Atlantic Quality Hotel - Milan

Alantic Quality Hotel is very near to Milano Station. Within 5 mins of walking distance. Staff is very helpful and welcoming. Room is spacious and clean. Will definitely come back to this hotel again.

Tutto e ottimo, pero le stanze sono troppo rumiorosi si sentono tutti i vicini. Everythig is OK, but the rooms are so noisy. You can think everything your neighbours do. Vsjo horosho, tol'ko ochen shumno, slyshno vsjo, chto delajut sosedi. Viss ir labs, izņemot to, kas numuros ir parāk laba akustika, var dzirdēt kaimiņus

In a 4 star hotel located in a city like Milano, it should have been possible for me to be able to ironing my skirt at the hotel. We called the reseptionist about this, but it was not possible to fix. It was my last day of many in Italy, and I did not have many outfits left, so this mattered a lot for me, since my outfit for the dinner was not at all that dressed up that I wanted to be. I have been to 2 star hotels in the countryside where it is possible to borrow an iron immidiately, so I was not impressed by this. It was not much to ask for, I think. Otherwise the breakfast was nice, and the room and staff was nice.

Good for business travel into Milano. Close to main transport lines: railway, metro, bus.

Do you want a fancy hotel, not a hugely expensive one, but very, very comfortable, with reasonable prices and a very warm welcoming? So bet on this place. Nevertheless the five steps down to the front deskl, there's no need to hurry, the doorman will gladly help you. Very clean, comfortable and a dreamy view. Hungry? Go down to the exit , turn right and make a gourmand feast at Pianetta Luna. Is it a masterpiece you're looking for? Get your tickets you've already bought and in TWO minutes walk you're on Alla Scala. Boy, this is so, good.

Not easy to find from train station: WI FI never connected and still was charged!

I was in Milano for a month, in Atlantic I liked fitness room and breakfast

This was a great hotel and a great find for me. Although I have been to Milan many times in the past, have never stayed over night because I thought the area around Centrale was dangerous. That is not the case at all. Very easy to navigate the area and is loaded with great small bars , shops and restaurants. The Atlantic Hotel is nothing but the best, very friendly and helpful staff, great clean rooms; and the bathrooms were really wonderful and clean. New fixtures, plenty of room, marble tile and porcelain fixtures. Noise...none I love to sleep with the windows open in all the places to which I travel. Will stay here always when I am in Milan. Great breakfast; knowledgeable front desk with all sorts of good information for my stay in Milan. Thanks to Vernere for their help.

Good location! just 5 min. from central station. But don't expect you can have dinner or shopping around the Hotel. The worst is the wifi service charge so expensive.

Connessione Internet carissima (9 euro x 2 ore) e inconveniente da usare. L'albergo ha solo questo opzione di 2 ore (e 30 min). In altri alberghi di questa categoria si puo usare l'internet con 15-22 euro x 24 ore. A causa di questo forse non vado più all'Atlantic. Altrimenti l'albergo non è male. Internet connection very expensive. You pay 9 euros for 2 hours (and that's the longest time option they have). Know from experience that in Milan there is a bunch of hotels where you get 24-hour high speed connection with 15-22 euros. To someone who has to work without logging in and out time and again counting the minutes this hotel is not a good option. Otherwise decent place in a good location.

I enjoyed my short stay at The Atlantic. Close to the station, and not too far from the heart of the city, the rooms were comfortable and the price represented good value. The staff were excellent, very helpful and friendly at all times.

Great location – within walking distance from station/underground. Helpful reception on arriving evening but a completely contrary one next morning. Room was clean and tidy. Bad sound insulation – talk was echoed in the room and noice (TV- sound) from next door was disturbing (especially at midnight). Breakfast restaurant was announced to be open from 6:30 am. Restaurant staff did not show up before 7:30 and due to early checkout we missed out the breakfast completely (although breakfast was included in the room charge). Only 5 euro discount per person was accepted at reception when complaining missing breakfast. Maybe the breakfast isn’t worth more than 5 euro in Atlantic Hotel? Overall impression about Atlantic Hotel is that this hotel is overrated. Two stars would be the right rating. Price, service and quality are not at the level of a first class hotel. I’ll not choose this hotel next time.

A mistake with the actual billing was corrected quickly by hotel management when the hotel was notified by email of their error. The mistake could have been corrected upon check out but was not due to what is believed to be a communications problem, language, with the 6AM desk clerk.

Location is great for the station/metro, only a few minutes walk and no need for a taxi. However the area around the hotel is not the best part of Milan, the street on which it is located is popular with ladies of the night, at all times of the day! The hotel itself is excellent, our room was clean, tidy and fairly spacious. The staff were very friendly and helpful, and spoke excellent English. We would probably stay in this hotel again.

Very good value.public areas rather limited and no atmosphere but overall good hotel for short stay and very helpful reception and other staff.will stay again if back in milan on business

We would prefer real towels. The carpets need to be replaced. The airconditioning noise is annoying because it rattles when we close the inside door. Need to put shower doors or curtain so the bathroom floor does not get flooded when the shower is turned on. Staff is very nice and helpful. Johnny, the porter who brought our bags was very helpful in giving us directions. You should place english instructions on how to use the internet.

Atlantic hotel was a perfect hotel for us, two people in love. Kindly, quiet and very centrally situated. And the bathtube is big enough for two persons :-)

The breakfast was not as good as overall things in the hotel. otherwise we was very happy with the size of the room and the friendly employees. next time i would take this hotel again.

An excellent hotel in an excellent city. The hotel was very comfortable and quiet. It is within walking distance from Centrale Station so is handy for trains and buses to Bergamo and the airport there.
