. We only stayed one night. The room was clean and cool. The man at the desk spoke good English and was very helpful with directions, etc. Travelers beware of the walk on the way from the train station, my daughter almost got her wallet taken.

A great value for your money. It was perhaps one of the nicest facilites we have stayed in on our trips thru Italy. Location was excellent, just a few blocks from the train station. Staff was very friendly and helpful. The rooms were clean, spacious and comfortable. The breakfast was excellent. We will stay again!

Not your oppulent luxurious hotel, but if you want a clean, friendly and refreshing base in Milan, this hotel is ideal. Better still, the receptionist was an Inter fan which is ideal when your team are playing AC Milan! :-)

The location was perfect; close to the train station and main shopping street. The room was noisy, though (street-side) and the bed linens had holes in them. Shower was great. It was OK for one night...

The staff was very helpful, however, the hotel looked nothing like the web-site pictures; much poorer quality. The room we had was right on the street and excessively noisy all night long. I have a hearing problem and the noise kept me awake all night.

The bed was fine, but my room was very cramped, as was the bathroom fitted with very old fixtures. I would have rated this hotel with 2 stars instead of three. I paid only 10 euros more for a better room in 2002 in a hotel much closer to the station (Hotel Duca)

We liked this hotel most of all because it's very close tot Milan's central station. The employees were very kind and helpfull. The shower was nice. We slept well in the 'orthopedic' beds. A disadvantage is the noise of the streets. It kept my husband awake for quite a while. I slept through everything. If you are a 'light-sleeper' ask for a room at the back side! We had our four month old baby girl with us. I guess she liked the hotel too.

Nice little hotel for a one or two night stay. Simple but adequate - fairly old furnishing. Excellent: 1. Very nice, friendly and helpful staff 2. Possibility to leave baggage after leaving room Poor: 1. Double room = Twin room = two adjoined single beds 2. Lift/Elevator did not work - steep stairs 3. Bathroom was not really clean (pubic hair in shower)
